Edelina is amazing - and her assistant too!! From the moment we hired her she walked us through every single step and "held our hands" regularly, for almost a full year prior to my daughter's wedding. She uses an easy to follow system that breaks down the seemingly monumental amount of tasks to pull off a wedding into very manageable parts. We met via zoom at least once a month to update and determine the next few things to tackle for the following month. I can't tell you how many things we never would have even thought of if she hadn't told us. She is THE expert!! The rehearsal and the wedding were just perfect. The timeline we had planned for the wedding ended up being off due to guests that arrived late, and you would never have known it. Even having to completely switch around the order of events on the fly- Edelina made sure it all flowed seamlessly as if the new timeline was the plan all along. She was very attentive to the needs of the bride and entire bridal party, etc. checking in with us frequently while simultaneously checking in with every single vendor - and our guests! - to make sure things were happening on time and to her satisfaction and everyone was comfortable. Above and beyond is an understatement - seriously. She kept her eyes peeled throughout the planning months for things we had discussed we wanted but hadn't found/purchased yet and let us know about it right away - in case we wanted her to grab it for us. Completely on her own time! At the rehearsal I realized I had not made enough center pieces for every table and was panicking. She went to the place I purchased the flowers from after the rehearsal (at night!) and MADE enough arrangements for the wedding by the next day - without me even asking or anything. They were identical to the ones I had made. Edelina carries an "emergency" kit around on the wedding day. All the men in the wedding party were having trouble attaching their boutonnieres to their jackets because the lapel pins were weak and a bit too small. Edelina reaches into her kit and whips out longer and stronger pins than the ones provided by the florist and solves the problem. This is just one example of many where we were just in awe of how thoughtful and extremely competent this woman is. We HIGHLY recommend Event Details by Edelina. Thanks to you and your assistant for everything!! We can't thank you enough, truly. You made the entire event so much more enjoyable and relaxed than we could have even hoped for. We were able to actually be present in the moment during the whole thing, and really soak it all up. Priceless!!

Michele was absolutely AMAZING. I got in touch with her quite a few months before our wedding. Whenever I had a logistics question during the final months of planning, she was quick to respond and always had the answer. When it got to the actual month and weeks before the wedding, she was beyond amazing. The week of the wedding, she met with my mom, fiance, and me to go over final details and to finalize an incredibly detailed day-of schedule. She contacted all of the vendors to make sure that everyone was on the same page and that they knew the schedule. I didn't realize how much work that would be until I saw everything that she was doing. She was also a wonderful presence at the rehearsal, keeping us all on track and making sure that the wedding party knew what they were doing the next day. Michele goes above and beyond. She is sweet and firm when talking to vendors. It was really helpful to know that I had someone who was going to make sure that everything went the way we wanted it to. I will absolutely be recommending her to everyone that I know who is getting married anywhere in the region. hiring her was one of the best decisions that we made for our wedding. She let me enjoy the final days of preparation and enjoy being a bride, instead of going crazy with all of the details. I can't thank her enough.

Kim is truly one-of-a-kind. She creates the most romantic designs with layers of dreamy details that feel so personal and customized, and I was blown away with how she prioritized guest experience as well! The level of thought and intention that is put into every single last element of a wedding day is truly remarkable. And it's all done with a sense of ease and a smile on her face; her kindness is infectious! She works tirelessly and plans out every detail and logistical element perfectly, especially with all of the additional considerations of a tented wedding. So grateful for her & in awe of her work! You won't regret hiring Kim Newton Weddings!

We hired TEGI as month-of coordinators, and we are SO glad we did. We went into the wedding planning process thinking we could handle it ourselves...but having Tanya and her team to support us in the final stretch was worth every penny. They dutifully tracked down vendors' paperwork to submit to the venue, coordinated the final timeline, made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the right times, and had so many helpful suggestions and feedback on everything from the best placement of the gift table to what kind of escort cards would make the most sense for our outdoor venue throughout that entire final month. We had a Persian/American blended wedding, so they had the extra challenge of having to set up a sofreh which they'd never even heard of! But they nailed it (with a little help) and everything looked great, and they loaded all of our stuff (TWO cars worth) into our cars themselves at the end of the night so we could focus on our guests. They attended our venue walkthrough and any other final meetings as well as our rehearsal the day before, and really just made us feel like we could "let go" and actually enjoy our wedding on the day. The peace of mind was honestly priceless.

It’s hard to put into words how excellent LynnAaron Ford with Nouvelle Weddings is—because she just really is that excellent. We experienced the wedding of our dreams in October 2025, and can say with 100% certainty that it would not have been even close to possible without her. LynnAaron provided true full-service wedding planning. We often commented on how it felt like a concierge service—she is so good that it seemed like ours was the only wedding she was planning, although we knew logically that that wasn’t true. She is extremely organized and on top of EVERYTHING! From vendor selection and further communication, to our own personal to-do lists, to creating a website, to designing the wedding, she truly does it all. She honestly took all the stress out of the planning process, for which we are extremely thankful. Neither of us are people who have thought about our wedding since childhood—in fact, we didn’t really start thinking about what we truly wanted until our first meeting with LynnAaron. She was able to help guide us in the right direction when it came to a number of important decisions regarding design, guest list, priorities, etc. While she is an amazing wedding planner, she is also equally (or even more!) amazing on the day itself! On our wedding day, LynnAaron managed her team like a true professional and kept everything running on time and smoothly. Despite having numerous tasks to oversee, delegate, and accomplish, she somehow managed to be ever-present for us as the couple, making sure we were doing okay, were fed, and always had a drink in our hand, to name a few. If you’re looking for a wedding planner who will truly bring your vision to life (or help you create a vision if you don’t have one!), then you absolutely cannot go wrong with hiring LynnAaron. It’s so clear that she loves what she does, and we think that that love is reflected in the weddings that she plans so thoughtfully. Eddie, Stephanie, and the entire IMPACT Collective team were incredible. I'm the Treasurer of a nonprofit organization, and our Executive Director and I were responsible for organizing a national conference in Washington, D.C. for more than 300 students. About six weeks before the event, we realized we had seriously underestimated just how complex it would be. While this wasn't a wedding, the level of planning and coordination was every bit as demanding. We had more than 50 university leaders and executives attending from across the country, including our Board Chair and Vice Chair, along with speakers, sponsors, partners, and more than 300 students. There were countless moving parts and a lot of pressure because so many stakeholders were depending on us. That's when we found out about Eddie. He immediately said he'd take on the project, assemble the right team, and help us get across the finish line. I was skeptical. Stepping into an event of this size only six weeks out seemed almost impossible. Thankfully, I was wrong. From the very beginning, communication was exceptional. Stephanie, the event lead, kept every detail organized, the team responded incredibly quickly, and everyone always seemed one step ahead. Their project management was outstanding, and they handled every challenge with confidence and professionalism. When the conference arrived, everything ran smoothly. Instead of worrying about logistics, we were able to focus on our speakers, university partners, and, most importantly, our students. That peace of mind was invaluable. If you're looking for a team that's organized, responsive, calm under pressure, and capable of managing an event with an incredible number of moving pieces, I can't recommend IMPACT Collective highly enough. Whether it’s a wedding outdoors and indoors, whether you want white flowers or pink flowers, Jackie makes it happen. She kept us updated and was so quick on getting things done. When we asked her to get something she had it done within days. I felt so confident and was less nervous about wedding planning with her. I truly had the most perfect day because of her and her staff. They are professional and straightforward. Trust her in the process. She doesn’t sugar coat to please, she gives her honest advice using her expertise and experience as a wedding planner. When I wanted to do something or wanted something for the wedding, she made sure she gave her two cents so that I could make a better decision for the wedding and it turned out to be flawless. I couldn’t recommend her services more to someone looking for a planner. Truly went above and beyond. 100/10!

If you’re looking for a wedding planner who actually gets it, hire Stephanie Marshall. Honestly, we couldn’t have pulled this off without her. She didn’t just "coordinate" our wedding; she ran the whole show like a pro and kept us sane the entire time. Planning a wedding involves a million moving parts, and Stephanie handled every single one. She was all over the logistics, from making sure the Chuppah was set up perfectly with the guys to coordinating the dress clothes at the hotel suite with my grandparents. She even handled the small stuff that makes a huge difference, like getting Chick-fil-A delivered to the wedding parties so nobody was starving while getting ready. One of the best things about working with Stephanie is how she handles the unexpected. When we had to pivot on the DJ setup or adjust the bowling logistics, she just handled it. No stress, no drama. Plus, working with her and Coach felt like working with friends who actually cared about making our day great. They even helped us manage the pre-wedding squash and sauna event, which was such a nice touch. If you want someone organized, direct, and completely on top of her game, Stephanie is the one. She turned what could have been a chaotic weekend into the best experience of our lives. We can't thank her enough.
