My Husband and I came across TCevent wedding planning services listing online a few months after we got engaged in 2018. We saw the many satisfactory ratings from her past clients and wanted to know more about what she could offer us. My husband and I are very particular in what we want, especially when it comes to aspects that exceed a certain cost. We had a few potential coordinators that we were interested in but were not fully satisfied with their services. In our first meeting with Tani I could detect how precise she was when explaining details of what to expect when planning a wedding. Tani listed specifics of choosing a realistic budget, the guest count, venue location to even the food choices. We were in the early stages of planning and did not consider the aspects that Tani detailed in our first session. We knew then that she had the thorough mentality that we were searching for in a wedding planner.

We hired Tani as a full planner to assist us with booking vendors, scheduling our appointments, and keeping up to date with the vendor payments. Tani did a phenomenal job finding us the most affordable vendors that matched the criteria we envisioned. Over the span of a year working with TCEvents, my husband and I became fond of Tani. We would have constant communication and she often shared great suggestions and alternatives to achieve our vision. We saw first hand how responsive Tani is with handling unexpected challenges when planning our big day. I was very impressed on how she was able to handle a dilemma without increasing our budget or modifying our vision. I explained to Tani exactly what we envisioned, and we were overcome with bliss when we witnessed the final product of our wedding. Tani’s work exceeded all our expectations.

In the midst of a pandemic Tani went over and beyond with assuring that our original date of September 6th would be achievable. Tani reached out to all our vendors to review that the contracts will cover rescheduling the ceremony in the case of a pandemic. Tani even reached out to us periodically in regards to her other couples canceling around our wedding date, to give us a better awareness of the current state. Luckily, we were able to have our wedding on our original date with a few minor changes which did not deter us or our guests with enjoying the event. Tani and her team incorporated final measures that ensured everyone’s safety. Tani gave us the security we needed to put our anxiety to ease. By the last few months from the wedding my husband and I was anticipating the big day without having the stress of last-minute changes thanks to Tani.

Our wedding turned out to be everything we wanted and more. We get received compliments from our guests and vendors who have expressed how “Grand” and “Perfect” the wedding turned out. From the floral arrangements (which Tani customized) to the elaborate venue decor, the event was once in a lifetime experience. Tani made my husband and I feel like royalty. We owe the success of the wedding to Tani and her remarkable team. We are very satisfied with Tani’s services that we recommended her to our close friends. Our friends were impressed with Tani’s talents and hired her for their wedding in May. We couldn’t be more enthusiastic to be included in yet another wedding with Tani!

Tani is not only a great planner, but also an incredible designer. She came up with amazing ideas that truly made our wedding special. From orchestrating a flawless room flip to setting up the church beautifully, every detail was perfect. I couldn’t have imagined a better finished product. Best of all, she was on top of everything so I never had to stress. Highly recommend!

If you're looking for a day of coordinator - HIRE TANI AND HER TEAM! TC Events has many different options, from full wedding planning to day of coordination. I spoke with Tani about full planning, but in the end we realized we didn't necessarily need it - though, it was tempting because the price was amazing compared to other places we were considering! We did need a day of coordinator for our wedding and she was the perfect fit. To start, her pricing is extremely competitive. Even given the price, the quality was outstanding. I believe she started helping us at 30 days out - she came to the walk through at the venue and helped us decide on a floor plan. She also set up ALL of our decorations which was extremely helpful since we had so many that we brought ourselves. Set up and clean up went extremely smoothly and Tani and her team definitely eased any nerves that something would go wrong. Would definitely recommend TC Events to anyone!

We hired TC Events for our month/day of coordinator and it was the best investment we could've made for our wedding! Tani and Angenae were on top of everything and the day went by so smoothly! Tani was amazing to work with. We hired her for the month of coordination package, which we highly recommend. She was also great at handling last minute changes- the week of the wedding 3 members of the bridal party ended up not able to come due to COVID protocols and she redid our timeline and discussed changes with our vendors, making everything go smoothly. Tani also did our flowers and they were beautiful! She and Angenae made sure our day was great!

We recently had our wedding after a year of postponing not once but twice due to Covid. However, It would not have happened at all, if not for Tani and her team. Then the global pandemic threw all our plans askew, but Tani was there every step of the way, from contacting all our vendors, to rescheduling and renegotiating our contracts. She was extremely patient and very responsive to every email and text message sent. Tani and her team, which includes Angenae for hair and Sharon for makeup, did a phenomenal job, everyone that had their hair and makeup done, were extremely happy with the results. The overall setup of the decor and flowers were beautiful, we couldn’t be more happier with the end result!

Tani made sure everything was executed promptly and flawlessly, from the ceremony, first dance, cake cutting, setting up the photobooth and providing the photo booth props, to glowsticks on the dancefloor, Tani even made an appearance with us on the dance floor! It was truly a memorable night. We are so grateful to have worked with Tani and her team, they made sure our day was flawless, stress free, and memorable. Thank You to Tani and your team!!!

Tani took great care of us and allowed us to think through things at our own pace. She always had great suggestions and asked excellent questions to site managers. She dutifully pinged us when we needed to make decisions and had let the moment slip by us and had the perfect personality for the job. We highly recommend her!
