Local icons Mike and Samar Rafeedie have been serving the Northern Virginia community for more than 25 years. Mike leveraged the skills and business experience of working in his family’s restaurant as a teenager to open his first deli and pizzeria in 1978. After the birth of their second child, Samar joined Mike to open Boulevard Café and the two have had a hand in developing each piece of their business.
