On our intro call, when I was overwhelmed with decisions, she immediately asked what was stressing me out the most—and offered practical, thoughtful solutions (which I ended up taking and was so glad I did!). That moment really helped build my trust in her early on.

As a project manager myself, I can be particular about small details and have a hard time letting go—but Amanda was on top of ALL the details leading up to the wedding and kept everything updated and organized for our vendors.

The day of the wedding she even lent us many wedding decor items from her personal supply and arranged our decor. While we had simple decor and florals, I had a specific vision, and Amanda executed it perfectly.

We are especially appreciative that Amanda packed up nearly all of our reception items and personally delivered them the next day, working around our schedule. That extra step gave us such peace of mind and made it even easier to enjoy our wedding day.

Hiring Amanda as our wedding day coordinator was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.

We officially started our month of coordination about a month before the wedding, but Amanda was able to help answer questions we had earlier in the process regarding logistics of the wedding day. She also joined our venue walkthrough seven weeks out, before our coordination window had officially begun.

She built our timeline with real thought and guidance, helping us figure out the right order of events. When we needed to make a change the week before the wedding, she rolled with it and had things updated in no time. Then on the day itself, when storms forced us to shift our sunset photos earlier, she rearranged things on the fly and still got us back on schedule for the rest of the night.

Amanda arrived as soon as the venue opened to start coordinating vendors and setting up decor. We didn't have a huge amount of personal decor, but she made sure everything was set up beautifully so we could just enjoy the day. She worked seamlessly with our other vendors, and the whole event ran so smoothly that we didn't have to think about logistics at all.

She also took care of our personal decor from start to finish. She collected it at our rehearsal the day before so we didn't have to transport it ourselves, then held onto it after the wedding so we didn't have to load up a car that night. Since we left for our honeymoon shortly after, she was flexible about coordinating a time for us to collect everything later.

We cannot recommend Amanda enough! Our wedding day would not have been nearly as seamless without her.

Amanda was an incredible month-of coordinator, and choosing month-of coordination was absolutely the right decision for us. From the moment she stepped in, she thought through all the little details that I would have never considered, which allowed me to truly relax and enjoy our wedding day.

She helped us think through every aspect of the timeline, coordinated with all of our vendors professionally and respectfully, and made sure everyone was on the same page. Her communication was always clear, and she set great expectations about what she would take off my plate. They offer an amazing planning website, which include timeline and guest coordination, from the moment we hired them which was months before our official coordination with them. You could tell Amanda cared deeply about making our day the best it could be and she made sure we had everything we needed. Truly grateful for her knowledge, professionalism and kindness.

I truly cannot imagine how our wedding day could have happened without Amanda. We purchased her month-of services and feel like we truly got our money's worth. The portal she provides access to (AislePlanner) was extremely helpful - we used it to arrange the tables, establish the seating chart, and develop the timeline. The intuitive interface saved so much time and effort during an extremely busy month. Additionally, Amanda offers a comprehensive inventory of wedding items (ie candles, frames, hurricanes, etc.) that helped save money and bring everything together. It was so helpful to not have to spend time and money finding those last few items to finalize decor. Lastly, Amanda's support on the actual day was incredible. She was instrumental in giving us the stress-free day of our dreams. She was 3 steps ahead of us the entire day - every time I thought of something, she had already taken care of it. She kept us to the timeline and was my go-to person throughout the day. She was amazing!

Amanda was truly a lifesaver! From coordinating our very large families into one photo (no small feat!) to setting up our DIY decor, she handled everything with patience and grace. She checked in with us regularly throughout planning and was always just a text away for even the tiniest questions. Her website made organizing our timeline and seating chart a breeze, and she was on top of every vendor like a pro. She even made sure we ate on the big day—talk about full service! If you want a wedding day that feels smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable, Amanda is your best bet. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were excited to plan a wedding that captured all the things we loved about weddings without all the stuff no one loves about weddings. But there were still a lot of practical questions we didn't know the answers to. Where does an arch even come from? Where do guests put their cards? How do the party favors magically appear at the end? One phone call with Amanda alleviated all of our concerns. She knew how to perfectly break down the day for us, including all the fine details we'd never thought to think about, and always keeping mindful of all our priorities. Then she helped choreograph all our vendors before, during, and after the wedding so we never had to worry that everyone was going to get the job done. If we had to do it all again, we'd get Amanda again — but we won't have to!

Everybody tells you not to expect your wedding to be perfect, but ours truly felt that way because of Amanda. Her organization, thoughtfulness and professionalism put us totally at ease, and we were able to enjoy our wedding day and be completely present knowing we were in very capable hands.

We met with a couple larger wedding planning companies but wanted more flexibility and a personal touch, which we found in Amanda. We opted for the month-of-coordination package since we were comfortable planning most aspects of the wedding but needed help on execution and logistics.

Amanda impressed us from the first day. She came to our venue meeting, wedding walk-through and our house to make sure we'd thought of everything. She loaned us some display items for the wedding and ensured all of our cards, gifts and personal items got back to us safely while we were celebrating. Everywhere we turned, she was there: making last minute seating changes, keeping us on schedule, making sure our guests knew where to go (and when to leave!).

We really couldn't recommend her (and her dress-saving red wine spray) more!
