Beautiful Summer Wedding Venue
Many of our guests said it was the best wedding they've been to! Tanya Sue and the team were fantastic to work with. Highly recommend the white glove package. The day of the wedding was perfection! It was a little expensive but we felt it was worth every penny. -

The Timberlodge is the BEST VENUE EVER. No detail was missed. Do yourself a favor and book Tanya with the white glove package to have the best day ever!
The venue itself is stunning and so inherently beautiful. That was important to me as I was not interested in doing crazy florals/decorations. Not to mention, they do have their own stock of decorations for use! The venue made it so easy to create such an aesthetic event.
The food was INCREDIBLE. I had so many people come up to me to tell me it's the best wedding food they've ever had. Definitely get the Blooming Onion Chicken! They have so many unique options to create such a special event. From the champagne wall to greet guests, all the way down to the honey cinnamon butter, everything was so unique! I love that they have late-night snacks too, those were a hit!
The order and the flow of events was so perfect, all thanks to the Timberlodge. Tanya sat down with us and had everything laid out down to the minute. It made for such a smooth day. Her attention to detail is absolutely unmatched. Tanya was an absolute delight to work with and is so talented. We are so thankful for her!The Timberlodge at Arrowhead's reply:

My husband and I had the honor of having our wedding at this fantastic, beautiful venue!! We got married on July 7th, 2025. What sold us on this venue from our first viewing of the venue was not just how lovely it was and everything that comes with the venue, like decor and catering, and just everything they offer at such a reasonable price, given that everything you need to have a perfect wedding is provided in one of the packages that they offer. It was the people, the wedding coordinators, and all of the fantastic staff at the Sterling who made the event so memorable and what ultimately sold me on this venue. I felt like I was talking to my friends in the first introductions, who were just as excited about my day as I was. And they didn't just have that attitude at the introduction; that vibe from each person, from the servers to the wedding coordinators, carried throughout the whole planning phase and lasted even to the day of my wedding. They made my day perfect. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue, and the fantastic service they offered made my day perfect!!!The Timberlodge at Arrowhead's reply:

We recently hosted our wedding at the Timberlodge at Arrowhead, and we could not have asked for a more perfect day or location! The rustic and intimate atmosphere easily accommodated our 165 guests. The ceremony space is truly breathtaking. Our wedding day was 65 degrees and sunny, making the outdoor ceremony by the willow tree absolutely ideal. The bridal entrance is incredibly scenic, winding through a beautiful garden before opening up to the main ceremony area, complete with a pond, a working fountain, and a new fire feature that was installed that very morning! The venue's natural beauty meant that our decor was intentionally minimalist and artistic, yet there were a bevy of custom options provided by the venue to suit our taste. The staff at the Timberlodge is incredible, and we specifically recommend our coordinator, Megan Conibear. Megan has an amazing ability to listen and fully understand a couple's vision. Her detailed knowledge of event planning ensured that everything from the bridal party arrival to last call was meticulously planned to cultivate special moments. Some of our guests' favorite highlights included the delicious carving stations set up for the buffet, the unique specialty drinks, the addition of a second 360 degree bar, and the fun lawn games available during the cocktail hour. Megan and the entire Timberlodge staff exceeded our expectations. We could not imagine a better venue to host our fall wedding and highly recommend it!

Everything was PERFECT
We just had our wedding at the Timberlodge and everything was AMAZING. Our wedding coordinator Shannon was amazing start to finish. Very helpful, responsive, and so incredibly kind throughout the entire journey. I want to start by saying that I am still on cloud 9 a week after my wedding! Everytime a memory comes to mind, I smile ear to ear!
We had a winter wedding at The Timberlodge and let me just say, from the moment my mother and I toured the venue, we fell in love! The venue is absolutely stunning with high vault ceilings, beautiful wooden everything, gorgeous chandeliers, and the beautiful wooden tables! I remember thinking "i do NOT want table cloths on the tables because I want the wooden tables as part of my vision!" If you're looking for a beautiful venue, look no further, you found it! You don't need a lot of decor. Let the venue speak for itself!
As for the logistics; they do the catering, the bar, wedding planning and day of coordination! This eliminated me having to deal with 2, possibly 4 more vendors! So I loved the "one stop shop". I'm a mom of 2, with a busy life, so convenience is everything! They have a gorgeous bridal suite for us girls to get ready, which solved my problem of "where will we get ready". Next, they have some wedding decor for you to use, at no extra cost, which was so helpful. It limited the amount that I needed to buy/rent/bring in myself. I loved that the ceremony/dance floor space was separated from where the tables are for dinner. It allowed people to move about, change of scenery and for those who don't dance, they had an enjoyable space to sit, eat, and mingle.
As for the staff; they have teams for everything! Staff to do tours, staff to do set up/clean up, staff that handled food/bar and of course your wedding coordinator. I cannot say enough great things about everyone, including Kayla, who was our coordinator. They had a plan and back up plan for hiccups that arised, they worked to bring your vision to life and I was pretty particular about my vision! I knew what i wanted and I was not disappointed! Food was great too, let's not forget to mention that! If you have the chance to get the mac and cheese, I highly recommend it!!

Our Perfect Day!
The Timberlodge is truly a stunning venue and we would not have gotten married anywhere else! You certainly get what you are paying for. The staff are professional and accommodating and we had SO many compliments about the food! Many of our vendors were familiar with the location and staff and all seemed excited to work with them for our event. The willow tree is a beautiful place for a ceremony- unfortunately the weather did not cooperate and we had our ceremony on the patio. Perfection!
The Timberlodge was the perfect venue for our February 2024 wedding. Love that even in the winter months it allowed us the ability to have a beautiful separate area for our ceremony from our reception. Working with our coordinator Hannah was well worth the cost of taking on an event coordinator. She was wonderful. Always attentive and great to work with. My wife and I had the wedding of our dreams at The Timberlodge. From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was the one for us. The venue is absolutely beautiful both inside and out. It perfectly fit our vision for a winter wedding in Buffalo.
We could tell right away the staff was friendly, well-trained, and worked as a team. Other vendors that we hired gave glowing reviews of The Timberlodge and ensured us that they really have their stuff together in a way only an experienced, hard-working staff can provide.
We worked with Paige as our wedding coordinator and she was fantastic. She answered all of our questions promptly whenever they came up. She kept us on schedule with regards to planning activities, and she worked really well with us with coordinating activities on wedding day.

Truly cannot recommend this venue enough. Not only is it so beautiful but the staff is incredible, especially Tanya Sue!! From our initial meeting to prepping months before to the day of the ceremony, Tanya made sure that our wedding day was EXACTLY what we wanted it to be. The night went off without a hitch, like truly NOTHING went wrong and I attribute that to Tanya. Vilagy Wedding
We can't say enough good things about our wedding at the Timberlodge! From the beginning with Krystal, to the planning with Michael it was just flawless. The staff that set up and took things down was top notch! We opted for the white glove package, and while it seemed like a lot to spend, totally worth it! They do EVERYTHING for you! September Wedding at Timberlodge
10/10 would recommend Arrowhead for your wedding, specifically the Timberlodge. Hannah was AMAZING through every step and all my crazy questions. My husband and I live out of state, grew up in Buffalo but moved for his job, and wanted to get married back home. The staff at Timberlodge and Hannah made this whole process super seamless for us. We did our own centerpieces and signs and their option to drop our non perishables off at the rehearsal was a huge stress relief. Not only storing them, but they also set it all up for you too! I walked in the morning for hair and makeup, in their beautiful bridal suite, and didn’t have to worry about one thing! Which is how it should be.
Now the ceremony. Options were great for where we wanted to get married with a backup plan for rain. We chose the willow tree and I’m in love with how our pictures turned out. Hannah and her team made sure everyone was where they needed to be and not one issue was had. After the ceremony we were allowed to go out on their boardwalk for intimate pictures which are by far my favorites.
The reception. We opted for 2 bars and did specialty drinks. The bartenders were amazing and our drinks were delicious. The food? AMAZING. And I’m not being biased because it was my day. I’m 10000% serious. We had all of our guest say usually wedding food isn’t that great or things are dry/lack flavor, but the food at Timberlodge was so good. Almost everyone went back for seconds. I’m still dreaming of those garlic mashed potatoes.
Now remember I said the team set up our centerpieces and signs? Well they take them all down and pack them up for you to make sure you have everything you came with and you also don’t have to lift a finger.

Just…. WOW!!!
Words cannot describe how magical our wedding was and how perfect the Timberlodge was for us! We opted for the white glove package and Hannah was our coordinator through the whole process. She helped me with any questions we had, cleared up anything I missed or misunderstood (all the way up to the time of our ceremony rehearsal about 2 weeks prior to the big day that I thought was almost 4 hours after our scheduled time 😅) she was so accommodating, super laid back and so professional. It really felt like I had known her already! The venue itself, GORGEOUS! Food, AMAZING! Wish I had more food but it’s hard for a bride!! Bar, INCREDIBLE so quick and friendly. Everybody LOVED the pretzel bar as our late night snack! I felt like I didn’t need to do anything at all for our day, didn’t need to worry about any set up or talking with any vendors about business. Our entire experience from the initial meeting to the wedding day itself, was hands down the best experience we could have ever asked for. Hannah was our wedding coordinator and we could not have had the wedding we had without her. She made every aspect of planning our wedding so much easier. She was very professional and fun throughout the entire process and was extremely responsive to the MANY questions I had! The flexibility in some last minute changes and allowing us more time than was allotted for planning meetings made us feel unrushed, supported and much less stressed. The entire team that helped set up my decor did an outstanding job! They really listened to me and everything was done perfectly! Our guests also raved about the staff at the Timberlodge. Everyone was excellent from the bar tenders to the servers. If you're even considering the Timberlodge as a wedding venue, my recommendation is, definitely do it!! The most AMAZING venue
I knew I wanted to get married at the Timberlodge the second I saw it! This venue is an absolute dream and all of our guests were blown away! The Timberlodge has a great indoor and outdoor setup with plenty of options, so even if the weather is bad, you'll still have a beautiful wedding. The food was out of this world and people are still raving about it. The staff was so wonderful, especially Hannah, our wedding coordinator. Throughout the entire planning process, Hannah was there every step of the way. She quickly responded to every question/concern I had, and never left me feeling alone or worried. Unfortunately, I entrusted one of my friends with too many responsibilities and she completely dropped the ball on our wedding day. Hannah and the rest of the staff were left to pick up the pieces and believe me when I say, they went above and beyond. I don't know what I would have done without them!! I am so thankful to everyone and beyond happy that I decided to get married at the Timberlodge! The Timberlodge team was great and really helped to make our wedding day special. All of the staff that we worked with at the Timberlodge were so kind and welcoming, and the venue itself is extremely beautiful. Jade was our coordinator and was super responsive to all of my detailed questions. Her calm and collected attitude was reassuring to me through the whole planning process that all of our requests would be handled and that the team would put on the wedding we had envisioned. We truly appreciated the flexibility that Jade and her team offered to us, as our wedding fell on the weekend of a historic snowstorm. We were not sure if our wedding would still be able to go on, but Jade helped reassure that we could push the wedding forward a day or two if safety would be an issue for the staff and our guests.
Jade clearly is seasoned in her job as a coordinator, and was amazing at executing our wedding. Because of the snow and cold, we had to move everything inside. I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the whole venue looked set up for our wedding, even though some of the setup was not what Jade and I had planned; she did an amazing job implementing our vision when things needed to change last minute. Jade was prompt and clear to the changes we needed to make to hold the ceremony inside, and everything went off beautifully!
All of the pricing was clear even before booking, and everything was laid our clearly in the contract. We were not subjected to any "surprise" charges after we booked.

From the start Timberlodge was amazing!! The “vibe” of the rustic decor and wooden pillars was exactly what we were looking for-plus being on a golf course was perfect for my golf loving fiancé! Jade was with us every step of the way and if you are able to get her as your coordinator you will LOVE her! Our wedding was absolutely perfect and Jade kept us right on time for everything!
Loved our sweetheart table and how the staff had a sample of the hors d’oeuvres for us there as we missed most of cocktail hour just mingling with guests! The staff also set up the decor that we had planned and the clean up for effortless as well. They were so organized-which being type A I highly appreciated!
Also- highly encourage you get pictures done here, Jade even came with us for boardwalk photos and fluffed my veil to perfection. Thank you so much Jade and Timberlodge staff for making our wedding an absolute dream!

It was always a dream of mine to get married at the Timberlodge. The moment my husband and I walked in for our tour we were speechless with how beautiful the venue was. Every step of the way - from booking, to planning and to the actual wedding day, everything was seamless. We worked closely with Jade as she was our coordinator and I truly cannot say enough about her. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and friendly. It was obvious she absolutely loves what she does. Her hard work and dedication truly meant the world to my husband and I! I had my wedding here in October 2021, and I was blown away how Timberlodge went above and beyond to make our wedding day absolutely perfect! I had quite a bit of my own décor and they were fantastic at placing everything I wanted where I wanted it. They were very timely with answering all of our questions during the planning process, made sure to reach out to all of our various wedding vendors before the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page, and made sure the wedding went smoothly. The perfect wedding
Dana and Amber were so helpful, kind, and enjoyable to work with. The Timberlodge was very flexible and they constantly were in communication with us, answering the silliest questions. My husband and I looked at a few wedding venues and nothing was giving me that wow factor that I was looking for. Then I came across The Timberlodge on WeddingWire and it looked incredible! I was surprised that I had never heard of it before since we lived about 40 minutes away. We made our appointment for a tour with krystle in January of 2019. Literally as soon as I stepped inside my breath was kind of takin away! I knew IMMEDIATELY that this was our wedding venue. The place is stunning, pictures don’t do it enough justice. The staff was absolutely incredible especially planning for over a year during covid and never knowing exactly what to expect or what the day would look like. Dana and everyone at the timberlodge we’re always super responsive, enthusiastic, positive and optimistic. They truly care about all their couples and make them feel like top priority! All the food and drink options you get is incredible and so much fun to plan out. Making our menu was one of our favorite parts of planning. The property is just amazing from inside to outside. The fact that there were other things to do and other places to walk around and mingle besides just sitting at their table inside was HUGE for us. We still, a month later, are getting compliments from friends and family on the venue and saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We are forever grateful for the timberlodge and the whole team. -

Sarah, Amanda and Krystle were all amazing to work with and got us through the stress of first postponing and then having our wedding during the pandemic. They answered all our questions, particularly when we were worried about safety, and made sure everything went smoothly by working through every detail. The food was delicious, everything was set up even better than we could've imagined, and they were SO FRIENDLY! With the included tasting and in person meeting you end up feeling so comfortable that on my wedding day I was uncharacteristically relaxed. It was a bonus that they have beautiful patios - our guests were able to distance outside after dinner. Buckle up I have A LOT of praise to give: I know everyone thinks their wedding is perfect, but ours TRULY was. Timberlodge is an incredible venue with even more incredible staff! Planning was so easy....you are assigned a coordinator (included in the price) and they handle every detail with excellence. Amanda made everything happen effortlessly and went above and beyond. (For example, she was unable to get a hold of our caterer the day of and because she was worried they wouldn't show, she had the kitchen make a quick cake that matched our decor perfectly just in case so we could cut something. We didn't end up needing it but that exemplifies how much they care and are on top of things). We also moved our ceremony indoors the week before and were unsure of how to decorate. We left the items we had with the staff and they found the perfect location for them and even used extra pieces the venue had in storage to bring the ceremony space together! I truly don't have enough space to explain all the thoughtful details handled the day of. The food and drinks were excellent, the venue provides gorgeous centerpieces, linen, table numbers, etc, the staff makes everything come together effortlessly, and the price is incredibly reasonable (~13K for ~130 people, which includes food, our 4hr open bar, ceremony and venue space, staff who meets with you several times beforehand and coordinates everything, all furnishings/decorations/linen/glassware included). I can’t begin to tell you how amazing the Timberlodge venue is. It was absolutely perfect. I’m a type A individual who wanted everything perfect (what bride doesn’t)! I researched almost every venue in the Buffalo area (basically everywhere in WNY- like a hundred places). Every time the good reviews led me to Timberlodge. So my husband and I booked a tour and within five minutes of us walking in we knew it was the place for us. Everything is perfect. Amanda is absolutely amazing to work with and really understand the uniqueness of each individual bride. The ambiance of the exposed timber inside is perfect for any kind of wedding from rustic to modern. And the food! AMAZING. Honestly I don’t even know how to write a perfect review. Everything was amazing, we went with the banquet option and it was definitely the best option for your money. I highly recommend the mashed potatoes! Honestly stop looking anywhere else because this is the best venue you will find for your wedding. I just had my wedding here last month, and it was the best experience of my life. It was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff was perfect! Krystle and Amanda are both excellent at what they do, and they answered all of my questions/were there to help me with whatever I needed. I would do it all over again here in a heartbeat!! We just booked our wedding for the sterling for June 2020 and Krystle has been amazing through out the entire process for someone who has no idea what it takes in planning a wedding! She was super patient, helpful and I cannot wait to see how it all comes together! They have so much to offer for great prices and the place is beautiful. -

We just had our tour last week and it was amazing. The venue is beautiful and everything we could have asked for. The staff are extremely helpful and answer all of your questions, we booked our date that day and I am so excited to have our wedding/reception here!! -
Julie Sent on 11/08/2017My dream wedding venue, everything about it was absolutely perfect!! The food, the atmosphere, and the service were all top notch! Anna was such a pleasure to work with leading up to our wedding and Ciera, who was our day of coordinator made sure the venue was set up to perfection and everything ran very smoothly. My husband had dropped off all of our decor two days prior, so I had little to do with setting anything up. The day of the wedding, when I walked into our reception, I was absolutely floored with how perfect, gorgeous, and dreamy everything was. Everything that I had envisioned was brought to life ten fold. I cannot thank Timberlodge enough for being a huge part of my perfect wedding day!!
