Stephanie, the Beekman Arms' wedding coordinator, deserves a standing ovation. Her dedication and expertise made the entire journey a seamless and joyful experience. Prior to choosing the Beekman Arms as our venue, we met with and corresponded with Stephanie for five months, her patience and professionalism is unparalleled. Over an additional five months leading up to our wedding, Stephanie went above and beyond to guide us through every aspect of planning. Her recommendations for our photographer/videographer, pastry vendor, and Pastor were spot-on, making our day truly exceptional.

Stephanie's meticulous attention to detail ensured that no stone was left unturned. Stephanie, despite being so busy, is very generous with her time - always accommodating a call, in-person meeting, or Zoom catch-up. She sent me helpful reminders on tasks to complete, placed orders I missed, verified the orders I placed (some needed correcting like the wedding cake!), suggested a timeline well in advance of our wedding day and kept us on time the day of! She effortlessly handled last-minute challenges, from boutonnières to floral arrangements, and even a missing Photo Booth camera charger! Stephanie is a treasure, and her years of experience in the industry shine through in her competence and grace. We cannot over emphasize how wonderful Stephanie is, she is such an amazing person and an absolute pleasure to work with.

The outdoor ceremony in the charming courtyard, framed by the wisteria-covered trellis, was nothing short of enchanting. The cocktail hour in the atrium set the tone for a night of celebration, and the reception in the main hall was beautifully executed. The intimate setting was perfect for our 60 guests, and the Beekman Arms staff truly went above and beyond to make our day special.

And let's not forget the food! The chef at the Beekman Arms is nothing short of phenomenal. From mouthwatering hors d'oeuvres to the delectable main entrees and the unforgettable crème brûlée, our guests raved about the culinary delights.

In sum, our wedding at the Beekman Arms was a dream come true. Stephanie knows how to make your day come together. We recently had our parents anniversary party at Beekman Arms. She helped us pick the perfect setting on the property, fine tune our menu, and all the right suggestions along the way to make the process easy. Highly recommend.

The Beekman Arms Inn is located in historic Rhinebeck, NY This is the oldest, continuously operated Inn
in the USA. Many of our guests stayed the whole weekend. They did a beautiful job in every way for our wedding reception! We met with Stephanie who set up a tasting and had some great ideas during further meetings for placement of tables and our band. Every time I had a question, she got right back to me! Honestly, that is so important. I have 2 venues that still never returned my calls from my first inquiries. We were treated like family and you will be too. They do one wedding at a time so every detail is given attention. The day before our wedding, Stephanie helped me put white seat covers and sashes on the chairs. She helped put lights up and table numbers. She even put the topper and flowers on my cake while we were across the street at the historic Church of the Messiah, getting married! Guests raved about the food and for good reason! Thank you to the owner, the chef, the bartender, servers but especially Stephanie who worked so hard to make our dream wedding come true!

Our wedding day at the Beekman Arms and Delamater Inn was the happiest most beautiful day of our lives! It’s the perfect venue for the couple who wants a classic, elegant wedding in a historic hotel, located in a beautiful small town. Stephanie, the wedding planner was so lovely to work with throughout the whole planning process, and did an excellent job as the day-of coordinator. From the ceremony to the reception, she made each component of our wedding run so smoothly. As a bride, I didn't have to worry about a thing. We couldn’t have done it without her. Stephanie worked with us to create a perfect wedding reception for us. We had eloped previous and we were looking for a venue to have our loved ones with us to celebrate. I was speechless when I entered the room. It was arranged perfectly. The food was amazing and there was plenty of it. The bartender and the drinks were perfect. They made a signature drink for us. The servers were beyond attentive. My event coordinator Marie checked on us to be sure we were happy start to finish. I can’t say enough great things about this venue. It’s an old Inn, the town is quaint and the pricing much more reasonable than I expected. I don’t think the indoor ballroom is a great place to hold more than 80. We also utilized the sunroom/patio are for an extra charge.

WOW WOW WOW! Where to begin... we had a 50 room block at the Beekman Arms and all our wedding guests stayed there. It was so nice to have everyone close to each other. We also had our farewell brunch there on the lawn, it was the perfect way to end our wedding weekend. The staff at the Beekman Arms were all extremely helpful. Catherine is a rockstars! Kayla was too! Brenda helped us organize and pull off the brunch. The historic rooms are so charming, and the town itself was perfect for our guests to wander around. They all loved it!
