Set in North Tonawanda, New York, Wurlitzer Events is a wedding venue with three distinct event spaces. This unique location combines its historical background as a notable organ manufacturer with a modern, industrial aesthetic. It is ideally suited to couples looking for an eclectic wedding venue with ample room for customized design. Each event room is a blank canvas, waiting for someone to put their own unique spin on it.
Facilities and Capacity
Wurlitzer Events offers a choice of three spaces to host their celebration. The Wurlitzer Room on the first floor can accommodate events of up to 300 people. It comes with an illuminated patio and garden area, where guests can take a short break and breathe fresh air while enjoying the glow and warmth by the firepit. The second floor is home to the venue’s two other event spaces. The Tower Room is ready for groups of less than 150 for a cozier atmosphere. Lastly, the Recital Room is an intimate setting, available for ceremonies with up to 85 attendees. Both the Wurlitzer Room and Tower Room come with their own private get-ready rooms. High ceilings and wide industrial windows throughout make this building feel airy and spacious and let in copious amounts of natural light. An outdoor gazebo on carefully kept grounds can be used for a romantic ceremony or intimate pictures.
Services Offered
The events team at Wurlitzer Events can support couples in their wedding planning by helping out with the details. Setup and cleanup can be provided by the venue. Bar service at the Wurlitzer Building includes bartenders, as well as house liquors and wines. Chairs, tables, and a dance floor can all be supplied by the venue. The experienced in-house chef offers couples a variety of menus to choose from, whether they want a laidback buffet-style meal or elegant hors d’oeuvres. Tableware, including linens, is available from the building. Each event room contains a microphone and podium for touching speeches, and TV screens can also be arranged to display videos or slideshows. A chocolate fountain can be an additional decadent feature for your celebration.
