It was a great decision to have Diego and his team at To Your Taste cater our wedding reception. From the initial communications, through the tasting and menu preparations, to the big day, they were responsive, easy to work with, and the food was great! The servers, bartenders, and entire staff at the reception worked really hard to make sure everyone was having a great time. We had such an incredible experience working with Diego and the team at To Your Taste Catering for our wedding! From the very beginning, they were so accommodating and easy to work with, making the entire planning process stress-free.

The food was absolutely amazing and we received so many compliments from our guests throughout the night and even after the wedding! They handled our multiple bars, cocktail hour, dinner reception, late night snack, and decorated all the tables beautifully!

Beyond the food, Diego and his team went above and beyond by handling all of the rentals related to dining and service, which made everything so much more convenient for us. Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out.

Flavours, both Peruvian and American for our daughter's wedding, were exquisite and perfectly balanced, complementing each other. Beautifully presented, attention to detail, very organized/planned, delicate decorations and description of the dishes. Brisiket was tender, juicy, savory; Peruvian sautee beef (lomo saltado) rich in flavor, tender, perfect; cassava with cheese sauce (salsa a la huancaina) soft and creamy; among other superb dishes. It is obvious that everyone is this team loves to cater and give their best.

We had 201 guests and everyone loved the food: "amazing dishes, delicious, seasoning on the spot, for every taste, lovely presentation" and abundant. The staff was extremely efficient, attentive and gracious.

Cocktail hour ran smoothly with savory appetizers and welcoming staff, as well as the bar selection and efficiency of the bartenders!

We couldn’t have asked for a better caterer for our vow renewal! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, the table settings, the food, the bar, the timeline, the seating chart and more. The food was absolutely delicious—our guests are still raving about it! All night and the following days every guest have been complimenting how amazing the food was, not just dinner but also the salad, the passed hors d’oeuvres, the dessert bar, even the bread rolls! For the first time in our 52 years of having a family Thanksgiving in our home, my wife was unable to prepare dinner for the 12 of us. Instead of trying to find a resturant we chose to have our dinner catered. To your taste was chosen. Everyone was happy with the dinner. Everything was prepared perfectly. Plenty of food per serving. Delicious. My wife commented that we should have our dinner catered by this company. Enthusiastically recommend. And a plus is that everyone was very helpful. And pleasant people to coordinate with.
