She was so quick to respond to any questions we had and made sure that our day was exactly as we pictured it (maybe better). Even though it felt like the windiest day of the year she found a way to make sure nothing blew away. Faten was absolutely amazing! From the minute she came on board, she took charge of all the vendors and details, repositioned us where needed, and handled everything so smoothly till the very end. We had so many constraints that day - protests, other big events near the venue, traffic but she stayed calm and focused through it all (unlike me! 😅).
The whole wedding ran like clockwork thanks to her. She managed every moment down to the second and made sure everything flowed perfectly from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator.

My now-husband and I were stressed through the roof when the wedding coordinator that we were going to book ghosted us (thankfully before we signed or paid a deposit). It ended up being the best thing to happen to us, because as I frantically searched for somebody else who checked all of our boxes (esp. local and coordinates events themself). Faten was everything that we hoped for in a month-of coordinator, and then some. If I reached out worried about reaching out to a vendor to fill them in on a detail, Faten would reassure me that it was already done. There was a lot of behind-the-scenes work she did in the weeks leading up to our wedding. When the week-of stress of last minute details was worrying us, Faten was there to reassure us that she would handle it. When everyone ended up running way behind schedule for our rehearsal, Faten reassured us that we could still cover everything to make it in time to our rehearsal dinner. The day of our wedding, everyone from my mother to our vendors all raved about Faten (from how incredibly communicative and sweet she was, to the fact that she was on-top of everything). She even helped throw in some free décor on-the-house and helped us work out transportation for our rehearsal dinner and off-site wedding party shoot. Don't walk, run to book Faten NOW!

I was on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator because, as someone who has planned large events in the past, I thought I could handle it myself. However, I quickly realized that we definitely needed one. There were so many moving parts, and the stress was getting real.

We hired Faten because she was familiar with our venue and had amazing reviews online, and she ended up doing a fantastic job for our wedding! You can count on her to make sure everything runs on time throughout the day, and she has an incredible eye for detail. She’ll also be there to calm your nerves and capture moments on video so you don’t miss a thing.

We are SO thankful for Faten. She went absolutely above and beyond to make our wedding day perfect and stress free. She started working with us about 6 weeks before the wedding, and managed communication with our vendors. Her organization helped everything go smoothly, and when we did have a minor problem with one vendor on the day of, she not only came up with a solution she also got us a refund afterwards while we were on our honeymoon.

She took time to introduce herself to our wedding party and parents so they had a point of contact and knew what was going on, and she made both of us feel so loved, special, and supported throughout the process and on the day of. She also took little videos and photos throughout, which was a cute and special complement to our official wedding photos. Faten was the day-of-coordinator (DOC) for our wedding in October 2024. She helped us bring the wedding of our dreams to life. As soon as she started working with us on our wedding, she took over vendor management, put together a flawless timeline (and actually managed to keep our day on schedule!), set up the perfect layout, and gave us invaluable advice and guidance along the way. Every step of the way, she kept things under control, but was flexible in accommodating random requests and questions that we had. During the rehearsal and on the day of her wedding, Faten and her assistants Farah and Rawan kept us calm and made sure that we had everything we needed. She quickly took care of any minor hiccups that arose, to the point where I don't even recall any hiccups because our wedding day seemed to run perfectly and according to plan.
