Edelina is amazing - and her assistant too!!

From the moment we hired her she walked us through every single step and "held our hands" regularly, for almost a full year prior to my daughter's wedding. She uses an easy to follow system that breaks down the seemingly monumental amount of tasks to pull off a wedding into very manageable parts. We met via zoom at least once a month to update and determine the next few things to tackle for the following month. I can't tell you how many things we never would have even thought of if she hadn't told us. She is THE expert!!

The rehearsal and the wedding were just perfect. The timeline we had planned for the wedding ended up being off due to guests that arrived late, and you would never have known it. Even having to completely switch around the order of events on the fly- Edelina made sure it all flowed seamlessly as if the new timeline was the plan all along.

She was very attentive to the needs of the bride and entire bridal party, etc. checking in with us frequently while simultaneously checking in with every single vendor - and our guests! - to make sure things were happening on time and to her satisfaction and everyone was comfortable.

Above and beyond is an understatement - seriously. She kept her eyes peeled throughout the planning months for things we had discussed we wanted but hadn't found/purchased yet and let us know about it right away - in case we wanted her to grab it for us. Completely on her own time!

At the rehearsal I realized I had not made enough center pieces for every table and was panicking. She went to the place I purchased the flowers from after the rehearsal (at night!) and MADE enough arrangements for the wedding by the next day - without me even asking or anything. They were identical to the ones I had made.

Edelina carries an "emergency" kit around on the wedding day. All the men in the wedding party were having trouble attaching their boutonnieres to their jackets because the lapel pins were weak and a bit too small. Edelina reaches into her kit and whips out longer and stronger pins than the ones provided by the florist and solves the problem. This is just one example of many where we were just in awe of how thoughtful and extremely competent this woman is.

You made the entire event so much more enjoyable and relaxed than we could have even hoped for. We were able to actually be present in the moment during the whole thing, and really soak it all up. Edelina was very organized, and had our backs at every turn. Figuring out what was wanted for the day, helping with the caterers, getting the group under control to learn the order of events at rehearsal, and just making sure everything went well for the whole day. She and Stephanie also worked hard all day of the event making sure it went smoothly, and through all the planning. Thanks again!!

Edelina was great to work with. We hired her on a package that included monthly meetings for 6 months as well as day of coordinator and 2 week coordinator. Through the process she was very patient, and highly communicative. She guided us and shared her vendor packages. All the vendors we hired that she recommended were really good and all our guests were really amazed by how good our wedding went. During the day of the wedding Edelina handled everything perfectly and all our groomsmen and parents mentioned she was awesome to work with. At the end, she was our favorite vendor and the best investment we made during this whole process.

Edelina was professional throughout the entire process with us. We had done quite a bit of research and executed contracts with all of our vendors before we had acquired her services. Perhaps this was like putting the cart before the horse, but she was great at catching up on the details. She took our collected data that we had written and organized for ourselves: Contracts with vendors, Contact Details after we established the liaising of all the other professionals, timelines and expectation, etcetera and did not skip a beat!

She was present at our wedding and a positive influence. She was more like a catalyst for positive control on everything we hired her for. She buzzed around and wasn't really visible - which I think is the point of her role, right?

She is a phenomenal Wedding Coordinator, and an absolute professional. She knows her stuff and we could tell that she learned from her prior engagements to help us prevent any mistakes or short-comings of our own.

Hands down, this is the wedding coordinator/organizer you want to hire. Hire her at the beginning of your wedding journey. She will be a blessing to you.

First of all, yes you absolutely need a planner or a day-of coordinator. Second of all, you should pick Edelina for the job! During the planning phase, she gave indispensable advice that made everything manageable and kept us on track. She also did a fantastic job on the day off, including going above and beyond to run back to our hotel room to pick up an after-party item we had forgotten. Her direction made sure everything went according to schedule and helped us manage last-minute snags (including weather) without a hitch. While we sometimes felt that other vendors wanted to influence our vision, Edelina was there to help us make sure that our vision - whatever that was - would become reality. Meeting with Edelina meant that we kept on schedule and provided us with an important source for brainstorming and questions. Edelina is remarkably organized, and she'll help keep you on track. Moreover, though, we really grew to enjoy Edelina's sense of humor. She became a source of support throughout the planning process. While a date change meant that Edelina unfortunately couldn't handle our wedding personally, her two associates flawlessly executed our vision. Knowing that we had the Event Details by Edelina team on our side meant that we could relax in the days leading up to the wedding and trust that they had everything under control. We're very grateful to Edelina and highly recommend her!

We worked with Edelina for 6+ months leading up to our big day and she was incredible. Edelina kept us on track month by month leading up to the wedding and as things got closer made sure we have every last detail accounted for. Her experience and hard work are second to none, day of our wedding we had a couple “hiccups” and my bride and I never even knew because Edelina handled everything seamlessly.

Most valuable money spent during entire process! I attribute 100% of the success of our wedding to Edelina. She kept us on track the entire year leading up to it and then the day of she ran around making sure everything was where it needed to be, on time, correctly positioned, etc. We literally could not have pulled this off without her.

To be clear- we had NO idea what we were doing!! She gave us so much insight on what to expect, ideas for decor, vendor recommendations, scheduling recommendations and buildout, and even kept an eye out for special promotions and how to find the best deal! We also used the caterers she recommended and it couldn’t have turned out more perfect. She is SO organized, accommodating, and personable!! We are so incredibly grateful to have found her. I only wish we could have her as part of our daily lives 😭😭😭
