Fabulous venue! The Buyrns are very accommodating and the sunset view over the water was gorgeous. Plenty of parking. Signs for directions on where to go and where to park were very well placed. The historical house and buildings are a great backdrop for photos, as well as the waterfront. The Oyster House was the biggest "WOW" for me. It was set up beautifully for our buffet style dinner. It's a neat old building, rich with character, and architecturally quite interesting; a step back in time. I definitely recommend Eyreville as a venue if you are looking for people that will help decrease the stress of putting together a gathering and go above board to see that your time there is exceptional. They go that extra mile with grace and pleasure. As a side note, the caterers really liked working at Eyreville. Running water in a big sink, a refrigerator onsite, easy access to electrical outlets and a lovely view, made them quite happy with the venue. I lost track of how many times guests commented on the beauty that makes Eyreville stand out as a venue. We could not have asked for gotten a more perfect place for the reception. Many thanks to the Buyrns for helping us make a special day even more special.

We could not have asked for a better experience at The Barns at Mattaponi Springs! The venue is absolutely gorgeous … from the ceremony space to the reception barn, everything was picture-perfect. Tammy and the coordinating team were amazing to work with. They made the whole day run so smoothly and took care of every little detail so we could just enjoy ourselves. They were calm, organized, and genuinely cared about making our day special. Our guests kept saying how beautiful everything was and how smoothly it all went. We’re so thankful we chose this venue, it was the perfect place to celebrate our day!

This was the perfect venue for our winter wedding. Peggy and Dave went above and beyond to help us hang up about a million lights around the house and make sure we didn't blow anything up in the process. If you want to have a smooth wedding with a stunning backdrop, choose this venue- we cannot recommend it enough!

Selecting The Estate at River Run as our wedding venue was the single best decision we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. It wasn't just a venue; it felt like home and provided the perfect backdrop for one of the most important days of our lives. From our engagement photos to our rehearsal dinner and the wedding day itself, this stunning estate was a dream. We opted for the Friday early access package in addition to the overnight stay package, and it made all the difference. My bridesmaids and I were able to stay the night before, which allowed the wedding morning to be a truly relaxing and joyous experience. We were able to handle all the final preparations on Friday, leaving Saturday morning completely stress-free. The true magic of this venue, however, lies with Kim and her team. They are, without a doubt, the best in the business. Their kindness, professionalism, incredible attention to detail, and seamless organization are unmatched. They truly think of everything, anticipating needs before you even realize you have them. Their guidance and support were a genuine blessing, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. The venue itself is breathtaking, offering so many different and beautiful locations for all the various events. It is truly a place where memories are not just made, but treasured. We had our wedding here last year. We got the all inclusive package, which is quite a good deal! Food was delicious and the bride & groom rooms were amazing. The venue was fully decorated to our specifications. Our coordinator Brittany was so wonderful, walked us thru everything, and answered all our questions along the way. It was a magical day for us thanks to the Elegance Estates team!

This venue is beautiful, clean, and charming and has a great place for the bridal party to get ready before the wedding. The venue worked with us as we needed to communicate with them. There are great spaces for an event.

Northfield Plantation has amazing beauty within the grounds, making it a gorgeous spot to have a wedding. There are many beautiful spaces to have a ceremony. I was recently a part of an event there, and it turned out to be stunning. I couldn't get over how beautiful the grounds are. Whitney and Robert are two of the most amazing people to work with, and the experience couldn't have been better. This is truly a special venue.

My daughter and her fiance got married last weekend at Hollyfield Manor and it was an amazing experience! From the moment we met Jessica, we knew that we wanted to be a part of the Hollyfield family. Jessica is so kind and genuinely wants to make her bride and groom's dreams come true. Most of our vendors were recommended by them and they are all wonderful. They were all so easy to work with and quality vendors in each of their areas. I was able to just enjoy my day with friends and family and Jessica did everything for us. She made sure every aspect of the day went perfectly from beautiful tables, delicious food and she ran the day like clockwork. She even took care of things like bustling my daughter's dress and helping her change into her going away dress. I have had several people tell me that the wedding was perfect and I feel that this is a tribute to everyone at Hollyfield Manor. It's such a special day and everyone has such high expectations. I can honestly say that they exceeded those expectations and we are very grateful. Thank you to everyone!

We booked the venue and home for our wedding on March 29, 2025. The venue was outshined only by me and maybe our pork belly bites and mushroom appetizers. The venue is gorgeous on it's own with minimal decorations needed, however, you are more than welcomed to let your personality shine. Being able to have Rodney carry us on the golf cart back to the house after the wedding to hit the hot tub was a highlight of the day. Guildford Farm is a family affair with the many warm and inviting family members available to help. The mom, Jeannie, stopped by to gift us a bottle of wine and card. You really should stay in the house (we also added days - highly recommend) with friends or family. It makes getting ready and the time spent so much rewarding. I am still jealous my now husband was able to go on a hike, hit the hot tub, shower, and play pool without leaving the property all whilst I was getting hair and make up done on our wedding day. I don't think I could have imagined a more perfect day or wedding weekend and Guildford Farm was a big part of that.
