We can’t recommend Faith highly enough. She worked with Nic and I for about a year leading up to our wedding in April 2026, helping us with everything from the planning process to making sure the day itself ran seamlessly.
Faith is also a friend, which made having her involved in such an important part of our lives even more special. At the same time, she was incredibly professional throughout the entire process and brought so much organization, knowledge, and calm to what would otherwise be a pretty overwhelming experience.
She is amazing at keeping track of all the moving pieces that go into a wedding. She helped us research and coordinate vendors, kept everything organized, and guided us through decisions whenever we weren’t sure what to do next or what questions we should be asking.
On the wedding day, Faith handled all of the behind-the-scenes details so that Nic and I could actually relax and enjoy ourselves. After spending a year planning together, it was such a great feeling knowing everything was in the hands of someone we completely trusted.
We feel incredibly lucky that we got to have such a talented planner by our side. Faith was an invaluable part of our wedding, and we’re so grateful for everything she did to make the entire experience so special. -

Faith was a fantastic wedding coordinator. If I were to plan a wedding again, I wouldn't consider hiring anyone else.
We hired Faith as our day-of coordinator for our wedding at the Atrium at Meadowlark Botanical Gardens. We had a few calls 8-10 weeks prior and leading up to the day to go over details and expectations. Faith had thorough and consistent communication the whole time, making sure that she had everything she needed to prepare for our day. She used a website that was very helpful in remembering last minute details and covering all of our bases beforehand, but was also flexible on working with what we had from planning prior, the website had a section to upload custom documents which was useful.
On the day of the wedding, Faith and her co-coordinators did such a fantastic job that it felt like we could really enjoy every moment. We handed her the decor, she already knew the instructions from prior conversations and made sure everything happened as expected and on time. She was attentive to our requests, flexible when plans had to change, and prepared with anything I could need while getting ready. Everything happened on time, the switch from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner was seamless. I felt like there was nothing I had to worry about the whole day as she was a fantastic manager, was able to make sure our vendors and guests knew what to do and where to go, all I really had to do was show up.
Faith and crew really made our wedding day special, leaving us with no worries from beginning to end. She did an amazing job, the only thing I would do differently is hire her sooner to help with more planning. -

My experience at Faith and Co Events Launch Party was simply exquisite. I loved the classy, elegant and sophisticated ambience with the beautiful sounds of laughter, excitement, and guests singing at the top of their lungs to the awesome DJ. We enjoyed taking pics all night at the easy to use Photo Booth and our two drink tickets did the job of getting us a little tipsy for the night. Faith was the absolute sweetest and made sure we were having a good time. If we had any questions, she was always accessible and welcoming. The grown and sexy vibes were unmatched and I definitely can’t wait to book her my future events! -

Perfection in every aspect!
I had such a wonderful time at the Faith & Co Events launch party! Every element felt intentional, from the inviting atmosphere to the fun, interactive details (yes, the photo booth kept me entertained for quite a while). The signature cocktails with their clever wedding inspired names were such a charming touch, and the DJ kept the energy just right all night long. The evening was the perfect balance of elegance and excitement. I’m so excited to use her services for my future celebrations. -

One of a kind experience!
Faith’s launch party was an event to remember! She put so much care into every detail, making the launch both unique and special. I loved the itinerary for the weekend - it was very custom and highlighted the personalities of the “bride” and “bridal party”. Our wedding turned out beautifully, and we are extremely grateful to the onsite team for helping make that happen. Our onsite lead, Cindy, and team members Tyler, Nia, and Chinwe worked incredibly hard, and the wedding-day execution was organized, timely, and professional. Cindy is extremely good at what she does, is able to handle a lot of responsibility and pressure while maintaining her composure and a positive attitude. She continually checked in with us throughout our event and made sure the evening progressed on time. It's very obvious that she is an attorney because she was always looking to get us the best value out of our services, from wedding insurance to rental furniture. We felt like she was truly looking out for us the whole time.
We had a very DIY wedding, so in the days leading up to it we were working on florals, steaming linens, unloading our U-Haul, and more with our families. When the planning team arrived the day before the wedding, we felt enormous relief. They immediately stepped in to solve problems, find uses for extra florals, coordinate with vendors, and make sure everyone had what they needed to be successful. They also managed the support crew providing event labor for setup and breakdown.
In the end, our wedding was amazing, which is a real feat given that it was a five-hour event and none of our vendors had previously worked at our venue or together. We loved every minute, our guests seemed to have a wonderful time, and we can't express enough gratitude for the team who supported us the day before and day of the wedding.
However, our experience with the planning services in the months, and particularly the weeks, leading up to the wedding was a bit more stressful.
We hired Faith & Co. for partial planning services beginning five months before our wedding. We came into the process with much of the wedding already designed, detailed, and organized. We provided full access to our materials, completed questionnaires, attended biweekly planning meetings, and were consistently available and responsive. Knowing that we had hired partial planning services and that our planners had other weddings and responsibilities, we tried to be patient with the process for approximately four months and participated at the level we had originally agreed upon. When we did feel anxious, we communicated those feelings, and we initially found Faith very empathetic and reassuring. Faith was extremely helpful at communicating with vendors, and identifying new needed vendors as well.
However, as we entered the final month, important timelines and planning materials remained incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate; promised updates did not always arrive; and we increasingly felt we needed to step in to ensure everything would be ready.
About three weeks before the wedding, we raised these concerns with Faith. She assured us that our previously agreed-upon August 8 planning freeze would be met. When it became clear that the materials would not be finalized by then, however, the meaning of the “freeze” was reframed and the timeline for completion was pushed back. It's possible this was a miscommunication all along, but this was particularly frustrating because that date had consistently been communicated as our most important planning deadline. Update emails throughout the five months referenced that date and included language about “putting finishing touches” on our minute-by-minute timeline when, in reality, most of the timelines had not yet been fully or accurately outlined yet.
When we expressed disappointment and asked for greater follow-through, we felt the response became defensive rather than solution-oriented. At different points, Faith told us that it seemed nothing she did could satisfy us, that we weren't letting her plan the wedding, and that she believed the trust between us was irreparable. She even told us that Cindy was getting nervous reading our emails, which felt a bit like triangulation and defensiveness rather than genuine care about resolving the planning issues.
We found this particularly upsetting because we had always been enthusiastic and overly appreciative when Faith did something well or made our lives easier, while the concerns we were raising at this stage (3 weeks before the wedding) were about concrete deliverables, accuracy, and follow-through on previously established expectations. By then, we had paid for nearly five months of planning services but still didn't have reliable planning materials to reference. We had spent months participating at the level originally agreed upon and only became increasingly involved as important items remained unfinished. We were therefore surprised to be told that our involvement was contributing to delays.
Ultimately, we wrote out a wedding timeline ourselves so that we would have an accurate version to reference and share with our families. We also spent significant time reviewing planning materials for errors, identifying missing information, following up on outstanding items, and ensuring details were synchronized across documents and vendors. For the level of planning service we purchased, we expected more proactive project management and significantly less responsibility to remain with us during the final weeks.
As an event planner professionally myself, I understand that every planner has a different workflow and that some details naturally continue evolving close to an event. However, waiting until the final two weeks to prepare or substantially update foundational operational materials was not the planning approach we expected when hiring 5-months of professional partial planning support. A more fluid, last-minute process may work well for couples who are comfortable finalizing details very close to their wedding, but it caused us considerable stress during an already stressful period.
Importantly, we want to distinguish our experience during the planning process from the week-of coordination and wedding-day execution. The materials did come together during the final week and, for the most part, were accurate, finalized, and thorough. Some materials still contained unresolved comments or tracked changes when shared with vendors, but by that point we decided to just let go of control and hope for the best. We thanked Faith and Cindy profusely for getting all the materials to a finalized and accurate place but there wasn't any acknowledgment of that.
The onsite team did a very good job. They worked incredibly hard, handled the logistics of our large outdoor wedding well, and helped bring the celebration we had spent so much time designing to life. We felt much more confident once the onsite team took over and are deeply grateful for their work.
We also appreciated that the planning team held a detailed meeting with our catering captain during the final week to review our service plan and make sure everyone was aligned. Unfortunately, our caterer ultimately failed to execute several of the details discussed despite that additional coordination. We view those primarily as catering failures rather than planning failures and appreciated the planning team's effort to proactively address those logistics beforehand.
Ultimately, our wedding was wonderful and looked and felt like the celebration we envisioned. Our experience with Faith & Co. was simply very mixed: we were very pleased with the onsite coordination and execution, but stressed during the planning service leading up to it.
For couples considering their planning services, we recommend having a very detailed and explicit conversation upfront about when timelines and operational materials will be drafted, updated, and finalized, as well as expectations around communication and follow-through. Couples who prefer to have foundational details locked in well ahead of wedding week should be prepared to remain highly involved throughout the planning process. -
