We are SO happy we chose to get married at Veritas!! The venue is beautiful - a lot of space for reception, cocktail hour, the stunning backdrop of the mountains for the ceremony site, and endless rows of vines for absolutely stunning couple photos around the vineyard. The food was delicious - we had many guests tell us how much they loved the food (including foodies with a very high bar)! We also love the wine and now will be ordering Veritas bottles for years to come. We loved working with Jessee as our Day of Coordinator - he was the best! He was so thoughtful, patient, flexible, and ready to answer any and all of our questions leading up to the big day. One of the reasons we chose Veritas was because of how much was already included in house - from catering to furniture and table linens to day of coordinator - this was a huge help to streamline the wedding planning process and so worth it as Veritas offers amazing in-house options. I would 100% recommend getting married at Veritas!!!

We recently had the pleasure of having our wedding with Virginia Mountain Vineyards in May 2016. The owners Marie and David were beyond than accommodating to make our special day even better than we imagined. We had our ceremony in between the vines, it was absolutely stunning. We then had our reception in their gorgeous tent that was already provided by the venue. During our reception a quick rain passed through, and David went above and beyond to help us quickly rearrange things so nothing would get wet. Not only are David and Marie wonderful, but the vineyard is gorgeous. Our photographer had so much fun with our photos with all the natural beauty between, the field, the vines, and the breathtaking blue ridge mountains. We heard nothing but amazing things from our wedding guests about the vineyard and their amazing wine. Our personal favorites were the Merlot and Traminette. You will not be disappointed with having your wedding here!

The venue speaks for itself, and just when you think that's enough the creative team at this wedding venue exceeded expectations with their innovative ideas, flexibility and seamless coordination. Top-notch service throughout made the entire experience unforgettable, ensuring every detail was perfect. We received compliments during and weeks after about the quality of food and care from the Hazy team. We continue to visit for food and wine and its so special to continue to connect wit everyone that helped make our dream a reality. Could not have started this next chapter with a more epic reception!

Barry and Ellen are literally the sweetest people and were very responsive to all my questions during wedding planning, and trust me I had a lot of questions. I loved that they let me drop things off the day before and pick things up the day after since they only allow one wedding per weekend. They also provided a list of vendors they have had good experiences with but you can also find your own vendors. Their venue is well taken care of and beautiful and I am so glad I chose Moss as my wedding venue! I also really liked that it came with chairs and tables. I removed the picnic tables and rented some cocktail tables for cocktail hour. Truly amazing experience.

We had our wedding at Keswick this past weekend and truly cannot recommend it enough. From the very first tour to picking up our decorations the day after, the entire experience was absolutely amazing. Alyssa, the event manager, was unreal. She answered our million questions with patience and never once made us feel like we were asking too much. She was knowledgeable, kind, and played a huge role in making sure our wedding day ran seamlessly. Cindy, the owner, was equally wonderful. She was so warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made us feel so welcome throughout the entire planning process. Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how beautiful the venue was and how great the wine tasted. We’re still in awe of how stunning the grounds are. Honestly, we wish we could get married all over again just to experience this venue one more time. We can’t wait to come back to the tasting room again soon. 10/10 experience (we’re obsessed!)

They are very accommodating for last min weather changes - we got lucky and had amazing weather, but the venue is great about having rain plans if you need. They are also accommodating with chairs, tables, and other items you often need to rent at venues. We had the best day and highly recommend to others!

The whole Valley Road Vineyards team (especially Barbara, Stan, and Ester) were amazing to work with from start to finish. Out of all the vineyards we toured in the area, VRV’s event space felt very intentional (essentially not an afterthought) for a wedding. We had a wedding of ~70 guests in October, and the event space layout made the flow of ceremony to cocktail hour to reception very natural/seamless. Some of our guests had mobility disabilities, and Barbara emphasized how important it was to have the venue be accessible and help those guests. Additionally, though it didn’t rain on our actual day, we loved the rain contingency plan within The Barn because it still gave us/guests the opportunity to admire the vineyard’s beautiful scenery. The views of the valley/mountains from Valley Road Vineyards are gorgeous, and our guests complimented the area and wines throughout our wedding day! Also, the sunset is STUNNING at the venue. During the initial venue tour, Barbara did an excellent job showing us the spaces, giving us time to enjoy the wines and discuss questions/concerns, and was honestly just a joy to interact with. As a queer couple, we felt welcomed by the entire staff. Throughout the entire planning process, Barbara was very quick to respond to any questions we had, flexible to what our needs were, and extremely helpful. We highly recommend Valley Road Vineyards for your wedding day!
