I am so grateful for Megan and the hard work and devotion she put into making my wedding day a dream and overall success. She thinks of every possible detail to ensure the day runs smoothly. I appreciated her attention to communication and organization, not just with us as the wedding couple, but also with my bridal party and all the vendors. She made me feel reassured and calmed my anxieties during my wedding planning process. On the wedding day, she was my hero in so many ways. From ensuring everyone was where they needed to be and when, to even having a little stain-emergency kit for my dress right before I walked down the aisle. There was never a doubt that I was in dependable, reliable hands with Megan. I cannot recommend her enough!

If you’re looking for a coordinator who will genuinely treat your wedding as if it were her own, THIS. IS. YOUR. GIRL. She WILL go that extra mile to make your day absolutely perfect. Megan came highly recommended from one of my bridesmaids(Zoe) that used her for her own wedding. If there’s one thing about my girl Zoe, she does not recommend anybody unless she FULLY stands behind them. Without even doing our own research, we trusted Zoe’s recommendation SOLELY off the way she spoke so highly of Megan. If I remember correctly she quite literally said, “Megan is worth her weight in gold”. And that, she was!

From our very first interaction, we could tell Megan would be everything we wanted, needed, hoped, & dreamed of, for our wedding coordinator. She was incredibly organized (I’m organized to the point that I feel like I have undiagnosed OCD, and she even surprised me). She was somehow always one step ahead of us. Megan sincerely blew us away with how meticulous she was during our meetings. She would ask questions we hadn’t even considered before, and truly had our day organized down to the smallest detail.

Megan is so attentive when you meet with her, too. We were legitimately impressed with how many random things she remembered about us, especially considering how many couples she meets with. We could tell she genuinely cared about us as a couple, & still cares!! (Thanks for always hyping us up on insta, girl!!). She took the time to understand our vision, handled every challenge with grace & professionalism, and made sure we could actually relax and enjoy our special day.

When you start getting into those last few weeks of planning, your head can really start to spin with how many things you’re trying to remember & all the communication that has to happen between vendors, guests, & the venue. But despite this, Megan was so reassuring that ‘she’s got this’!! It can be hard to trust someone with one of the most important days of your life. But the qualities Megan showed us during all of our interactions allowed us to let go and let her take the reins. She knew exactly what our wishes were, which allowed her to communicate seamlessly on our behalf with all the moving pieces that make up a wedding day. We really had so much peace of mind during all of the planning.

The dedication Megan has to her career and her couples is so admirable. It’s evident she honestly loves what she does & she loves LOVE! She looked so happy to help us on our big day, & I swear she was always right there when we needed her. You can tell she always kept a keen eye on us during our wedding day. We never noticed her in the moment, but the second we started to look around as if we needed something, there she was! Her presence really kept us calm, but moving along!

Megan turned what could have been a stressful process into not only an enjoyable experience, but an unforgettable one. We sincerely feel like it would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her help. We felt completely supported and knew we were in the best hands throughout the entire journey. My husband & I cannot recommend her highly enough (I literally tell everyone I know getting married about her). Megan was an absolute dream to work with and played such an important role in making our wedding day everything we had hoped for and more! Keep being amazing, Megan!!!

From our very first conversation with Megan, we knew we wanted her to help plan out our Annapolis wedding. She was our day of coordinator so we started working with her consistently a little over 2 months out from our wedding day. She communicated with us every step of the way, was upfront about everything, and thought through details we didn't even know to consider. What really impressed us was how she let us decide how involved we wanted to be
—we could get updates on all vendor communications or just a weekly summary, whatever worked best for us. Her fees are incredibly reasonable for the amount of work she puts in and the peace of mind she gave us - she is soooo thorough. I truly can't emphasize enough how fantastic she is, both as a planner & person.
On our wedding day, we could actually enjoy ourselves because Megan had everything handled so perfectly. She's the rare combination of professional, genuinely caring, and fun to work with. We couldn't recommend her more!!

We started about 8-9 weeks out from our wedding date and from then on, Megan and her team were on it. The resources Megan provided, along with weekly emails to stay on track, made the process leading up to the wedding so seamless and easy. We utilized Megan’s month of coordination package. From the first consult call, we knew that Megan was well organized and very suited to what we needed. Megan was very professional but personable, and was very knowledgeable about our contracts when interacting with our vendors. Megan provided everything that we needed in a timely, organized manner. I truly don’t know how we would have made this wedding happen if it weren’t for her support. We felt supported and confident throughout the entirety of our planning process.
