Worth. Every. Penny.
We could not have loved working with the team at Etc. Coordinators more. After planning all aspects of our wedding leading up to 6 weeks out ourselves, it was such a weight off our shoulders to have Etc. Coordinators available to answer our questions, provide us their wedding wisdom (and reality checks!), and take over communication with all of our vendors leading up to our wedding day.
Sarah was an absolute dream to work with and I wish she could coordinate my entire life. We spent the two weeks leading up to the wedding feeling like we SHOULD be doing more because everything was so under control, which made it so we could enjoy time with our family who arrived in town early and focus on what really mattered throughout our wedding weekend.
Slaveya was great to work with day off and Sarah went above and beyond before, during AND after the wedding, even bringing the bag with all the cards to the after party after our designated card taker accidentally left them behind. Truly, the best.
If you're type A like us and debating if you really need a wedding coordinator or if you can just handle everything yourself...do yourself a favor and just book the Etc. Coordinators team. One of the best decisions we made in the process that enabled us to truly love every moment of our wedding day. Highly recommend! -

Jodi was one of the best hires of my wedding. She was competent, unfazed by my frenzy, and a MACHINE on the day of. Her expertise and hustle gave me the most peace of mind at every step. Day of, I had no worries that she would help make my day beautiful and seamless. SO thankful for her work. -

We worked with Lindsey Chase of Etc Coordinators for our Washington D.C wedding held at Auto Shop in Union Market. Lindsey was amazing from the get-go - it instantly felt like she understood what was important to us and how we wanted our wedding day to go. Etc. Coordinators and Sarah were essential to our day!
We worked specifically with Sarah who was AMAZING! She made our day run perfectly! We wanted our families to be able to enjoy the day, rather than assigning various tasks. Sarah was able to effortlessly manage our family members, guests and vendors to help us achieve our perfect wedding day! Being an out of town bride, her her support leading up to the day was essential to our planning process. She was able to coordinate walk throughs and logistics with our vendors to ensure that we were set for our big day. I can not recommend her enough! Any bride will be lucky to work with her! -

Sarah Obenour made our wedding day perfect!
We got married at a church in Washington, D.C., with the reception at City Winery in Ivy City and hotel on Capitol Hill. With three locations throughout the day, a wedding party of 14 and a guest list of around 180 people, the logistics could have easily gone awry. But as our wedding coordinator, Sarah Obenour made our day go smoothly without any stress for the bride and groom. From our first meeting with Sarah, we knew we had an instant connection and would work well with her. Her attention to detail, communication skills and positive energy made her the ideal wedding coordinator. Working with Sarah made the weeks leading up to our wedding significantly less stressful than it would have been without her. On our wedding day, it seemed like Sarah was aware of every detail and anticipated our each and every need. And she was a joy to be around, so much so that even while working at the reception, it felt like she was one of our guests. When all was said and done, not only were we extremely happy with Sarah’s work, we’re also extremely happy to call her a friend! We would without question recommend her to anyone looking for help on their special day. -

My wife and I had an excellent experience with Sarah at Etc Coordinators and I would effusively recommend anyone needing a planner use Etc and request her. She kept things moving right on schedule during the day of our wedding with superb professionalism the entire time. Additionally, she used her assistant effectively which proved very useful to us. Sarah was an awesome planner and implementer of our day and it's hard to imagine how we would've managed without her. -

Fantastic Day-Of Planning & Coordination
A friend highly recommended etc coordinators and Sarah Obenour was perfect for our needs. She made us feel at ease though the whole process and was always a step ahead with the right resources, ideas and solutions. The schedule she developed was perfect (and followed within seconds!) and she built a great atmosphere of collaboration with our other vendors. If you want peace of mind on your wedding day, hire ETC!
Mary Beth was our lead coordinator for our wedding and I don't know what we would have done without her! She was so organized and on top of every little detail. She helped to keep all of our vendors aligned and in the know when any changes happened. We had to make adjustments the day before the wedding due to inclement weather and Mary Beth handled all of the last-minute communication with our vendors, our guests had no idea there was ever an issue. I'm so glad our venue recommended ETC, they gave us much needed peace of mind on our wedding day. Highly recommend! -

Couldn't Imagine our Wedding without Mary Beth
Hiring ETC. Coordinators was one of the best decisions we made! I wanted to really do a lot of the planning myself but knew I would need help with the smaller details and timelines closer to the wedding. The 6-week out package from ETC was definitely the best value we found.
Mary Beth was assigned to us and she was FABULOUS! She jumped right in and helped to tie up all of our loose ends. Her communication with our other vendors was wonderful to the point of them even coming to us to rave about her!
Mary Beth helped us craft the perfect timeline and execute it at the rehearsal and day of, giving clear direction and keeping us on time. She made sure every small detail was taken care of and answered any and all questions from us and our family.
She was truly an invaluable part of our wedding! Thank you , Mary Beth! -

Excellent coordinators
ETC Coordinators was the secret sauce to our on-time, smoothly-run wedding. From start to finish, they were exactly what we needed to manage the many vendors involved in our wedding. The “pre-work” Alyssa did - reaching out to vendors, creating the timeline, and helping us secure last-minute services - was the type of project-manager skills we needed to ensure a great event.
Alyssa was the hero of the week, helping us move our outdoor wedding inside on the rainiest, coldest day in May. She and her assistant were very detail oriented and unruffled by any of the weekend-of challenges we encountered (bathroom trailer not delivered on time? No problem! Alyssa was on it). It was such a pleasure to work with her.
We also really appreciated ETC Coordinator’s model of being the “right brain planners” who coordinate the creative vendors bringing a wedding to life. The owners were really responsive, and we appreciate the care they took in matching us up with Alyssa. Overall, we can’t recommend them highly enough. -

Life Saver!
We worked with Alyssa for our wedding and she was incredible! I can't say enough good things about her. She expertly handled all of the logistics related to our wedding, like creating a timeline for the day, directing everyone in the wedding party walking down the aisle, dealing with vendor needs, and a million other things. I honestly don't even know everything she did, because she made sure that everything at our wedding was taken care of and kept my husband and I as stress-free as possible at our wedding and shielded us from issues that might have popped up at our wedding. However, what I do know is that in the weeks leading up to our wedding, we had a few unexpected things come up, such as staffing changes with our contacts at our venue and unexpectedly needing to hire a couple of vendors literally days before our wedding. Alyssa was such a champ about it and rolled with the punches and made everything go so smoothly. I tell all of my friends who are getting married that the one thing they shouldn't skip is hiring a wedding coordinator/planner, since I honestly can't imagine having had our wedding without Alyssa and Etc. Coordinators. The wedding would have happened, but it would have been so stressful without them and I'm so happy we found them! -

They were awesome!
Although we hired ETC for our big wedding, Covid changed all our plans and we ended up working with ETC for our anniversary picnic instead. They were great! We worked with Kristine, and she was wonderful. Our pre-party meetings definitely helped get all our ducks in a row and figure out details we didn't even think of! Their service definitely made our anniversary even have a wedding feeling, and we are so grateful.
And the day of, she was an event-saver when another party got their permits mixed up while our event was getting set up. She had our permit and relevant vendor phone numbers ready to go and got everything settled before we even arrived. Go Kristine!
Highly recommend this service with extra stars, especially if your event isn't on private property.-

Mary Beth at Etc Coordinators was the reason our wedding day went off without a hitch. She was so organized, thought of so many details we hadn’t, and handled all the communication with vendors when we were too busy with work or other things to give wedding planning the attention it needed. You want this group for month-of and day-of wedding planning
We were married in September 2021, outdoors at a private home. Bringing all of the vendors on site and coordinating each detail of the wedding was not an easy feat. We did not have a wedding planner throughout the engagement, however brought in ETC Coordinators for their month-of and day-of services and I am so glad that we did. They were incredibly helpful in nailing down every last detail and on the day of I cannot imagine how the wedding would have came together without them.
I specifically recommend Sarah Obenour, she was our head coordinator and fantastic to work with! -

From rain to fire drills, Kristine didn't let anything take away from our day!
The moment Josh and I got in contact with Kristine she was everything we never knew we needed in a wedding coordinator! She was extremely professional, friendly, and personal. Kristine was extremely easy to get in touch with and responded back to any and all questions in a timely manner. She even showed up on our wedding day an extra hour early as a gift to us! Not only were Josh and I impressed with her services, but we still hear many wonderful compliments from our friends and family on how great she was! We hired Jodi 2 weeks before our wedding... thinking I could do it myself, along with the events coordinator, I hesitated to hire anyone else. A friend of mine referred her to me after I started to panic and after a phone conversation, she had eased all my worries. Her professionalism was above and beyond excellent in every aspect. She made sure she had established connections with every one of my vendors, kept in close contact with me regularly, and made sure every detail was covered. She was a delight to work with and made the weeks leading to the big day the most stress-free and even enjoyable part of the planning! The amount of unexpected things that I could not have possibly dealt with or foreseen is my biggest advocate for why EVERY BRIDE NEEDS her! The day was seamless ... I truly don't know how she did it! She is positive, encouraging, diligent, and skilled. My only regret ... Not hiring Jodi sooner! -

Kristine and ETC Are Amazing!!!
We cannot say enough positive things about ETC Coordinators, Brittany Hagaman, Megan Pollard, and Kristine Michalson—all of whom played a major part in making our special day a dream come true notwithstanding the myriad complications and hiccups related to planning and holding a wedding in the middle of a pandemic.
When my wife and I started planning our wedding, we knew we didn’t have the budget for or the interest in hiring a full-time coordinator. But we had heard about the importance of having at least a day-of coordinator to ensure the special day runs smoothly. After much research and a very helpful tip from our amazing photographer, Amelia Johnson, we thankfully found ETC Coordinators. ETC’s model of 6-week coordination immediately appealed to us because it offers more continuity than a day-of planner but less expense than a full-time coordinator. In normal non-pandemic times, ETC is by all accounts an impressive wedding planning company. But ETC was even more impressive to us in light of the help they were able to provide us in navigating the postponement and rescheduling of our wedding during the coronavirus pandemic. When it became clear in March 2020 that our August 1, 2020 wedding would very likely have to be rescheduled, Megan was incredibly helpful in listening to our concerns and advising us on how to proceed with all of our vendors and the venue. Later, in early 2021, when it became clear that our June 5, 2021 wedding would likely need to be held outdoors due to the sluggish vaccine rollout, once again, Megan was critical in helping us to navigate moving venues from a museum in Washington, D.C., to an outdoor venue in Northern Virginia and the resulting vendor discussions.
Then, 6-weeks before our wedding, we virtually met Kristine Michalson, our designated 6-week coordinator. Kristine is, in a word, incredible. She is highly organized and responsive, and her proactivity at spotting potential issues before they would arise was critical. Even though we were not able to meet in person until the week of the wedding since we lived on the West Coast, Kristine immediately got to work after our kick-off meeting, coordinating with the venue and our vendors to ensure that everything would proceed smoothly. The virtual walkthrough she did with us and the venue was really helpful and worked seamlessly, and she was constantly in touch via email and text to ensure everything was moving forward as planned.
Given the logistical challenges of having multiple venues, we had to make several last minute alterations to vendor plans—largely surrounding transportation—and Kristine was really great at making sure that these changes were implemented without incident.
One particular example, however, really stands out and exemplifies how important Kristine was to our special day. We had an ongoing back and forth with the venue regarding outdoor music and dancing that came to a head only 3 days before the wedding, when we received a bizarre call out of the blue from the venue stating that the outdoor dance floor that we had already paid and contracted for (for the safety of our guests who were hesitant to gather indoors without a mask) actually would not work. Kristine immediately got on the phone with us and the vendor at something like 9pm or 10pm on the Wednesday before our wedding and worked her magic. Thankfully, somehow the incident was resolved by the morning. I’m not sure we would have been as successful without Kristine’s advocacy!
The wedding day itself went incredibly smoothly, thanks entirely to all of Kristine’s advance planning and hard work on the day in question. This was highly impressive since our wedding was fairly complicated: We had a small family ceremony at a church in Georgetown and a larger celebration for the rest of our guests at an outdoor venue in Northern Virginia. And the new venue did not always completely understand our vision, making Kristine’s efforts all the more critical to executing our vision.
We truly cannot imagine how stressful those 6 weeks would have been without Kristine. Thank you so much Kristine and ETC!!!!

Kristine is Great! The Best Money we Spent
We hired Kristine through ETC coordinators for an anniversary party, not a wedding. Hiring her and ETC Coordinators was easily the best money we spent! It is so obvious how helpful she was, especially because we did everything ourselves for our wedding a year earlier, so it was easy to compare the difference in holding an event with a coordinator and without. Throughout the process, I felt confident that she could handle anything we threw at her, even last-minute things out of nowhere.

Absolute perfection!
Being able to work with Etc. Coordinators for my wedding, but Sarah Obenour in particular, was one of the best parts of my wedding. Having my wedding date change three times due to COVID, being able to work with Sarah and knowing that she was there with me every step of the way was invaluable. From periodic check-ins to sending me news updates as restrictions were lifted to keeping my wedding day running seamlessly from start to finish, working with Sarah was a dream. Sarah made sure that all of my questions and concerns weren't an issue, because she had everything covered and suggestions for any and everything. I'm so grateful that we got to work with Sarah and her talent was even recognized by my guests who kept commenting on how fabulous she was and made the day go off without a hitch. I can't say enough great things about Etc. so if you do work with them, be sure to ask for Sarah! -

ETC and Sarah Obenour are the best!
We planned a small wedding and didn't think we needed a day-of coordinator until we were only about 3 weeks out, but I am so thankful that we connected with ETC Coordinators, and Sarah O specifically. Sarah and ETC had had ample experience at our venue, and brought up suggestions and questions we wouldn't have even thought about. Sarah arranged for a site visit with us and the venue coordinator two weeks before, and managed to communicate to all of our vendors and create a master plan with less than a month's notice. Sarah was such a quick thinker and immediately had solutions to any potential issues. Sarah knew one of our concerns was the summer heat and how guests would feel, and the day before our wedding, called and suggested a change of location for our cocktail hour, having already touched base with the venue's coordinator. This was something we wouldn't have even thought about, but we agreed with the idea and it ended up being the perfect solution. Sarah was always 10 steps ahead and truly knows exactly what she is doing - we felt completely trusting of her decisions and ideas and are so happy we were able to work with her and her team. Highly recommend ETC and Sarah. We were truly able to enjoy our wedding and focus on the present moment, because we knew Sarah was taking care of the rest! -

We hired Etc Coordinators for our wedding and worked exclusively with Sarah Obenour. Sarah's attention to detail and creativity was impeccable. She had to work through an even changing landscape as the result of COVID restrictions and gathering limitations and weather challenges, and pivoted through ever situation with ease and innovation, delivering a prefect wedding. Beyond amazing!!!
Alyssa at Etc Coordinators was exceptional!! Getting married during a pandemic was beyond stressful, but Alyssa eased our stress and anxiety, and worked with us every step of the way. My husband and I ended up changing our Wedding date due to the pandemic. Alyssa was accommodating flexible and beyond understanding throughout everything. Our perfect pandemic wedding
Sarah was excellent to work with. She was flexible with meeting times, was always available for crisis phone calls, handled all our vendors with ease and without a worry on my end and was there for every moment on our wedding day. Flexible, Detail oriented, Professional
I am hyper organized. Planning a wedding during the constantly changing landscape of Covad from 250-50-10-50 and all the changes involved was a massive undertaking. Sarah O at ETC Coordinators was a bright constant calm spot through the entire process. This was the third wedding I’ve seen her in action and our trust was so well placed. From noticing the boutonnière count was incorrect on Friday morning, no detail was missed. As MOB her involvement allowed me to actually participate in the day and enjoy the beauty. In one week we lost an officiant, our photographer could not get a travel visa, and the venue had a fire. A reader dropped out after the rehearsal.. We just kept moving forward and in the end it was perfect. Sarah was a major part of that preparing the timeline and adjusting what was needed between the church and the reception site. We had 200 people on the video zoom as well ( highly recommend that your video team do this the quality was amazing!) and the day could not have been more perfect. In regular times, the bride gets well meaning texts from guests and participants. During Covad they multiplied exponentially where do we park? Is it safe? Will we be outdoors? What if it rains? Will the food be served in individual portions? Well we want to come to the church but not the reception, we want to come to the reception but only if it’s outdoors. Being able to say “Ask the planner” was so important. Sarah also coordinated the families, removing further stress from the day.
Another daughter is soon to be engaged and Sarah will be the first call. Yes you can do it yourself, but you don’t want too. Best money spent, great value. -

ETC Coordinators made our last weeks of planning SO much easier! From drafting, to reviewing, to editing our timeline, and then executing it- we could not imagine not having Elizabeth! Etc. Coordinators was one of the most essential vendors of our wedding at Salamander Resort in 2018! I was initially apprehensive about spending the money on a coordinator but it was worth every penny! Elizabeth was prepared and professional and planned out every detail of our big day! Sarah was so amazing!
It has been months since our wedding day and I still can’t imagine our day without the help of Sarah from Etc! I think back on our day with nothing but joy and happiness because it went so smoothly. From our first meeting with her it was clear she was experienced, knowledgable, and very organized. She had wonderful insight that was invaluable to us as we worked with her discussing logistics for the day. My husband and I had no question in our minds leading up to our wedding day that everything would go smoothly because of Sarah’s attention to detail.
Prior to the big day she took time to understand what was most important to us on our wedding day and made awesome suggestions to help ensure those things. She also created extremely detailed timelines and communicated them with vendors. On our wedding day she oversaw everything, made sure things ran on time, checked every detail of our reception set up (and even caught some vendor mistakes and rectified them), reminded us to eat, and brought our reception pieces back to our apartment that night while we were at our after party. She remembered the smallest details. She took care of more than I could have thought possible.
One particular moment stands out from our day and I think it perfectly sums up how fantastic Sarah is: as my dad got up to give his welcome toast at our reception, one of the band members stood up and completely blocked my view of my dad from our sweetheart table. I panicked - I couldn’t see my dad giving his speech but couldn’t run over to him to ask him to move - Sarah caught my eye, immediately knew what was happening, and instantly got him out of the way somehow. It may seem like the smallest thing - but it’s that level of attention and familiarity with her clients that sets her apart. In my mind - that was what could have been a devastating moment avoided because she is so on top of things!

Completely Worth It!
Working with Etc Coordinators, and Elizabeth in particular, took the stress out of our wedding day. Elizabeth was on top of the details and in touch with our other vendors weeks in advance, working through the timeline and anticipating our questions and final needs. She was helpful in answering all of our questions and providing suggestions for any final vendors. On the day of our wedding, we were relaxed knowing that she and her colleague Sarah were handling things. Elizabeth was cool in a crisis (I had a dress crisis between the ceremony and reception) and handled things beautifully. She made sure everything was securely returned to our room at the end of the night and even texted me in the morning to remind me that they'd tucked our cake top in the fridge! Etc Coordinators fills a unique space in the wedding market and they're complete professionals! -

I am the mom of the bride and a wedding planner and coordinator in NJ. When my daughter got married in Washington, DC, this past June, I knew I would need help executing all the plans. Sarah from ETC was a perfect fit. I knew we were in the best hands that day, and I didn't need to worry about a thing. Sarah went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. She even followed up with one of our rental companies after the wedding because some of the items arrived damaged - we received a full refund thanks to Sarah!! Top notch wedding coordinator
Having Sarah Obenour as our wedding coordinator was a great experience and the right decision for us. We needed someone to help us with the details and onsite coordination for our wedding that was 7 months out. We had a 65 person, intimate wedding at Salamander. Sarah had a consultation with us and during that meeting she took the time to really get to know us, listened to us, asked probing questions to really understand the vision. She provided recommendations and took feedback. Closer to the date, she connected with us and worked on all the details and finishing touches. Day of she and her team handled all the onsite set up, ceremony and reception coordinating and all the wrap up at the end of the night. Definitely worth having a coordinator and we couldn't be happier with Sarah. Sarah took care of everything. Having her as our coordinator helped make our special day that much more special knowing the details and logistics were being handled by her and her team. -

Secret Sauce
I knew we had the time and vision to plan the wedding ourselves, but didn’t want to deal with the final details or day-of coordination of stuff and people. What I didn’t expect was how critical Alyssa from the Etc. Team would be the last few weeks. With decision fatigue fully set in and countless tiny minor details open, Alyssa shepherded is through the final phase with grace and patience. Her organizational skills were impeccable and helped everyone feel at ease.
When we finished our ceremony to a deluge, Alyssa was able to reorganize in stride to get the planned parade of guests onto busses instead without missing a beat. The cocktails were moved indoors after my final decision to have them outside, all behind the scenes and without bothering the wedding party. Everything was on schedule and nothing was lost.
What a treat to work with Etc. I’m so relieved we went for it despite ourselves. -

Excellent, Thorough, and Follow-Through is Impeccable
I had an excellent experience with Etc. Coordinators on our wedding in August 2018. Alyssa was the lead coordinator, and beyond being thorough and following through on everything she took on - she seamlessly coordinated our Pakistani-Afghan Muslim fusion wedding. My husband and I both have big families with lots of cousins :), who are always down to help - Alyssa noted this, and in a way, became one of the cousins - to ensure that operationally things went the way they should! She was also in touch with all of our vendors about six weeks out from the wedding, and developed an excellent rapport with all of them - ensuring that everything was handled before as well as on the day of. In addition to her operational help - she brought a keen eye and immense experience in event coordinating to thoughts on decor as well as run of the program.
She also made sure to check in with myself and close family members, to make sure that we were not overwhelmed. It ended up being one of the most beautiful days of my husband, mine, and our families' and friends lives - our village, if you will. Alyssa's experience and demeanor is not to be taken for granted - I hope to work with her again on other events!

Probably the best decision we made
Hiring ETC Coordinators and working with Jodi literally made our wedding day (and the six weeks leading up to the wedding) so much less stressful. Everything on the day was seamless and perfect, we would just have to mention it to Jodi and it was taken care of. We were a little hesitant about using a coordinator due to the extra expense because our venue came with a staff member to assist, but when I think back on everything we would have had to do without Jodi it gives me hives. She was incredible! Kind, fun to hang out with, and incredibly organized. She made our wedding day so relaxing for me, I could just enjoy and have fun with my bridesmaids and my new husband without worrying about details. When my mom or mother in law (or ten thousand other people) came to me with questions, I could just say hmm I don't know ask Jodi and go back to my Zen bubble. Worth her weight in GOLD. The ETC team is nothing short of AMAZING. Throughout the entire process (from 90 days out to the actual wedding weekend), Jodi and the rest of the team were an asset to us. Before the wedding, they coordinated meetings, reviewed contracts, submitted forms, contacted vendors, calmed my nerves, and made a VERY detailed itinerary. On the day of the wedding, they facilitated vendor drop-offs, transportation runs, set-up materials at the reception, made sure we stuck to our itinerary, AND brought cocktails to the bride and groom during photos :) After the wedding, they gathered materials and packed materials into parents' cars so that they were able to enjoy the reception. My mom said it best the day after the wedding: "JODI. IS. A. TREASURE."
Long story short, you NEED THEM. Don't second guess it, just DO IT and BOOK THESE PEOPLE. More than any other vendor, this is a choice that will ensure you have a wedding day that runs smoothly so that you and your guests can focus on having FUN! -

She was responsive during the lead up, took control of all vendor communication the week of the wedding to allow me to be able to relax and take a step back, and helped everything move SEAMLESSLY for the big day. Jodi and her assistant even helped us with odd jobs the day of like setting up our candy table and laying out the name plates. I was beyond impressed with the value the team provided and am confident things would not have been as perfect as they were without Jodi's help. If you are debating going with a planner - my recommendation is definitely to go for it!! I did the 6-week out coordination with rehearsal and day-of in-person support and it was absolutely worth it!!! -

Jodi and Etc. Coordinators were amazing. I am a big planner and it is very rare that someone anticipates a need before I've thought of it. But there were several occasions when I asked Jodi about something and she said she'd already taken care of it. That is truly music to a bride and groom's ears. She had the perfect balance of being friendly while also being totally professional. This is an investment worth making if you want to actually enjoy your wedding. -

I worked with Kirstin at Etc. Coordinators and was extremely pleased! I would highly recommend Etc. Coordinators to brides who are comfortable handling most of the initial legwork of seeking out vendors and selecting an aesthetic, but want peace of mind knowing that all of the contracts are in order and every detail is managed during the wedding weekend. Kirstin went above in beyond with her attention to detail - ensuring drink quantities and transportation logistics were addressed immediately - with professionalism, ensuring my wedding went off without a hitch. Working with Etc. Coordinators was by far the best decision that we made the entire wedding planning process! From the moment that Elizabeth, our coordinator, reached out to us, she helped to remove any stress that we had and to put us at ease. In our initial meeting, Elizabeth was well organized and had already read through all of our vendor contracts and had an idea of what we were envisioning for our wedding day. Immediately following our meeting she took over communicating with all of our vendors, setting up a day-of timeline, managing the event order at our venue and answering any questions that we had. We sent countless emails back and forth in the weeks leading up to the wedding and she was always enthusiastic, responsive, and kept track of all the changes and details along the way.
Elizabeth worked with the coordinator at our venue to schedule a final walkthrough, led our rehearsal, and worked with our vendors to set up a detailed day-of timeline to make sure that each vendor and the wedding party knew exactly where they needed to be and when on our wedding day. When the wedding day finally arrived we were able to enjoy every moment of it without worrying about any of the details knowing that Elizabeth was there to take care of them. She worked through several day of changes and issues that came up with poise and made sure the entire day went perfectly! I would highly recommend using Etc. Coordinators to every couple; it is absolutely worth every penny. I truly cannot thank Elizabeth enough for all of her hard work and help along the way. Thank you to the Etc. team and Elizabeth for making the final stages of planning our wedding stress free and the wedding day everything that we could have imagined and more! -

If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator - I would HIGHLY recommend Etc. Coordinators! They are a six week out coordination company and basically pick up where you left off. Wedding planning can be stressful and overwhelming for anyone and as you get closer to the wedding, you realize you need some helping hands. I had Monica as my wedding coordinator and she was fantastic! She reached out a little before six weeks out to introduce herself and get to know me and everything about my wedding. She took over contracts and reached out to all of my vendors and gave me guidance along the way with any questions I had. It was super helpful having her there for a walk-through of the venue and Banquet Event Order meeting and she also brought her own minute by minute timeline for our wedding day. She was incredibly patient with me and extremely organized as well as early to each of our meetings. I can't imagine not having a coordinator and am so thankful we made the choice to hire Etc. When I was planning my wedding, I knew I didn't need a traditional wedding planner, but about 7 weeks out, my mom and I both realized there were too many details to manage day of. We were desperate for help and I am so glad we found Jodi and ETC coordinators. From the moment we started working with Jodi, I was put at ease. She was diligent about following up with our vendors and kept track of all of our day of details and logistics. She was flexible as some of our plans changed and was attentive to the many emails and meetings, making sure our vision came to life. My wedding day was perfect and I was totally relaxed knowing Jodi was behind the scenes making sure everything ran smoothly. Monica was amazing!! She had a schedule timed out perfectly for the rehearsal and day of the wedding. The actual wedding was pretty stressful with all of the people and activities we had to accomplish and Monica made sure we were taken care of the entire day, getting us drinks, food or anything we could need. She made us feel so comfortable and actually allowed for us to enjoy our special day. I really couldn't have done it without her. Thank you a thousand times over to Etc. Coordinators! Detail-oriented, knowledgable, friendly, warm and professional. Jodi was absolutely wonderful. Phone calls, meetings, emails and countless texts...Jodi was always available to answer my MANY questions, lend advice, and make sure every detail was in order and ready to go on our special day. For the week leading up to the event, Jodi was the one to coordinate all communication with the vendors. She made a detailed timeline and made sure everyone was on the same page. She took care of things at the walk through at the venue even when I wasn't able to make it myself as an out-of-town bride. She made an effort to get to know us as a couple/family and get a feel for our style and ideas, and was able to lend advice when needed in order to make sure the event came together like we envisioned. Everything went PERFECTLY throughout the entire day. Literally every detail, on time without a hitch. Jodi was on top of everything. I can't express how grateful I am. I had several people comment on how happy and carefree I seemed before the ceremony--it's all because Jodi had it all under control and I had no reason to stress! Our wedding planning process would not have gone as smoothly without the help of ETC Coordinators. We worked with Kirstin White, who was absolutely fantastic. Kirstin organized our timeline, managed all vendor requests, and didn't bat an eye when we had to change all our plans at our venue last minute due to a late afternoon thunderstorm. Kirstin also was there for all the weird questions like who and how much to tip and anything else we could throw at her. The day of the event, Kirstin and her assistant kept everyone in line (vendors and guests alike) and navigated our timeline like a champ.
