It was a great decision to have Diego and his team at To Your Taste cater our wedding reception. From the initial communications, through the tasting and menu preparations, to the big day, they were responsive, easy to work with, and the food was great! The servers, bartenders, and entire staff at the reception worked really hard to make sure everyone was having a great time. We highly recommend that you choose To Your Taste Catering for your wedding reception! -

We had such an incredible experience working with Diego and the team at To Your Taste Catering for our wedding! From the very beginning, they were so accommodating and easy to work with, making the entire planning process stress-free.
The food was absolutely amazing and we received so many compliments from our guests throughout the night and even after the wedding! They handled our multiple bars, cocktail hour, dinner reception, late night snack, and decorated all the tables beautifully!
Beyond the food, Diego and his team went above and beyond by handling all of the rentals related to dining and service, which made everything so much more convenient for us. Their attention to detail and professionalism really stood out.
We couldn’t be happier that we chose To Your Taste Catering for our big day and can't recommend them enough! -

I highly recommend To Your Taste (5 stars), caterer I have known for many years. Their professionalism exceptional food quality, menu that you can customize, make this dedicated business a top choice for any occasion in DC, Virginia and Maryland. The owner, Javier Quiroga, is warm and caring, thank you!
Flavours, both Peruvian and American for our daughter's wedding, were exquisite and perfectly balanced, complementing each other. Beautifully presented, attention to detail, very organized/planned, delicate decorations and description of the dishes. Brisiket was tender, juicy, savory; Peruvian sautee beef (lomo saltado) rich in flavor, tender, perfect; cassava with cheese sauce (salsa a la huancaina) soft and creamy; among other superb dishes. It is obvious that everyone is this team loves to cater and give their best.
We had 201 guests and everyone loved the food: "amazing dishes, delicious, seasoning on the spot, for every taste, lovely presentation" and abundant. The staff was extremely efficient, attentive and gracious.
Cocktail hour ran smoothly with savory appetizers and welcoming staff, as well as the bar selection and efficiency of the bartenders!
Thank you for an unforgettable and amazing experience. Katerina and Jeff's wedding was loving, fun, joyful ... with the best ever caterer in the area, Diego and his team were SUPERB! -

We couldn’t have asked for a better caterer for our vow renewal! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, the table settings, the food, the bar, the timeline, the seating chart and more. The food was absolutely delicious—our guests are still raving about it! All night and the following days every guest have been complimenting how amazing the food was, not just dinner but also the salad, the passed hors d’oeuvres, the dessert bar, even the bread rolls! Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor, exceeding all our expectations.
Beyond the incredible food, their professionalism was unmatched. They handled every detail with care and ensured seamless service throughout the event. Their team was attentive, friendly, and truly dedicated to making our day special. From the moment we first spoke with them to the tasting to the week leading to the event they were on top of every detail and held our hand through all the stress of event planning. Christian and Diego made us feel like family, our tasting was filled with all smiles, they suggested things we would have never thought of (and loved!), and answered every email, phone call and question we had with promptness. They are simply the best!
If you’re looking for a caterer who delivers both exceptional food and top-tier service, look no further. We highly recommend them and are so grateful for their role in making our wedding day unforgettable! We can’t wait to call you guys for our next big event!

Coming from restaurant owners, my wife and I were very particular about our caterer! We both consider ourselves foodies and love trying different restaurants in the DMV. With this background, we were definitely nervous about having both great food and a fun dining experience at our wedding. We were so lucky to have had To Your Taste take care of the catering at our wedding! Diego and the entire team, worked with us so that we could customize our dream wedding.
From making a grazing table that all of our guests were in awe of, to orchestrating fun signature drinks, to putting together Chinese takeout boxes with chicken tenders as late night snacks, To Your Taste went above and beyond to give us our dream wedding! Not only was the food delicious, but the presentation was exactly what we wanted and reminded us of the fun restaurants we discover in DC.
We were able to meet with Diego multiple times leading up to the wedding and their team took care of every detail. While initially we were stressed about the idea of picking a catering company, we knew from the first meeting with the team at To Your Taste, we were in good hands. The way they listened to our ideas and were able to incorporate everything so smoothly, we know they would be an amazing addition to any wedding or party.

Amazing Wedding - Excellent Vendor!
TO YOUR TASTE CATERING and planner Diego Delgado, transformed our backyard to an elegant wedding/reception venue. Due to COVID, our hopes of having a destination wedding changed, but Diego was able to take my vision of an intimate wedding and reception, and bring it to life. Diego was very easy to work with and flexible with my budget concerns. The floral arrangements and table settings transformed the tent. The catering staff were very friendly and went out of their way for our guests. I would recommend and work with Diego again.To Your Taste Catering's reply:

We planned our wedding in 3 months and searched among caters in the area. All of them provide good quality food, but what made us select To Your Taste was the personal touch of Diego. He made us feel that he was going to actually help us and not just try to sell us more services. The food was really good as well but after our first meeting with Diego we were sure that was the type of professional communication we wanted. The day of the wedding everything was perfect! They went the extra mile to make sure everything was as we wanted it. -

My husband and I had done extensive research and met with plenty of caterers, but Cheryl was the one that made us realize To Your Taste Catering was the best caterer for our wedding! Cheryl was incredibly responsive to my emails and any questions I had. My husband was VERY particular about what food was served at our wedding and we were really happy with the meals we chose. Plenty of our guests complimented the food and the service that was provided! Cheryl has several years of experience in the field which made planning our wedding a pleasant and easy experience. Cheryl made sure our evening went as planned as well as made sure we took time to sit down and eat our food (something that plenty of brides told me they forgot to do during their wedding)! They were dressed so professionally, had a server set aside just for the two of us, and were there at every turn of our head. To Your Taste was one of the approved catering companies for our wedding venue. We reached out very early on in the planning process and spoke with Diego about our preferences for the menu and ideal price point. He was very understanding—particularly of our desire to keep a tight budget—and prompt to schedule a tasting for us. As soon as the tasting finished, we knew we would sign with TYTC for everything but dessert. The food was superb, not just run-of-the-mill wedding “fish and chicken,” but flavorful and cooked to perfection. TYTC also has dozens of appetizer options, perfect for all cuisines and preferences. There was no issue adding items that were non-dairy and GF for several guests with dietary restrictions.
In the months before our wedding, Diego was responsive and communicative. He led us know a few months before the wedding that he may need to be on travel…and could miss our wedding. This was only worrying when, after doing walkthroughs (x2), questions kept popping up that we had already answered about décor, timeline etc. Fortunately, Diego handed us off to his colleague Paola who has an extensive background in weddings. Paola was a delight to work with on our wedding day, and managed her team professionally. (They even brought us food/drinks while we were taking photos after the ceremony!) Our guests loved the food, so minus the few stressful hiccups in the final weeks, we’re very happy we spent the money to use TYTC. -
