We worked with Rachel from Finer Points for month of planning for my daughter's wedding. She was incredible to work with: great communicator, patient with questions, detail oriented, kind, and more! We weren't sure we needed a month of planner since we thought we were well organized and had our vendors all contracted. We were wrong! In the 6 weeks before the wedding, everything comes to a head. Rachel was there at our venue walkthrough, created our day of timeline and did all of the final coordination and communication with the vendors. She also has a creative eye for details and was able to help with ideas for those final touches. She put up with my endless questions. Wedding day, she was there to manage all of the vendors which means my daughter and I were able to enjoy the day. She had everything running on time and was the first point of contact for everyone limiting the need for us to answer any questions. She also kept an eye on the weather forecast and was able to help us manage a pop up storm that rolled in. I can't recommend her enough and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. No matter how organized you think you are, using Finer Points for planning will help you be able to enjoy your wedding!

Delia-Anne was amazing as a day of coordinator at Riverside on the Potomac. We could not have done the day without her! Everything went off without a hitch. We left her a pile of decorations (candles and garlands) and she made the venue look so spectacular. She provided guidance, answered our many questions over text and made our special day flawless. Checking on my husband and I but also our parents to see if they needed anything throughout the day. If you're contemplating hiring a day of coordinator, do it, and hire Delia-Anne. You won't regret it!!!

I wish I could shout from the rooftops how incredible Sydney is as a planner and coordinator. It’s an easy decision - If she’s available you should hire her immediately, but I’ll share more details😊. My husband and I planned our wedding in VA from out of state. Our first priority was a finding wedding planner we could trust and rely on. We were totally overwhelmed by all the things we didn’t know, the endless contracts, the seemingly impossible task of staying within budget, and all the questions we had no idea how to answer. Sydney was there every step of the way, going above and beyond to make it the most beautiful day of our lives. I recommend hiring her as your very first step because she has so many connections and resources to share. She is a wealth of knowledge and has been a part of so many weddings, she has the expertise to know exactly what to do in every situation. I truly don’t know what we would have done without her. We had regular Zoom check-ins and she kept us on track for important deadlines. She once spent her whole weekend helping me work through a crisis all while keeping me as calm as possible. She has the most calm and kind demeanor, but at the same time she is organized, and prepared to say the hard things on your behalf if necessary. It’s exactly what you need in a planner. Her trustworthy and equally incredible partner, Laura, was there for the walkthrough and day of coordination. It was the dream team! Together they did everything from keeping everyone organized, to putting together flower displays. It was the best day of our lives. We had our dream wedding, within budget, and it was all thanks to Sydney!! I truly don’t have the words to express how lucky we feel to have had her help us plan and execute our big day. I hope you have the opportunity to work with her too!

We couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect wedding thanks to our incredible wedding coordinator, Stephanie and her team. From the very first meeting, her warmth, professionalism and attention to detail put us at ease. She took time to understand our vision and brought is to life, handling every aspect with grace and expertise. She also provided our gorgeous florals, which was a huge help to not have to shop for another vendor! On the big day, Stephanie was a calming presence, seamlessly managing vendors, timelines, and event last-minute hiccups that could have been disastrous. Her creativity and organizational skills made everything feel effortless, allowing us to be fully engaged in the moment. Our guests raved about how beautifully everything came together. If you are looking for a coordinator who feels like a friend and delivers an stress-free, magical day, Stephanie is wonderful. We are forever grateful!

Giving this shout out to our AMAZING wedding planner Ali! We could not have done this without her! My mom and I thought at first we could handle organizing this wedding. But we quickly realized we could not do this alone, with us both working full time, my evening classes and not to mention my then fiancé being stationed in the army a few states away and the constant worry of him possibly deploying. Ali kept me on track and made everything so simple and easy. She listened to what we wanted, and worked within our budget. She is exceptionally resourceful. Ali also went to bat for me with the food caterers. In a professional manner she negotiated the price and services. Ali made sure all the vendors had what they needed, answering questions, making time lines, the whole nine yards. Everything I could have wanted in a planner she was.To alleviate any additional stress leading up to the wedding Ali provided helpful tips and resources that kept me and my husband on track for our big day. The day of went equally as smoothly with Ali running the show, I don't think the wedding could have gone any better. Ali also did everything with a warm heart and is very professional in a friendly way. She is very organized and every detail that was not discussed in person was done over email or a quick phone conversation. She is quick and knows how to handle situations on the spot. For example, a big hurricane came through right before our wedding so she quickly moved the cocktail hour inside. She is very good at sticking to a schedule and adapting accordingly. There are not enough words to describe how grateful we are for Ali being part of our special day! If you want the best of everything, with flawless execution and a wedding planner that makes your special day as important as their special day, Ali is your gal!

We could not have loved working with the team at Etc. Coordinators more. After planning all aspects of our wedding leading up to 6 weeks out ourselves, it was such a weight off our shoulders to have Etc. Coordinators available to answer our questions, provide us their wedding wisdom (and reality checks!), and take over communication with all of our vendors leading up to our wedding day. Sarah was an absolute dream to work with and I wish she could coordinate my entire life. We spent the two weeks leading up to the wedding feeling like we SHOULD be doing more because everything was so under control, which made it so we could enjoy time with our family who arrived in town early and focus on what really mattered throughout our wedding weekend. Slaveya was great to work with day off and Sarah went above and beyond before, during AND after the wedding, even bringing the bag with all the cards to the after party after our designated card taker accidentally left them behind. Truly, the best. If you're type A like us and debating if you really need a wedding coordinator or if you can just handle everything yourself...do yourself a favor and just book the Etc. Coordinators team. One of the best decisions we made in the process that enabled us to truly love every moment of our wedding day. Highly recommend!

Tricia brought so much value to my decision making processes and navigated all of my vendors seamlessly. She guided me to make the best decisions on who to hire for every detail and then she took the reigns and guided all of them to make our day perfect. She also guided me on pricing and where we should spend and where we should save. There is SO much that goes into planning a wedding, it can easily get overwhelming, but Tricias expertise was beyond helpful. She is a total PRO. On the day of, she worked so hard and tirelessly and made every aspect beautiful. Her styling is unmatched. The room, the tables, the photos, everything looked amazing. Everyone had a blast and they all talked about how beautiful it was, and how much they all loved Tricia! I honestly couldn’t have pulled this wedding off without her. If you are thinking of hiring her, just do yourself the favor and do it.

Hannah was our “day of coordinator” but she really went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our day was perfect leading up to the big day and on the day of. She is absolutely fantastic. We are so grateful to her for her professionalism, responsiveness, and resourcefulness. Thank you SO MUCH!

Sundew Events planning did perfect job of my wonderful daughter wedding. Sundew Events, great job of finding a place for bachelor's events for the Maid of Honor and Bridesmaid to go and have a great time.
