From the beginning of the planning process, Benies was incredibly organized, responsive, and helpful. She didn’t just show up on the wedding day; she was there throughout the planning process with check-ins, guidance, and helpful tips whenever we needed them. There were so many little details and decisions we weren’t sure how to handle, and she always had great advice. Even something as simple as figuring out how to plan our wedding exit, she walked us through our options and helped us figure out what would work best for us.

On our wedding day, Benies made sure everything went seamlessly. She took care of all the little requests we had discussed and made sure everything looked beautiful and exactly how we had envisioned it. It was such a relief knowing that she was there handling the details so we could actually relax and enjoy our wedding day.

Her team was also wonderful as well, everyone was kind, professional, attentive, and so easy to work with. You can tell that Benies has built a team that genuinely cares about their clients and takes pride in what they do.

Benies and her team at Adom Creations did a great job helping us plan and execute our wedding reception, and everything went really smoothly! On the day of, we were able to just be present and enjoy celebrating our marriage with our family and friends.

Her services were more affordable than a lot of other wedding planners and coordinators I found. We got the day-of coordination service, which said that we would get consultation for 2 months before our wedding, but Benies also met with us several times in the months before that.

She gave us vendor recommendations and, closer to the event, helped us figure out our timeline and communicate with the venue, event staff, and other vendors. She did two venue walkthroughs with us as well.

Benies was helpful answering our questions with advice based on what other couples had done in their weddings, since we didn't know what to expect. For example, she gave us the idea of what to do for our grand exit. She also relieved our stress by assuring us that she could handle complex family dynamics and last-minute issues that might come up day-of.

On the day of the wedding, Benies and her two assistants (the assistants were no extra cost) coordinated all the dropoffs and setup, which was pretty complicated because we did everything a la carte; rentals, event staff, and catering were all separate. They were very helpful with getting all our family members organized for photos, which made them go efficiently. They set up our decorations, guest book table, and photo slideshow the way we wanted them and helped make sure all the items went to the correct family members at the end of the night.

Overall, we received many compliments on our wedding reception and how smoothly each of the details went, and we are grateful to Benies and her team at Adom Creations for making all that happen.
