Rust Manor House is a wedding venue located just outside of Washington, D.C in Leesburg, Virginia. Situated in the heart of a 68-acre nature sanctuary, the venue is best known for its scenic atmosphere and historic mansion. Rust Manor House is managed by NOVA Parks, known for hosting incredible weddings and other events.
Facilities and Capacity
The Manor House at Rust has a seated capacity of 65 people (split between two rooms.) The tented event site can hold 200 seated guests. The capacity may include areas for a dance floor, DJ or band, buffet, bar(s), gift table, place card table, and cake table. However, the capacity varies depending upon the event setup. Air conditioning and heating are included so this sophisticated venue is the perfect setting for celebrations no matter the time of year.

The Best Day Ever! The Perfect Wedding Venue!
They responded to every question immediately, with such professionalism and warmth that it put us at ease throughout the entire planning process. Her dedication and attention to detail made everything feel smooth and stress-free. Planning a wedding in under 3 months at Rust was so refreshing.
The entire team was incredible friendly, professional, and always ready to help. We truly felt supported every step of the way, and it’s clear that they all genuinely care about making every event perfect.
The bridal suites were spotless and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed readily available. It made getting ready so easy and enjoyable for everyone.
But what truly stood out was the staff by far the BEST team I’ve ever worked with. From the tasting to every single person that went above and beyond to make our day special. They made us feel like royalty and ensured everything ran seamlessly.
The only minor feedback we received from a couple of guests was regarding the outdoor area, the grass and surrounding areas could have been treated a bit more for bugs, and some netting might have helped with that. It wasn’t a major issue, but worth mentioning for future events.
That said, the staff more than made up for it. They were, without a doubt, the BEST team we’ve ever encountered. Their energy, professionalism, and kindness made us and our guests feel so welcome and cared for.

Stunning and airy venue
Amelia and Alexandria were extremely helpful, professional and patient with us throughout the entire process. Throughout the entire process, Rust was nothing short of amazing. They are quick to respond to any and all questions/communications, and are soooo kind.
The entirety of the venue is bright, airy, comfortable, and clean. We experienced no issues with the venue, the staff, or the behind the scenes. Not to mention - the bridal suite is GORGEOUS, and the groomsman lounge was perfect. We had a wedding with 130 people, and there was no point that it felt cramped - it was perfect.
The ceremony space is absolutely breathtaking, the inside of the manor is perfect, and the reception space created the environment for a nice dinner, and good dancing. The fire pit out back made our dream of having s'mores come to life.
We cannot recommend Rust Manor anymore - and are so happy that we started our forever at such an amazing space.
