Tips and Advice

Tips from the Cherished Events Pros

*When budget is a concern, focus your resources on elements with the highest impact and that are the most meaningful to you.

*At least twice during the wedding planning process, take a short vacation from the planning altogether. It will give you and your loved one a chance to simply enjoy one another the way you did before the crazy production of a wedding began.

*If you're not working with an event planner from start to finish, be sure to check references for each vendor. In addition to the references the vendor provides to you, do your own checking from wedding message boards or a Google search.  Keep in mind that vendor reviews are subjective, so you'll have to watch for dishonest reviews written based on something other than professional experience.
