Facilities and Capacity
With indoor and outdoor event spaces to make use of, couples are sure to appreciate the multifaceted nature of The Timberlodge at Arrowhead. A covered patio, which may be fully enclosed, is complemented by delightful hanging bistro lights. This would be a perfect place for the wedding party to enjoy the cocktail hour. Sheltered from the elements, it provides a welcoming space for everyone to mingle and chat. Alternatively, it would suit those all-important photoshoots. Willow trees, a fire pit, and more complete the backdrop. The ceremony may take place on the patio as everyone gathers to share the exchange of vows. Chairs can easily be arranged so that invitees have a good seat for the once-in-a-lifetime "I do" moment. In front of a floral arbor, the happy couple can swap rings, say their vows, and share their first kiss as a married pair. Indoors, the inviting dining room can accommodate as many as 280 guests for a seated meal during the summer months. At other times, its maximum capacity is typically for around 200 seated guests. Beautiful Summer Wedding Venue
Best wedding venue
The venue itself is stunning and so inherently beautiful. That was important to me as I was not interested in doing crazy florals/decorations. Not to mention, they do have their own stock of decorations for use! The venue made it so easy to create such an aesthetic event.
The food was INCREDIBLE. I had so many people come up to me to tell me it's the best wedding food they've ever had. Definitely get the Blooming Onion Chicken! They have so many unique options to create such a special event. From the champagne wall to greet guests, all the way down to the honey cinnamon butter, everything was so unique! I love that they have late-night snacks too, those were a hit!
The order and the flow of events was so perfect, all thanks to the Timberlodge. Tanya sat down with us and had everything laid out down to the minute. It made for such a smooth day. Her attention to detail is absolutely unmatched. Tanya was an absolute delight to work with and is so talented. We are so thankful for her!

We had a winter wedding at The Timberlodge and let me just say, from the moment my mother and I toured the venue, we fell in love! The venue is absolutely stunning with high vault ceilings, beautiful wooden everything, gorgeous chandeliers, and the beautiful wooden tables! I remember thinking "i do NOT want table cloths on the tables because I want the wooden tables as part of my vision!" If you're looking for a beautiful venue, look no further, you found it! You don't need a lot of decor. Let the venue speak for itself!
As for the logistics; they do the catering, the bar, wedding planning and day of coordination! This eliminated me having to deal with 2, possibly 4 more vendors! So I loved the "one stop shop". I'm a mom of 2, with a busy life, so convenience is everything! They have a gorgeous bridal suite for us girls to get ready, which solved my problem of "where will we get ready". Next, they have some wedding decor for you to use, at no extra cost, which was so helpful. It limited the amount that I needed to buy/rent/bring in myself. I loved that the ceremony/dance floor space was separated from where the tables are for dinner. It allowed people to move about, change of scenery and for those who don't dance, they had an enjoyable space to sit, eat, and mingle.
As for the staff; they have teams for everything! Staff to do tours, staff to do set up/clean up, staff that handled food/bar and of course your wedding coordinator. I cannot say enough great things about everyone, including Kayla, who was our coordinator. They had a plan and back up plan for hiccups that arised, they worked to bring your vision to life and I was pretty particular about my vision! I knew what i wanted and I was not disappointed! Food was great too, let's not forget to mention that! If you have the chance to get the mac and cheese, I highly recommend it!!
Our wedding day was everything we could have imagined and so much more! I wouldn't have traded anything or done anything different! Thankyou so much to Kayla and the rest of the Timberlodge staff!

From planning logistics to handling last-minute adjustments, her expertise, warmth, and dedication made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. On the day of our wedding, she orchestrated everything seamlessly, allowing us to soak in every beautiful moment without a worry.
The Timberlodge itself was the perfect setting, with its cozy yet elegant ambiance, and stunning wooden beams. Our guests are still raving about the delicious food, outstanding service, and the warm, inviting atmosphere that made the evening so enjoyable.

Timberlodge has a gorgeous facility. They do a beautiful job decorating and coordinating weddings. They are easy to work with and attentive to brides needs. We are always happy to work there, and there is a lot of great places to take pictures without even leaving the grounds.
We recently did a wedding set-up at Timberlodge at Arrowhead Golf Club and found the new facility to be immaculate and well appointed in a modern rustic theme. The gardens are impeccable and full of flowers, plus a beautiful gazebo that is lit with fun incandescent clear-bulb light strings right off the patio area. The landscaping is done well and there is a wonderful lake that you can stroll around, or just enjoy the view from the patio. The staff was incredibly helpful to work with and offered us assistance with an archway set-up. We highly recommend this venue for weddings, vow renewals and other types of events!
Arrowhead is one of the most unique and beautiful venues in the WNY region, not only that but they also have the most professional and attentive staff you can find anywhere! This is a venue that does it right, incorporating indoor and outdoor elements into your wedding seamlessly to ensure your guests are at home whether their inside having a drink or outside tearing up the dance floor. Their interior is absolutely beautiful with all the natural hardwood and beams, you wont find a better mix of rustic and contemporary anywhere. Definitely a place we LOVE to entertain and we look forward to every event we do at the Timberlodge!
