We were looking for a catering vendor for our daughter's 1st birthday and Chisom and her team delivered, and went above and beyond! They made sure to understand our needs and craft not just delicious dishes, but also accompanying drinks, beautiful displays, and an experience that matched our travel theme. Overall, our guests were delighted with the taste of both the food and drinks (enthusiastically nodding their heads when we checked in about flavor), and everyone wanted to take more home! Chisom will work with you to make sure you are taken care of - luv and attention to detail goes into her work. We highly recommend her service!

My husband & I had Stephanie cater our wedding on 08/27/2022 in King George, VA. Today is 01/22/2024, I STILL have people complementing our food! We have decided that each year for our anniversary, we will have Stephanie cater for us. When my husband retires, she will be getting a call to cater his party if he wants one! You will NOT be disappointed!

Old Blue BBQ did an outstanding job catering our wedding, and everything was a massive hit with our guests! The food was fresh, hot, and incredibly delicious—the peach tea pork loin, tender pulled chicken, creamy macaroni and cheese, and perfectly seasoned grainy mustard potato salad were all amazing. The farmhouse salad was fresh and well-balanced, and the custom BBQ sauces in little bottles on the tables were a huge hit. Chef Stephen was extremely flexible and creative, going above and beyond to ensure everyone had something to eat regardless of dietary restrictions (even offering to speak with guests directly), and his vegan crab cakes were absolutely incredible in their own right. Monica was our main contact and day-of lead, and she was super responsive throughout the entire planning process, answering every question and handling so many details. On the day of, the wait staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and setup and teardown were completely seamless. Our venue allowed us to bring our own alcohol, and the bartenders served it with zero issues, bringing great personalities and keeping the bar line moving quickly. As a favorite bonus: Old Blue has a 'Brideshare' collection packed with wonderful items you can borrow for free. Because we were doing our own flowers and decor, being able to borrow their bud vases, table runners, candles, and reserved signs saved us so much extra money. It was such a helpful, thoughtful feature on top of the already wonderful food and service. We highly recommend them!

Our outdoor wedding for 180 was absolutely spectacular. Working with Michael (the owner) was a joy every step of the way. The food was at the Chez Francoise level, and the service was amazing. I just can't rave enough about our experience with Helga's. All our guests commented about how warm and helpful the staff was during our Reception. A total home-run!

From the moment I walked downstairs into our dining room, I was utterly mesmerized. The setup was breathtaking—every detail thoughtfully arranged, making the space feel both elegant and personal. It was like stepping into a dream. The culinary experience was nothing short of extraordinary. Chef Carlos and his team of servers didn’t just meet expectations; they far exceeded them. Their professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness elevated the evening to another level. The food? Absolutely divine. Every dish was a masterpiece, crafted with care and bursting with flavor. A special shoutout to Lauren, who was simply wonderful to work with from start to finish. I had a vision for my 50th birthday—a celebration that reflected different chapters of my life through food. Lauren listened with such care and brought it all to life. The menu was a heartfelt journey: short ribs reminiscent of my mom’s cooking, country ham in honor of my late dad’s favorite Sunday biscuit, and flavors that transported us back to our time in Charleston, SC, where our children were born. Every bite carried meaning and memories. Root & Stem didn’t just cater an event; they created an unforgettable experience that touched my heart. I would recommend them *without hesitation*. They go above and beyond, delivering not only exquisite food but also a deep sense of care and connection. So happy we chose IndAroma for our wedding. The food was spectacular. Many of our guests came up to me to rave about the tastiness of the food without me even asking! Not only was the quality good, but IndAroma was also able to provide both classic and modern, innovative dishes. They were very responsive as well and professional to work with. The overall process was very smooth to work with them to create a menu. For the wedding they were on time and delivered a beautiful experience.

Twinleaf did an amazing job at my daughter's wedding! Alyssa made planning very easy, she was available whenever we had questions, and made sure that all of our requests were covered. We worked with her from the very first phone call all the way until the wedding and she really brought our vision together. Alyssa, Olivia, Shelby and the whole team were so wonderful to work with ensuring that set-up, service, and clean up ran smoothly. The food was delicious and our guests are still talking about the food. They clearly take pride in what they do. We are so happy to have hired them for our wedding and highly recommend them!

Main Event catered my daughter's wedding and we could not be happier with our experience. In fact, their professionalism and responsiveness were major factors in our decision to select Main Event. Additionally, our primary points of contact were knowledgeable, gracious, kind, and genuinely invested in helping us create a memorable celebration. Perhaps what impressed me most was that Main Event never felt like "just a vendor." Instead, it felt as though we were working alongside a team that genuinely understood how important this day was to our family. They assisted with everything from coordinating the tent and restroom trailers to creating a beautiful bar setup, incorporating soft seating in the bride’s favorite shades of purple, and delivering exceptional food and service. We recently had our wedding at Celebrations at the Bay (Chesapeake Ballroom) and couldn't be happier with our choice. From the moment we stepped foot into the venue, we knew it was the perfect place for our special day. The Chesapeake Ballroom exudes elegance and charm, providing a beautiful backdrop for both our ceremony and reception. The planning process was incredibly smooth and stress-free, thanks to the amazing team at Celebrations at the Bay. Zoe and Randy, our planner and day-of coordinator provided by the venue, were absolute gems. They were attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. Their expertise and professionalism made the entire experience enjoyable and worry-free. The catering provided by Catering by Uptown was outstanding. The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how amazing the meal was, and the open bar was a hit with everyone. Additionally, the selection of table settings, linens, and decorations offered by the venue allowed us to personalize our event and create the atmosphere we envisioned. Celebrations at the Bay truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more.
