We had a wonderful time working with Vinnu and Events by Design. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out the day of our wedding and have been receiving compliments on how well planned everything was ever since! Vinnu took the time to get to know us, understand our tastes, and was able to execute on exactly what we wanted. She knows all of the vendors in the area well and was able to steer us towards the people who were the best fit for us. She has a great personality and is easy to work with. She was a huge help and we would definitely recommend her!

Sarena was a wonderful day-of coordinator to work with! Her day-of package really comes with about a month of planning and even meetings before that. As a very DIY, over-planner bride, I wasn't sure how having a coordinator would help, but having someone along the way who knows the business was very helpful to solve problems and remind me of things I was forgetting. The day of (and the prior day rehearsal) ran very smoothly thanks to her and her sister who were always busy making sure people were taken care of. It was super nice to have someone to point people to if they had questions so my husband and I could relax and enjoy the day.

Working with Denise and her team was a breeze. I was able to feed her everything I like and major faux pas and she was able to create an event that exceeded my expectations. It was catered to my quirky personality but was still very polished and inviting. She even surprised me with a personal photographer that allowed my guests and I to enjoy each other. Overall if you want your vision for your event to come to life, the All RelEvents team is your best bet.

Selecting Roxanne as our day of coordinator for our fall 2024 microwedding was one of the best decisions we made throughout our wedding planning process! She asked us so many great questions (things I hadn’t even considered) at our first meeting and offered helpful tips and tricks along the way. Our wedding was very DIY, spread across two different locations in Old Town Alexandria with family helping and different vendors involved—but she kept all the moving parts running smoothly. She was punctual, pleasant to work with, a great communicator, and made us feel at ease. We highly recommend Roxanne - she’s fantastic!
