I couldn't recommend ARJ Productions more. They were extremely organized, professional, quick, helpful to work with. They were in constant communication with myself and my vendors to make sure everyone had what they needed, but also was working on what they needed to be working on during the time. They made me feel way less overwhelmed with getting all the details accomplished on time. We had meetings to review everything and they were always quick to follow up on all the items following the meeting. The day of the wedding, they made sure everything ran on time, they were there for me whenever I needed and the guests also had everything they needed. They were everything the day of the wedding and I couldn't of done it without all their help.

Ari Kristin and Jenny are TRULY the best team!!!! They perfectly balance professionalism, attention to detail, and an incredible creative vision and eye. They responded to every email or text quickly, helpfully and always so kindly. I truly could not have imagined a more seamless process start to finish and a better day-of experience!!  They got to know me / my vision better than I did and made suggestions that transformed the night into the most incredible wedding I could have imagined. On such an important day, ARJ productions is the team you want supporting you! Could not recommend enough!!!

My husband and I interviewed and selected ARJ Productions in late 2024 (about three months into our engagement) to help plan our October 2025 wedding in Middleburg, Va. We are very happy with the service we received, and we unequivocally recommend them.
To start at the beginning - we interviewed four wedding planners. We selected ARJ Productions because they were very responsive, punctual, and present during our interview. We felt they were the best team to help us realize our vision. Also, we felt we could trust their judgement/recommendations - they stated upfront that they do not accept vendor kickbacks, and they require that their clients handle vendor payments. They provided access to aisleplanner.com so that we could manage 1) our budget, 2) vendor payments, 3) the wedding itinerary, 4) seating arrangements, etc. Lastly, they are competitively priced and we clicked with them personally.
Our only regret is not hiring them sooner!! We picked our venue prior to hiring a wedding planner, which led to some unexpected expenses because we didn’t know all the right questions to ask. Thankfully, Ari (ARJ Owner) and her team stepped in to resolve some major issues along the way. In addition, they connected us with top-notch vendors – a string duet, a solo guitarist, DJ, videographer, florist and rentals (tent/tables/chairs/dinnerware).
And that’s why Ari and her team are great. They are pure professionals who acted as our advocates and guides through the process. As the months to your wedding ticked away ARJ Productions was there keeping us on track, so that we wouldn’t miss key details/milestones – like sending out invitations, dress/tux selection, food tasting/selections, etc. They advised us on what we absolutely needed, what is nice to have, and what we could avoid - which saved us time and money. When we really wanted something, they made it happen. For example, we needed to pivot to an outdoor tent a month before our wedding, and ARJ quickly got us vendor options so that we could make a selection and get it locked in. It turned out amazing.
Once the big weekend finally came, Ari was on site, coordinating all deliveries, vendor engagements, and running a strict schedule to ensure everything went as planned. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make our day special. We wanted a classy, elegant and fun wedding - ARJ nailed it. We can’t thank Ari and everyone at ARJ Productions enough.

ARJ Productions were so fantastic to work with. From the first phone call it was clear that they were experienced and knew what needed to happen to make sure our day was a smooth success. They were flexible with the parts of the day that we needed built in to make our wedding personal and so many people commented on how personalized the day felt. We chose the month of package and were so grateful to have the team take over the coordination in the busiest period. On the actual wedding day every single moment ran smoothly. I never felt like I was flustered or people had questions for me, and when they did, they were always easy to answer so I just got to spend the day with my friends and family and relax. I couldn’t be more thankful to the whole team – they really made us feel cared for!

Being the MOB and my first big wedding, I relied heavily on their expertise and they did not disappoint. We chose to book the full planning option and so glad we did. Having their knowledge and guidance every step of the way is invaluable. They know what they are doing and are very responsive, organized and communication is excellent. Our questions were always answered in a timely manner and the aisle planner app they use helped us all stay on target. Weddings have so many moving parts and having Ari and her team there to help with every part of it made it less stressful. We had a private wedding service and then the next day a big reception. Ari and her team were there to assist with everything and anything, even helped pour champagne after the wedding service. Ari’s pleasant “can do anything” attitude is a blessing and her attention to the details, offering suggestions we had not even thought of was most helpful. She can refer you to vendors and also works well with any vendors you might have already chosen. Our reception was at the Crossvines in Poolesville, a beautiful venue, (highly suggest taking a tour, ask for Rhonda), and we had a 12-piece band along with many other vendors and Ari and Jenny managed all with ease. Everything went as scheduled and they made it look easy. Don’t think twice, hire them the minute you get engaged so they are there from the very start. They want you to have the best day ever and their thoughtful and caring attitude delivers just that.

I was planning a wedding reception for my daughter and SIL who were actually married in a small, intimate ceremony in March 2025. This was an opportunity for family and friends from all over the country to come together to congratulate them and party! Once I had chosen the venue, I was referred to Kristin/ARJ Productions. After my initial call with Kristin and Ari I hired them to provide the full package of services. They immediately got to work and started sending me info on potential vendors to include catering, floral, DJ/MC, etc. Once the vendors were chosen ARJ got to work and kept us all on track as all tasks were completed within the 4 1/2 months until the event. They were all extremely professional, flexible, and accessible. I never could have pulled off hosting the event without them! Kristin was on site for the entire event and kept everything moving and kept it all stress-free for me. The event was fabulous and the bride and groom had a wonderful time (as did my husband and I). I highly recommend ARJ Productions (Kristin, Ari and Jenny).

Ari, Kristin, and Jenny knocked our wedding out of the park and gave us the best day ever! Having Ari on site the day of was incredibly helpful, and she kept everything organized and on time. She even got us drinks and food! We planned our wedding from out of town, and it was nice to have her connections for several of our vendors. We were pretty clueless about wedding planning, and Ari made every meeting concise and clear about what was needed from our end. Every tiny detail came together in the end, and she saved us a lot of stress. She created our perfect timeline and helped us fulfill our vision of a non-stuffy wedding. Ari will be realistic with you if you are being a little delulu. Trusting her advice helped give us the perfect event in the end. In addition to saving us stress, she allowed our bridal party and family to be able to enjoy the evening instead of running around coordinating logistics. I would recommend Ari and her team every time! We loved working with her and are sad the planning is over.

Ari Jones, Kristin Perine, and the whole ARJ team are outstanding. For the year prior to our wedding they helped us plan and organize every step, from the venue to the vendors and every small detail. They helped communicate with vendors, build an amazing timeline for wedding day, and made sure that everything was executed perfectly on the wedding day. They are responsive, kind, and easy to work with. Many of our wedding guests complemented the flow of our night, the small details that ARJ executed, and the care and attention they received at our wedding from the ARJ team. They were with us the entire process and everything was flawless. We are going to miss them now that our wedding is over, and we will recommend ARJ to all our friends and family!

The day of our wedding could not have been more perfect. Everything went so smoothly! Ari kept things moving on schedule without putting any stress or pressure on the day or us. The vendors were all organized and knew what they had to be doing, when, and where because of Ari and her team’s planning ahead of time. This allowed us to be totally present and soak in every aspect of the day completely. We are overjoyed with how the wedding weekend turned out and keep hearing what an amazing time all our guests had!

With all that goes into weddings these days, using a planner is a must, and hiring ARJ Productions is a no-brainer. Great prices, FUN and KIND people to work with, and the BEST results you can imagine!
