After planning all aspects of our wedding leading up to 6 weeks out ourselves, it was such a weight off our shoulders to have Etc. Coordinators available to answer our questions, provide us their wedding wisdom (and reality checks!), and take over communication with all of our vendors leading up to our wedding day.

Sarah was an absolute dream to work with and I wish she could coordinate my entire life. We spent the two weeks leading up to the wedding feeling like we SHOULD be doing more because everything was so under control, which made it so we could enjoy time with our family who arrived in town early and focus on what really mattered throughout our wedding weekend.

We got married at a church in Washington, D.C., with the reception at City Winery in Ivy City and hotel on Capitol Hill. With three locations throughout the day, a wedding party of 14 and a guest list of around 180 people, the logistics could have easily gone awry. But as our wedding coordinator, Sarah Obenour made our day go smoothly without any stress for the bride and groom. Mary Beth was our lead coordinator for our wedding and I don't know what we would have done without her! She was so organized and on top of every little detail. She helped to keep all of our vendors aligned and in the know when any changes happened. We had to make adjustments the day before the wedding due to inclement weather and Mary Beth handled all of the last-minute communication with our vendors, our guests had no idea there was ever an issue.
