Stacy from Coddiwomple Events was so amazing to work with for our wedding. She was very responsive and provided us with great vendor recommendations. She helped us craft a perfect timeline for our day and on the day of, Stacy and her team made sure that everything ran smoothly. She is creative and thoughtful in all of her recommendations and suggestions! We are so glad that she helped us plan our big day! Thank you Stacy and Allegra!

Stacy from Coddiwomple was fantastic to work with! She had flexible meeting times and was able to set up teams meetings during our busy schedule to go over wedding details. She created our whole timeline for the wedding which turned out perfectly. The team she had working our wedding did a phenomenal job and made us feel calm and cared for every step of the day. If there were any issues on our wedding day, we never even knew. We have been married for three months now and still have yet to think of a way we could have improved the day. Coddiwomple Events made sure things went smoothly and helped us think through all of the details before any issues could arise. They helped us catch several things we would have forgotten had we planned alone and allowed for the entire wedding party to enjoy the day with minimal stress. I would highly recommend hiring them as they are reasonably priced and will help you with what you need while acknowledging and adhering to your wedding vision.

Stacy planned our wedding from start to finish, and I can’t imagine doing it any other way. She genuinely loves weddings and all the minutia that make them meaningful to each couple, and it really shows. Whether we were picking a photographer or deciding what kind of candles to use, she was always full of practical advice and creative ideas tailored to our tastes and budget. Stacy isn’t just a wedding planner — she’s a partner who is eager to understand and then produce your unique vision for the day.

Stacy goes above and beyond every step of the way. Her motto — which you’ll hear a lot — is “we can do that!” Just one small example of many: I procrastinated on getting a hairstylist only to finally do a trial and realize I really didn’t like the result. Without even being asked, Stacy immediately jumped in and found multiple incredible hairstylists, even reaching out to confirm their availability and pricing.

I’ve had so many people compliment me on the wedding, specifically how thoughtful and well-executed it was. Almost every single one of them has mentioned Stacy. Her professionalism, competency, and uncanny ability to subtly resolve any last-second problems makes for a stress-free event where your only job truly is to enjoy the day. And her attention to detail (like putting cute tags on the water carafes with refill instructions) makes even the littlest pieces feel special. She was always exactly where I needed her on the wedding day, checking in, making sure we were fed, re-bustling my dress moments before our first dance. I was able to really relax knowing she could handle whatever came up.

If you’re hoping to find someone who is as excited as you are about seeing your dream wedding come to life, Stacy’s the one. My husband and I are still surprised by just how much we loved every moment of our wedding, which was in large part thanks to Stacy.

I cannot say enough good things about Coddiwomple Events. My husband and I were married on May 13, 2023 with the help of Coddiwomple Events and we could not have done it without them. I have been putting off writing this review because of how much their services and help meant to me, this service gave me my dream wedding. We came to them about 9 months before our wedding after issues with our previous wedding planner. They pulled off nothing short of a miracle in that time. As a non-traditional bride we wanted something out of the box for our wedding and Stacy and her husband went above and beyond to make our vision come to life. Putting in countless hours building decor, communicating with vendors, comforting the bride. If you want an event company that will give their 110% this is who you hire. Stacy is professional, creative, and empathetic. I cannot say enough good things about this event service. I am a person with big ideas and no idea how to execute them and Stacy and her husband made all my ideas come to life. My wedding by numerous people has been said to be one of the coolest weddings they have ever been too and that is truly due to Stacy and her team. Do yourself a favor and hire Coddiwomple events I promise you it will be the best wedding decision you make. Her prices are fair and she works really hard to stay under budget and make everyone especially the bride happy. This is a service that truly cares about your event and the important people involved. I am happy to talk with anyone who is interested in their services and tell you all the great things they have done for me I wish I could rank them hire a 10/5 if I could.

Stacy, Ellie and Caroline from Codiwomple Events helped so much on our wedding day! They met with us several times before-hand to help sketch out a schedule, learn all the details, find out when who needed to be where, and know who had all the decor and other pieces. They took care of organizing and communicating with the vendors, helped with set-up the day before and most importantly coordinated everything day-of. It was such a relief to not have to worry about people knowing their spots or about where important items were or needing to answer questions guests or vendors had. My husband and I were able to simply enjoy the day, our friends, family and guests. They were professional, helpful, kind and cheerful, I couldn’t ask for a brighter smile or calmer organizer.

Stacy was absolutely amazing. She did all the behind the scenes work so that my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. My husband gushed for weeks about how invaluable she was for us. She kept us on schedule and tweaked anything we needed her to. We weren’t sure wether we’d need a coordinator or not, but so glad we did. We would not have been as stress free as we were if we didn’t have someone to help guide us. I’m so glad that we went with Stacy.

Stacy was an absolute life saver as my wedding planner! I knew I was going to be deployed in the months prior to my wedding, so I hired the venue's wedding planner, on paper a top notch package. Ultimately, I only ended up getting very minimal help and any help I was getting I had to pull it out of them, not ideal for trying to plan a wedding while deployed. Due to this, I started my search for a second wedding planner and came across Coddiwomple. Stacy was very quick to respond and even in the first virtual meeting we had, she was already excited and wanting to start the planning process- all before I had even officially hired her! Through the next few months Stacy was the consistent help that I needed to finish up everything to make the wedding the beautiful event that it was. Since I was unable to do them myself while downrange, she was able to print and mail out all the invitations, which saved me a huge hassle. On top of that, I still had to use the venue’s wedding planner and she was able to gracefully make sure everything was getting done while still letting them think they were the “lead” planner (even though they were doing nothing without being prompted first). Once I was back stateside Stacy helped me get all the decoration plans set and make sure all the vendors were prepared for the day. She even offered a backdrop for the sweetheart table which saved me money and time and it fit perfectly in with my decor. A week before the wedding I finally made it to Virginia and was able to meet Stacy- who was just as amazing in person. She continuously worked to find ways to take things off my plate and she reassured me when I wasn’t sure if I was being unreasonable or if what I was asking for was just normal. Day of, Stacy could not have done a better job, tactfully working with the venue wedding planners and keeping everything on schedule. She made sure all the decorations were perfect and even when the venue had the wrong chairs set up- she made sure it was fixed before the wedding. Overall, I absolutely loved my experience with Stacy as a wedding planner and highly recommend her to all brides/grooms who are looking for a wedding planner.

We can't thank Stacy and her team at Coddiwomple Events enough for such a beautiful, seamless, wedding ceremony and reception! She thoroughly supported us with helpful suggestions and was always ready to answer any questions to bring our vision to life. Her attention to detail, personable nature, and execution were perfect and made us feel so comfortable and at ease. There was a short turn-around time between the vineyard closing to set up and decorate, and Stacy took care of all the logistics, coordinating vendors, and perfectly handled all of the details. We can not say enough to show our appreciation and hiring Stacy was one of the best decisions we made. Everything was just lovely! Thank you again!
