Facilities and Capacity
Beekman Arms & Delamater Inn features four separate event spaces to host gatherings of various sizes, from romantic elopements to receptions with up to 80 guests. Their largest outdoor space is the Delamater Lawn, where guests can enjoy your ceremony and mingle along the lush, manicured grass. Flourishing trees, gardens, and topiary plants surround the area to create a tranquil backdrop for any couple’s ceremony. For indoor receptions, the Wayfarer Ballroom can accommodate up to 80 guests inside the classic, sophisticated setting. Vintage chandeliers and large windows are present throughout the room for a bright and airy atmosphere. Adjacent is the enclosed Greenhouse, which can be used separately for guests to enjoy a picturesque outdoor view during their cocktail hour. Up to 25 guests can gather in the Beekman Room and enjoy a private, welcoming ambiance for their rehearsal dinner or wedding shower. You and your loved ones will also have 80 separate rooms and suites to choose from, each featuring a vintage decor style and modern amenities. Parking is available onsite, with wheelchair accessibility to ensure that every guest arrives at the venue safely.

Elegant and Charming Wedding
in the USA. Many of our guests stayed the whole weekend. They did a beautiful job in every way for our wedding reception! We met with Stephanie who set up a tasting and had some great ideas during further meetings for placement of tables and our band. Every time I had a question, she got right back to me! Honestly, that is so important. I have 2 venues that still never returned my calls from my first inquiries. We were treated like family and you will be too. They do one wedding at a time so every detail is given attention. The day before our wedding, Stephanie helped me put white seat covers and sashes on the chairs. She helped put lights up and table numbers. She even put the topper and flowers on my cake while we were across the street at the historic Church of the Messiah, getting married! Guests raved about the food and for good reason! Thank you to the owner, the chef, the bartender, servers but especially Stephanie who worked so hard to make our dream wedding come true!
