Memorable Moments Forever played such a huge role in making our wedding day smooth, organized, and enjoyable. From vendor management and communication to coordinating entries, processions, DJ songs, and handling all the behind-the-scenes details, their team stayed on top of everything. What really stood out was how calmly and professionally they handled every situation while also making our families feel comfortable and informed throughout the ceremonies and rituals. Because of them, we were actually able to be present and enjoy the day instead of stressing over logistics. Highly recommend their team to any couple planning a wedding!!

Our experience with Michele and her team at Event Planning DC was outstanding from start to finish. Michele was absolutely AMAZING. I got in touch with her quite a few months before our wedding. Whenever I had a logistics question during the final months of planning, she was quick to respond and always had the answer. When it got to the actual month and weeks before the wedding, she was beyond amazing. The week of the wedding, she met with my mom, fiance, and me to go over final details and to finalize an incredibly detailed day-of schedule. She contacted all of the vendors to make sure that everyone was on the same page and that they knew the schedule. I didn't realize how much work that would be until I saw everything that she was doing. She was also a wonderful presence at the rehearsal, keeping us all on track and making sure that the wedding party knew what they were doing the next day. Michele goes above and beyond. She is sweet and firm when talking to vendors. It was really helpful to know that I had someone who was going to make sure that everything went the way we wanted it to. I will absolutely be recommending her to everyone that I know who is getting married anywhere in the region. hiring her was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding. She let me enjoy the final days of preparation and enjoy being a bride, instead of going crazy with all of the details. I can't thank her enough.

Kim is truly one-of-a-kind. She creates the most romantic designs with layers of dreamy details that feel so personal and customized, and I was blown away with how she prioritized guest experience as well! The level of thought and intention that is put into every single last element of a wedding day is truly remarkable. And it's all done with a sense of ease and a smile on her face; her kindness is infectious! She works tirelessly and plans out every detail and logistical element perfectly, especially with all of the additional considerations of a tented wedding. So grateful for her & in awe of her work! You won't regret hiring Kim Newton Weddings!

I had the pleasure of meeting with Tomi early in my search process for a planner. She went above and beyond with her research and knowledge on vendors. Her insights helped us figure out what we needed and I highly recommend her for her thoroughness and effort to make sure we had all the details to make strong decisions.

We hired TEGI as month-of coordinators, and we are SO glad we did. We went into the wedding planning process thinking we could handle it ourselves...but having Tanya and her team to support us in the final stretch was worth every penny. They dutifully tracked down vendors' paperwork to submit to the venue, coordinated the final timeline, made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the right times, and had so many helpful suggestions and feedback on everything from the best placement of the gift table to what kind of escort cards would make the most sense for our outdoor venue throughout that entire final month. We had a Persian/American blended wedding, so they had the extra challenge of having to set up a sofreh which they'd never even heard of! But they nailed it (with a little help) and everything looked great, and they loaded all of our stuff (TWO cars worth) into our cars themselves at the end of the night so we could focus on our guests. They attended our venue walkthrough and any other final meetings as well as our rehearsal the day before, and really just made us feel like we could "let go" and actually enjoy our wedding on the day. The peace of mind was honestly priceless.

It’s hard to put into words how excellent LynnAaron Ford with Nouvelle Weddings is—because she just really is that excellent. We experienced the wedding of our dreams in October 2025, and can say with 100% certainty that it would not have been even close to possible without her. LynnAaron provided true full-service wedding planning. We often commented on how it felt like a concierge service—she is so good that it seemed like ours was the only wedding she was planning, although we knew logically that that wasn’t true. She is extremely organized and on top of EVERYTHING! From vendor selection and further communication, to our own personal to-do lists, to creating a website, to designing the wedding, she truly does it all. She honestly took all the stress out of the planning process, for which we are extremely thankful. Neither of us are people who have thought about our wedding since childhood—in fact, we didn’t really start thinking about what we truly wanted until our first meeting with LynnAaron. She was able to help guide us in the right direction when it came to a number of important decisions regarding design, guest list, priorities, etc. While she is an amazing wedding planner, she is also equally (or even more!) amazing on the day itself! On our wedding day, LynnAaron managed her team like a true professional and kept everything running on time and smoothly. Despite having numerous tasks to oversee, delegate, and accomplish, she somehow managed to be ever-present for us as the couple, making sure we were doing okay, were fed, and always had a drink in our hand, to name a few. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who will truly bring your vision to life (or help you create a vision if you don’t have one!), then you absolutely cannot go wrong with hiring LynnAaron. It’s so clear that she loves what she does, and we think that that love is reflected in the weddings that she plans so thoughtfully. Our only regret is that we couldn’t attend our own wedding as guests! Z + M

During my wedding day, everyone kept telling me I looked very calm, relaxed, and happy. I told them that besides marrying my partner, the best decision for our wedding was to work with Kadzo (for sure)! We knew her work was already amazing after she did my brothers wedding, so when it was my turn we already knew we wanted to work with her. At that point we had known Kadzo and Eddie for over a year, and felt like family. We had seen her in action navigating complicated family dynamics, doing behind the scenes work to make sure the event goes smooth, and bringing a wedding to an event venue that doesn't usually host them. We worked with Kadzo for a multi-day, LGBTQ Indian wedding and we wouldn't have been able to do it (or have as much fun in the process) without her. We couldn't thank her enough for making our weekend a DREAM. Working with Kadzo throughout the year was incredibly smooth. First off, she is a legend at working with different personalities. My partner is Type A, I'm pure Type B, and Kadzo was amazing at balancing being on top of everything, but also not overwhelming us with decisions to be made. Everything got done, but without the stress and pressure on our front. There'd so so many meetings where we'd be like "What about this? or that?" and Kadzo would have already thought of, AND taken care of it before it even came across our minds. Budgets are also a huge logisitical factor, and Kadzo always made sure we got the best value of what we wanted. She would give strong recommendations on when to dive in and otherwise when to pull back, but always keeping our vision in mind. I also even saw her negotiate pricing for linens or something by just giving the vendor a look. That's skill. She kept our vision in mind, which was helpful because even we'd forget that sometimes when we'd get off course or wrapped up in tiny details! We appreciated her grounding us and bringing us back to reality, and making the wedding planning process a fun experience too (I've heard brides lose their shit - not here) And when it came to planning things, she always had a "We'll get it done" mindset which was incredibly reassuring when you're deep into planning a million things. We completely switched out our decoration design mid way through planning process and she absolutely NAILED the look working with the decorating team Even our vendors would tell us how much they love working with Kadzo, which I thought was such a standout thing to have industry people tell you that. They were also ones that we selected, some of whom had never worked with Kadzo, so she was a superstar from the get go. They told us they wished all the planners they work with were like Kadzo. My favorite moment though, and this goes to show you how dedicated Kadzo is making sure things go smooth as possible, is when she joined my parents in walking down the aisle. My mom's in a wheelchair, and my dad got too excited in the moment and forgot to wheel her down. So Kadzo immediately jumped in and wheeled my mom down herself. I didn't know any of this until I saw the photos that afternoon, but I loved having Kadzo captured in family photos - she IS family at this point! I could go on about who much we loved working with Kadzo, Eddie, and the Impact Collective team. So much so we had our family work with her twice, as well as some family and friends who went on to work with her too. I'll just wrap it up by saying that a wedding is one of the most intimate and special moments your life, and you'll be better off working with someone who cares about it just as much as you do, has the experience/network to bring it together, and also makes it a fun year-long thing so you can look back on your entire wediing PLANNING process, not just the wedding day, and saw you had a great time. Please go work with them!!

Whether it’s a wedding outdoors and indoors, whether you want white flowers or pink flowers, Jackie makes it happen. She kept us updated and was so quick on getting things done. When we asked her to get something she had it done within days. I felt so confident and was less nervous about wedding planning with her. I truly had the most perfect day because of her and her staff. They are professional and straightforward. Trust her in the process. She doesn’t sugar coat to please, she gives her honest advice using her expertise and experience as a wedding planner. When I wanted to do something or wanted something for the wedding, she made sure she gave her two cents so that I could make a better decision for the wedding and it turned out to be flawless. I couldn’t recommend her services more to someone looking for a planner. Truly went above and beyond. 100/10!

If you’re looking for a wedding planner who actually gets it, hire Stephanie Marshall. Honestly, we couldn’t have pulled this off without her. She didn’t just "coordinate" our wedding; she ran the whole show like a pro and kept us sane the entire time. Planning a wedding involves a million moving parts, and Stephanie handled every single one. She was all over the logistics, from making sure the Chuppah was set up perfectly with the guys to coordinating the dress clothes at the hotel suite with my grandparents. She even handled the small stuff that makes a huge difference, like getting Chick-fil-A delivered to the wedding parties so nobody was starving while getting ready. One of the best things about working with Stephanie is how she handles the unexpected. When we had to pivot on the DJ setup or adjust the bowling logistics, she just handled it. No stress, no drama. Plus, working with her and Coach felt like working with friends who actually cared about making our day great. They even helped us manage the pre-wedding squash and sauna event, which was such a nice touch. If you want someone organized, direct, and completely on top of her game, Stephanie is the one. She turned what could have been a chaotic weekend into the best experience of our lives. We can't thank her enough.
