Dover Hall was absolutely perfect for our wedding! From the very start, their team made the entire experience effortless and enjoyable. They anticipated every detail, kept everything running smoothly, and handled every moment with professionalism and care, everything felt effortless because of how organized and thoughtful their team was. We worked with Stephanie, and she was incredible and on top of everything throughout the process. The food was another highlight. Chef Leah Randolph created absolutely delicious dishes that our guests loved and are still raving about! We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, seamless, and memorable day, we are so grateful to everyone at Dover Hall!

Our experience with Dover Hall was exceptional from start to finish. The venue itself is stunning and the level of care, professionalism and attention to detail from everyone we worked with there was unmatched. From our first tour of the venue we were blown away by the beauty of Dover Hall and all the unique areas it has for different parts of your wedding day and also by the level of hospitality – offering us champagne during the tour and giving us an amazing gift bag at the end of it.

We had about 250 guests at our wedding and Dover Hall was more than able to accommodate this size. We planned to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outside, but it ended up raining on our wedding day, and they were able to seamlessly transition everything to be inside, without it impacting any other parts of the day. They did such an incredible job with it that we had so many guests who did not realize the ceremony and cocktail hour had not been planned to be inside all along.

We had the pleasure of working with Rachel Kennedy as our event manager and she was an absolute joy to work with. She is truly one of the nicest people you could ever work with. From the moment we met, she was so friendly, kind and accommodating – always going out of her way to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of – and her enthusiasm about everything is contagious. She was quick to respond, flexible with requests and genuinely cared about making everything perfect for us. Her positive attitude and warmth made our entire experience with Dover Hall such a positive one. Rachel was always willing to go above and beyond for us whether it was giving tours of the venue to our family members when they were in town visiting or coordinating phone calls with Dover Hall’s amazing chef to accommodate our guests’ dietary restrictions. And this level of care and thoughtfulness carried on past our wedding day – we went to one of Dover Hall’s wine dinners a few weeks after our wedding that Rachel was hosting. Rachel so welcoming and excited to see us, and she even snuck us each one of our signature cocktails from our wedding during the dinner. It was such a thoughtful gesture that meant so much to us.

The entire staff at Dover Hall was incredible. Chef Leah is amazing – everything she makes is delicious, so we had the hardest time narrowing down our menu after our tasting with her. Every dish she makes is beautifully prepared and all of our guests were raving about the food at our wedding.
We also stayed at Dover Hall the night of our wedding (and I stayed there with my sister the night before), which was such a great experience and something we would highly recommend. All of the staff made sure this experience was perfect, from the security guards there with us at night, to everyone checking in on us making sure all of our needs were met, to serving us the delicious breakfast that came with the overnight stay.
We also had our rehearsal dinner at Bartizan, Dover Hall’s sister property, which was an equally wonderful experience, and we were lucky enough to work with Rachel for that as well.

We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a truly luxurious and unforgettable wedding experience.

Dover Hall is a place of fairy tales. The ambiance, the layout, the options, the staff... Absolutely everything was perfect. We felt cared for the entire process from planning, to execution, to the cleanup. My friends and family kept commenting on how much they loved the venue and how impressed they were with the service. The food is remarkable!! 100% recommend!

Having our wedding at Dover Hall was essentially a perfect experience. They are truly experts in the wedding service industry. There was no detail that went unchecked! They quality of the food was exceptional. Our guests spoke so highly of the food and the service. The wine from 7 Lady Vineyards is also exceptional. Not only were the staff that joined us on wedding day very professional, they were all just kind. I was able to chat with some of them during the rehearsal and they made me feel like they were genuinely excited to be a part of the day. Because their team ironed out every single detail with me leading all of the way up to the wedding, the day of was perfect. It was a zero stress day! I was able to focus on the things that really mattered because we knew that everything would all be taken care of. Beyond that, it is a beautiful venue. If you are looking for a beautiful venue that truly has everything that you need on hand, Dover Hall is an exceptional choice.

There aren't enough words to describe how perfect Dover Hall was as both a venue and a caterer. It is truly a fairytale property that happens to be in an extremely convenient location. Their service as well as their food is absolutely top notch. While every member of the staff we met was incredibly nice and helpful, we wanted to give special shout outs to Emily, Sylvia, Charlotte, Jeff, and of course Chef Leah!

Our wedding day was flawless. The team executed every detail perfectly from the spaces for us to get ready in throughout the day, the ceremony and reception floor plans, incredible food and stocked bar, and even created a private dinner for my fiancé and I to enjoy while our stationed-style dinner for our guests took place. Our guests were blown away, too. We would not have changed a single thing about our day and cannot recommend Dover Hall more. So professional, organized, and just all around amazing!

Absolutely magical! We were married at Dover Hall at the end of September and are still glowing from the day. We knew we had found our venue from the moment we walked in the door. This venue is stunning in photos but even more unbelievable in person. So much goes into wedding planning but working with Dover Hall made the process so much easier. From our first email to the end of the wedding reception, Dover Hall had nothing but top notch service. We opted for an outdoor ceremony by the pool, followed by a reception in their elegant ballroom. From our first meeting with their wedding coordinator to the day of our event, they were attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. They took care of every detail, ensuring that everything ran smoothly, allowing us to focus on savoring every moment with our loved ones.

Speaking of details, the cuisine provided by their in-house catering team was beyond delicious. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food, and neither could we. The menu was customizable, and Dover Hall accommodated any of our guests dietary preferences without hesitation.

Another highlight was the stunning bridal suite and groom's billiards getting-ready rooms. It was not only spacious but also beautifully decorated, providing a luxurious and comfortable space for each bridal party to get ready. Also, the staff provided food and drinks that we could enjoy, which were perfect!
