The most magical venue that exceeded all of our dreams for the perfect night. We tied the knot at Tappan Hill Mansion a little over a month ago and we can’t stop talking about it. This place is special – it’s charming, it’s elegant, it’s cozy and it’s timeless. Tappan Hill has so much personality and made us feel like we were home the second we walked in, and sure enough we walked out with a contract in hand. The food at Tappan Hill is truly like no other. The attention to detail, peoples allergies or restrictions, and the quality was above par. Every single bite we had was better than the next. Every step of the way the team at Tappan Hill is there to answer all of your questions, and requests, no matter how many times you’ve phrased it or how wild your request is. No idea was off limits or too crazy for them to execute and the team does everything they can to make sure that the couple has the best night. Caitlin was a joy to work with and quick to respond during the booking & planning process. Vanessa was an absolute powerhouse, no detail was left unturned, and her organization was flawless. She was such a brightness on our wedding day and we are so thankful she was there to run the day and think of all the logistics so we could just enjoy it. Our bridal attendant, Katelyn, was phenomenal, ensuring I (the bride) was catered to at every moment during the getting ready, and when it came time for ceremony & pictures, she was right there when I turned to need something. We can’t thank the Tappan Hill staff enough for putting their best foot forward so we could have our special day. It was the best venue, best food, and best staff. Can’t recommend enough!

Our wedding at Tappan Hill Mansion on 10/31/25 was absolutely magical. The team truly brought our dream wedding to life with an elegant, Halloween-theme, happily catering to our unique aesthetics. The entire staff was excellent and made sure our day went perfectly and without a hitch. They were extremely helpful every step of the way, going above and beyond even for our smaller sized wedding, on just a few months notice. Our event coordinator, John was terrific and a pleasure to work with, making sure the entire event was stress free and flowed smoothly. Our bridal attendant Ashley was also incredibly helpful and kind. She was so supportive and was right there from start to finish with exceptional effort and dedication to the bridal party. The extensive choices of food and our personalized wedding cake by Abigail Kirsch were more than delicious! Our guests are still raving about how great everything tasted and how beautiful everything was, with many quoting “It’s the best wedding they’ve ever been to”. All in all, we truly could not have chosen a better venue for the best day of our lives and highly recommend it for weddings and celebrations of any kind!

We had our wedding at Tappan Hill Mansion in October 2025, and it was absolutely magical from start to finish. From the moment we first toured the beautiful grounds, we knew it was the perfect place for us to be married and the experience only exceeded our expectations!

The food and service were phenomenal. Every single dish lived up to Tappan Hill’s incredible reputation. Many of our guests were Indian and vegetarian, and the team went above and beyond to accommodate everyone’s dietary needs. We even collaborated with the chefs to include special Indian sweets for our Hindu ceremony, and guests are still raving about how delicious everything was!

Throughout the planning process, their communication was seamless and professional. We never felt like “just another couple” and the staff truly made us feel celebrated and cared for every step of the way.

A special shoutout to John, our event manager, who was an absolute dream to work with. He was attentive, organized, and always making sure we felt at ease. His warmth, professionalism, and calm demeanor made the day flow effortlessly. And Julia, my bridal attendant, deserves her own five stars! She was so kind and attentive! She made sure I was comfortable, well-fed, and even icing my feet at one point. on the day of our wedding!

what an extraordinary wedding that my self and my husband had. First off we would like to thank Caitlin Who was our main planner for this wedding. She got everything that we needed to have for that wedding and made sure everything was planned correctly and was in ordered. Second my hand write Kaitlin who made sure my husband, and myself always had food, drinks, checked in with us at all times, and was the sweetest kindest person to have. The culinary staff, the food was magnificent with their texture of food, seasoning, present, and presentation of each food. The waiters and the waitresses were unbelievably so kind so respective, and always there to make sure all the guest were treated amazing. We did have some people that needed changes in their food and it was so perfect that they accommodated each guest when needed. Our wedding was extraordinary and I could not think tapping Hill staff enough.

We can't say enough good things about Tappan Hill. The team was absolutely exceptional and made our wedding day run so smoothly. There is literally so much I could say but I will try to focus on some of the highlights: 
- Our event coordinator (John Glovack) was an absolute godsend. From the moment we met him two months out from our wedding we knew we'd hit the jackpot. He was positive, organized, flexible and RESPONSIVE. On the days when he was working we never went more than a few hours before we heard a reply from him. He kept track of all of our requests (food, timeline etc.) and never asked the same question twice. I don't know how he does it, but he was a huge help in the final weeks to work though all the nuances and questions from our other vendors!
- The day-of bridal attendant (Marleny) was also fantastic. For example, we arrived at the venue with multiple boxes filled with all kinds of decor. Instead of having to micro-manage and direct her on where everything should go, she was able to make some educated guesses and figure out 95% of it by herself. Periodically as I was getting ready she would come back and show me photos of where she had set things up, and I truly had no notes! She was also so helpful throughout the day (brought me water before I asked for it, helped us stay on schedule, bustled my dress after the ceremony etc.) - allowing my bridesmaids and I to be as relaxed as possible! At the end of the night, she also helped make sure all of our stuff was packed up and ready to leave, saving me the headache of trying to run around and corral everything. 
- Our wedding ran like a well oiled machine. The staff is so good and the service was extremely prompt. No one was ever waiting in a line for a drink, or sitting at their table wondering where their food was! 
- Speaking of the food, the food here was amazing! From our cocktail hour through to our afterparty, all of our guests commented on how delicious everything was. Not something you always get to say with wedding food to begin with, but the food here is absolutely restaurant quality! 
If we had the chance to do it all over again we would pick Tappan Hill in a heartbeat. We are so grateful for John, Marleny and the whole team for making the wedding of our dreams a reality!

Caitlin was such a great support in the early planning days, and we were lucky to have John as our event manager to guide us through the final planning and the wedding day itself. John was such a joy to work with and always brought such a positive and supportive energy. Our wedding exceeded all our expectations and we truly couldn’t have asked for anything more. John took care of all the logistics so we could just relax and enjoy our special day. The outdoor ceremony was beautiful and there were tons of great locations to take photos outside on the venue grounds. All the staff was so supportive and helpful and made the entire event run without a hitch. We did a pescatarian/vegan friendly menu and heard from so many guests how much they loved the food.
