We were looking for a catering vendor for our daughter's 1st birthday and Chisom and her team delivered, and went above and beyond! They made sure to understand our needs and craft not just delicious dishes, but also accompanying drinks, beautiful displays, and an experience that matched our travel theme. Overall, our guests were delighted with the taste of both the food and drinks (enthusiastically nodding their heads when we checked in about flavor), and everyone wanted to take more home! We cannot say enough good things about Old Blue BBQ. They catered our wedding reception in early November, and choosing them was one of the best decisions we made. Old Blue BBQ is a small business, and that care and pride show in everything they do. They are also eco-friendly, which mattered to us and made us feel even better about working with them. You can tell this is a team that is thoughtful, not just about food, but about how they operate and serve people. We actually booked Old Blue BBQ before ever tasting the food, which felt like a leap of faith at the time. After booking, we traveled to their location for a tasting and were completely blown away. Not only was the food incredible, but the way we were treated sealed the deal. They welcomed us and cared for us as if we had not already signed a contract. From that first bite and that experience, we immediately knew we had made the right choice. The owner and founder is deeply passionate about the food he creates, and that passion shows through the quality of every dish. What they delivered on our wedding day exceeded every expectation. The food was beyond impressive and beautifully presented. Guests are still talking about it and repeatedly asking if Old Blue BBQ has a restaurant because they want to eat it again. Every single dish was a hit. The service was absolutely top-notch. The team moved together seamlessly, calm, confident, and completely in sync. A special shout-out to our catering coordinator, Triana Rozas, who was responsive, organized, and an absolute God-sent throughout the entire planning process and on the wedding day. We also loved their décor offerings. Being able to use their décor saved us money and elevated the entire look of our reception space, making it feel exactly how we envisioned. The menu was a heartfelt journey: short ribs reminiscent of my mom’s cooking, country ham in honor of my late dad’s favorite Sunday biscuit, and flavors that transported us back to our time in Charleston, SC, where our children were born. Every bite carried meaning and memories. Root & Stem didn’t just cater an event; they created an unforgettable experience that touched my heart. I would recommend them *without hesitation*. Our outdoor wedding for 180 was absolutely spectacular. Working with Michael (the owner) was a joy every step of the way. The food was at the Chez Francoise level, and the service was amazing. I just can't rave enough about our experience with Helga's. All our guests commented about how warm and helpful the staff was during our Reception. A total home-run!

Delicious and unique fusion food!!! IndAroma catered our wedding reception, and our guests could not stop raving about how amazing everything tasted! We primarily worked with Marissa, who clearly has a wealth of experience managing and catering large Indian wedding events. From start to finish, the process was seamless. During our food tasting, we were treated to more dishes than we had originally selected — and every single one was incredible. We left full, happy, and completely impressed! Some standout favorites were the Aalam Palak Chaat, Paneer Wontons, and Gulab Jamun Cheesecakes, but honestly, every dish was flavorful, creative, and one-of-a-kind. Highly recommend IndAroma for anyone looking for food that’s both memorable and absolutely delicious!

We had an incredible experience with Twinleaf Catering from start to finish. From the very first email, the entire team was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Our event coordinator Meghan was outstanding. She kept clear and consistent communication with us, walked us through all of our options, and truly made us feel supported throughout the planning process. She even took the time to visit the venue with us and meet directly with the venue coordinator to ensure everything would run flawlessly on our wedding day. The tasting experience was magnificent and thoughtfully curated, allowing us to try all of the menu options we had selected ahead of time. Beyond the food, they went above and beyond by coordinating with the linen company to help us choose the perfect linens, plates, cups, cutlery, and tables to match our vision. On the day of the wedding, the setup was beautiful and perfectly executed. Meals were served in a timely manner, and they even brought our meals directly to us so we could truly relax and enjoy the moment. The service was equally excellent. Professional bartenders and staff helped everything run smoothly. We are so grateful for their attention to detail, care, and exceptional service, and we highly recommend them to any couple looking for a top-tier catering team.

We got married on 10/5/25, at Shadow Creek in Purcellville, VA. During the planning process, we looked into several catering companies, and Main Event stood out in their professionalism and quality of food and customer service! Ali and Destiny were great to work with, as well as Select Group. They were event patient when we decided to completely change our linens a few months before the wedding! Everything came together on the wedding day and our guests complimented the food, service and beauty of the venue!! June, the head waitstaff, was amazing! I don't think there was a single minute where she wasn't attentive or giving me a fresh cocktail! We were truly able to enjoy our wedding day and be in the moment because Main Event had us covered!! Thank you again and I cannot wait to get all our pictures!
