Faith did an incredible job planning every detail, from the venue atmosphere to the cocktails, and even the smallest touches of her wedding catalog that truly showcased her love for this business. I’m so excited to see where this journey takes her! She’s clearly passionate about what she does, and I have no doubt that if you book her, you’ll be in great hands!!

Faith did an amazing job as our day-of coordinator, providing far more support than we ever anticipated for a day-of coordinator. She brought her assistant, Amanda, who also helped so much at the set-up the day before the wedding and on the day of our wedding. Faith was so organized, providing help to contact all our vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding, and making sure everything ran smoothly on our wedding day. We didn’t have to set up a thing, which led to a very relaxed wedding day with a surprising amount of down time. During our wedding any time we noticed something wasn’t quite to plan, we simply let her know and she talked to the relevant vendor right away to resolve the problem.

One of the only things we would change if we could was that Faith’s version of our playlists for the ceremony and reception (we didn’t have a dance floor or DJ) didn’t include all the songs that we had planned. This would’ve been easy to resolve by using one of our phones directly instead of asking Faith to manage that aspect too, so keep that in mind if that is a consideration for your event too.

I would highly recommend Faith to anyone looking for an event planner! Not only did she go above and beyond, but she was a very positive presence on our wedding day.

Faith was a fantastic wedding coordinator. If I were to plan a wedding again, I wouldn't consider hiring anyone else.


We hired Faith as our day-of coordinator for our wedding at the Atrium at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens. We had a few calls 8-10 weeks prior and leading up to the day to go over details and expectations. Faith had thorough and consistent communication the whole time, making sure that she had everything she needed to prepare for our day. She used a website that was very helpful in remembering last minute details and covering all of our bases beforehand, but was also flexible on working with what we had from planning prior, the website had a section to upload custom documents which was useful.

On the day of the wedding, Faith and her co-coordinators did such a fantastic job that it felt like we could really enjoy every moment. We handed her the decor, she already knew the instructions from prior conversations and made sure everything happened as expected and on time. She was attentive to our requests, flexible when plans had to change, and prepared with anything I could need while getting ready. Everything happened on time, the switch from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner was seamless. I felt like there was nothing I had to worry about the whole day as she was a fantastic manager, was able to make sure our vendors and guests knew what to do and where to go, all I really had to do was show up.

Faith and crew really made our wedding day special, leaving us with no worries from beginning to end. She did an amazing job, the only thing I would do differently is hire her sooner to help with more planning.

Working with Faith was a dream. She listened to everything I wanted, added thoughtful touches I never would’ve thought of, and kept me completely stress-free the entire way through. On our big day, she handled every detail so I could actually enjoy myself. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and puts her heart into making the day unforgettable. I couldn’t recommend her more!

Honestly, Faith’s event planning group is hands down the best! I had such a great experience being part of it — everything was so smooth, creative, and just really well put together.
