Facilities and Capacity

The Grand Ballroom is available for larger wedding receptions, accommodating up to 400 guests for a standing reception or 350 for a seated dinner and dancing. The Empire Ballroom accommodates 250 standing guests and 200 for dinner and dancing. The iconic Rotunda lobby is available for cocktail receptions before dinner at no additional charge when used in conjunction with either the Grand Ballroom or the Empire Ballroom. A rental fee and a food and beverage minimum are applicable for each space. Both ballrooms are also available for ceremonies when booked with a reception. You can follow this with a cocktail reception in the Rotunda before returning to the chosen ballroom for your wedding dinner or reception. Lemaire Restaurant is just one of several intimate event spaces available for engagement parties, showers, teas, welcome receptions, rehearsal dinners, and farewell brunches.

The Jefferson can host a whole wedding weekend for you and your guests under one roof. Rental fees include setup and cleanup, tables, Chiavari chairs, floor-length linens, china, silver, glassware, and a dance floor. As a gift from The Jefferson, you and your partner will receive a complimentary overnight stay in a luxurious Grand Premier guest room on their wedding night after your Grand Ballroom or Empire Ballroom reception. Reduced group rates and various suites are also available for wedding guests. The Executive Chef and your Jefferson wedding planner look forward to working with you to create a menu that will delight your family and friends. Various menus are available for your selections, or custom menus can be crafted to express your personal style.
