We worked with Eddy Bobby as our wedding DJ and Victoria Lukehart as our day of coordinator.

Victoria did an amazing job and was worth every penny spent. She worked with us for the entire month of the wedding, despite only being contractually obligated for the day of. She made us feel at ease going over timelines and was more than willing to have some late night discussions to ensure everything would run smoothly. The day of she was incredible at executing our vision for the night and ensuring we could relax and enjoy our wedding.

Eddy was a fantastic DJ for the night. He kept the pace of the music just right and played all our favorite songs. The portal Black Tie uses to create the playlist was incredible. We highly recommend you do what we did and just add a few songs to the recommended category and let Eddy take it from there. He clearly showed he knew exactly the type of music we wanted to hear and kept people on the dance floor the whole night!

A party’s potential is unlocked by the music and Jason did a great job! We had a packed dance floor and great participation. He was also very professional with announcements. There were no audio issues at any time during our entire day. I would strongly recommend him to a friend.

Our DJ, Eddy Bobby with Black Tie Entertainment, was fantastic from start to finish. Leading up to the event, he was very available, organized, and full of helpful suggestions. He made planning easy and stress-free, and on the wedding day he actually arrived early with everything ready to go — there was never a moment where we worried about reliability.

We did run into a timeline issue during planning, and even though it wasn’t their responsibility, Black Tie Entertainment stepped in and took it upon themselves to help resolve it. That level of initiative and professionalism really stood out and made a huge difference for us.

We also booked the photo booth through them, and that was a huge hit. Everyone at Black Tie Entertainment was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process.

One thing that really stood out was how much Eddy went above and beyond. He took photos and videos throughout both the ceremony and reception, including some shots of the setup before guests arrived, which was such a nice surprise. Since we didn’t have a videographer, it meant a lot that he captured moments like our first dance and everyone enjoying the dance floor. He caught some really memorable, funny, and behind-the-scenes moments that we’ll truly treasure.

He was professional, genuinely kind, and easy to work with the entire time. Everything leading up to the wedding was great, but the execution truly exceeded our expectations. We feel incredibly positive about our experience with Black Tie Entertainment and would absolutely use Eddy Bobby and their team again.

Working with Black Tie Entertainment (DJ John Lukehart specifically) was fantastic. From our introductory call all the way through to the last private dance at our wedding, John was a consummate professional and a genuine pleasure to work with. He listened attentively to our vision for not just the music, but the event as a whole and was consistently helpful in refining that vision into something that we, and our guests, were able to thoroughly enjoy. John gave advice on our song and genre choices before the wedding, was instrumental to maintaining the pace and staying on track of our timeline during the wedding, and was a source of genuine delight and infectious enthusiasm through the whole process. My wife and I cannot recommend Black Tie Entertainment and DJ John enough!

First I will tell about our experience with black tie, and then our DJ, Mike.

Black tie was very accommodating from the start. On the initial call, they wanted to know us and have a little background in addition to the typical budget, music, set up questions. Them prioritizing knowing us as individuals and as a couple made going with black tie as easy decision. They will work within any requests, budget, or other things you wish to include to make your day special.

After the initial call we met with three DJs and all were very impressive with a wealth of experience. While we truly believed we couldn’t go wrong with any of them, one in particular stood out—Mike Interdonato.

We connected with Mike on a personal level right away. Again, he took the time to get to know us as people and our interests. Mike showed a true genuine desire to go above and beyond his duty to serve as our DJ by befriending us and being apart of the celebration. I think this made a world of difference when it came to music selection and keeping the party lively. Mike was able to effortlessly capture the vibe and atmosphere we wanted from pre-ceremony music, to the cocktail hour, to dinner music, to the reception/dance time.

Mike’s talent is in his understanding of music, live event planning and most importantly people. Mike balances these three pillars of a wedding all at the requests made by the couple and makes sure that their vision is not only met but enhanced. His music and event knowledge is evident right away as we agreed with the vast majority of his suggestions to keep the flow of the wedding smooth. What really makes him stand out as a DJ and puts him in a league of his own is his priority was always us, not the music, or the guests, etc. he wanted to make sure we had the unforgettable day all couples deserve.

To combat this review just looking like a happy groom who connected with his DJ. Constantly throughout the night I was given compliments on how good the DJ was and what they liked most, be it a song that was played pre-ceremony, the transitions from song to song, etc. several people said it was the best DJ they have ever experienced at a wedding.

Our wedding was a very special day where we felt the love and joy of all our family and friends. Mike was an integral part to make it as special as it was. We will strongly recommend black tie services to anyone that is looking for an event DJ, especially Mike Interdonato.

We plan to keep in touch with Mike and if we ever need an MC we know who we are calling.

First of all, Black Tie Entertainment was extremely easy to work with. From the initial call to our final meeting to day of details, I did not have to worry about anything! Chris was THE BEST MC I have ever seen. He did such an amazing job picking songs that kept the party going. I was told by our entire 20 person wedding party and countless guests that it was the most fun wedding they have ever been to. I cannot recommend BTE or Chris enough! He even did a great job managing drunk guest’s song requests with professionalism and in a way that aligned with what my husband and I wanted. The dance floor was packed all night. I highly recommend adding up lighting and dance floor lighting! It was an awesome touch!

Angelica was an awesome DJ! She made sure to play the exact music requested and made our wedding day incredible! It was such a classy affair thanks to her efforts. Our dance floor was packed!! I had very specific music requests and she made it all happen. Would highly recommend Black Tie Entertainment for top tier service, attention to detail, and to make you event a great evening!

We had an amazing experience with our wedding DJ, DJ Eddy Bobby! He was incredibly easy to work with and made the planning process seamless. We had two meetings with him prior to the wedding, and he kept us on track while making us feel completely comfortable and confident in our decisions.
What really stood out was how he got everyone on the dance floor right away. He kicked off the party by asking everyone to grab someone they loved to dance with—a sweet, personal touch that immediately set the tone for the night. The energy he brought was infectious, and he kept the dance floor full all night.

Wow, the wedding reception was spectacular and our wedding coordinator, Victoria Hansen from Black Tie entertainment exceeded every single one of our expectations!!!  We loved how calm, professional and extremely helpful she was from the beginning to the end of the reception. We did not have to worry about one thing the entire time. Every detail was meticulously attended to. Her professionalism, kindness and joyful nature made our experience perfect. Honestly, Victoria made our wedding a complete success. With her direction behind the scenes, every detail, and every moment was outstanding. We could not possibly have been happier!  

From the moment we connected with John, I knew I was dealing with a real professional who knew what he was doing. John was incredible - he was a master at being MC and made the reception flow so seamlessly, he got everyone on the dance floor, read our crowd perfectly with choosing the right music and keeping the dance floor momentum going. Also Black Tie is so well professionally organized with their system for mapping the timeline and music in advance of the wedding. Cannot say enough good things about our experience with John/Black Tie, hire him as your wedding DJ!
