We could not have been happier with our experience! From the very beginning, the catering team was responsive, professional, and easy to work with especially with the guest list frequently changing. On the wedding day, everything went seamlessly and we didn’t have to worry about a single detail.

The food was absolutely incredible. Our guests raved about both the appetizers and the main courses, and we’re still hearing compliments weeks later. We highly recommend the fried chicken and waffle cones, the steak crostini, and the mac and cheese bites for apps. Main courses included a roasted chicken and fillet mignon with green beans and mashed potatoes. Every dish was absolutely incredible.

From Day 1 until the big day, Dana Thomas and Allison Nicole provided top-tier and professional wedding planning and day-of planning, coordination, and support.

We were walked through the process at the beginning, had a point of contact throughout the planning phase (got to eat excellent food at the tasting!), and were able to navigate the shifts in the wedding run-of-show together. We are thankful for the Main Event staff's transparency, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

We were very happy with Main Event's catering of our July 2025 wedding at Stone Tower Winery! They carried out everything to perfection, and the food was really good! We especially got a ton of compliments on the hors d'oeuvres, and our specialty cocktails were amazing. Destiny was so great to work with, and the rest of the staff day-of were incredibly friendly and attentive. You can tell that Main Event goes the extra mile to make your wedding the best experience possible, and they succeeded for us!

Main Event catered our wedding and we wouldn't have it any other way! They truly excel at professionalism, consistent service and delicious food. Our guests were impressed by how attentive Main Event's waitstaff was throughout the night. There were no misses! My husband and I had a waiter assigned to us for the evening and she did an incredible job at bringing us food, drinks, and even holding our drinks whenever we wanted to take a photo. Melissa and Hasnaa attended our visit to the rentals company and our final walk through at our venue, making for a seamless experience. Catering is such an important part of a wedding - you will not regret booking Main Event!

Main Event was one of the caterers recommended by our venue, and it’s obvious why. Destiny and Ali at Main Event were great to work with. They were very communicative throughout the whole process, helping us craft the perfect menu for our wedding. We were able to try several different appetizers, starters, entrees, and sides at the tasting. When we had a hard time deciding on our final entrees, they even held a mini tasting for us which we found super helpful. The fact that Main Event has much of their own in house equipment really simplified the rental process. They also helped coordinate our other rentals, such as linens.

Now on to the food… it was all so delicious! From the hors d’oeuvres, to the main courses and tiramisu shooters, our guests had nothing but praise. Many said it was some of the best wedding food they’d ever had, and we agree! A couple of our guests admitted to even tracking down where the servers came out with fresh trays of crab cakes during the cocktail hour, that’s how much they loved them.

Finally, the fact that they let us provide our own alcohol was a big cost saver, and let us really customize our bar menu to exactly what we wanted. Their professionalism, experience, and flexibility helped ensure that our wedding day was executed exactly how we envisioned. We highly recommend Main Event for your wedding or event!

Despite the whirlwind of activity, they made sure that my wife and I were taken care of, ensuring we had food and drinks throughout the night—even when things were at their craziest with us being the bride and groom. Their thoughtfulness and attention to our needs allowed us to relax and truly enjoy the evening, knowing we were in such capable hands.

And of course, the food was absolutely delicious! Every dish was a hit with our guests, and we’ve received countless compliments on how amazing the food was. The presentation was stunning, and each bite was better than the last. We are still hearing rave reviews about the meal from our friends and family!

Main Event Catering catered our wedding on 11/16 and did a wonderful job. From the tasting to our event, their coordinator Ali was very professional, friendly, and helpful. As a family of foodies, delicious and diverse food was very important to us and every dish was a hit.
