You needed someone to show up on the day and make sure everything you built actually runs.

I specialize in intimate weddings, typically 50 guests and under: elopements, backyard ceremonies, state park vows, and small venue receptions. The ones where the guest list was actually hard to cut because every single person there means something. The ones where the couple did the planning themselves because they wanted it to feel like them, not like a template.
I come in 4 to 6 weeks before your wedding. By the time the day arrives, I know your timeline, your vendors, your floor plan, your preferences, and your backup plan. You hand it off, and I run it. Everything from confirmations, coordination, to logistics - I'll handle it so that everyone who loves you gets to just love you that day. No one's chasing down the florist. No one's watching the clock. No one's being pulled away from the moment because something needs handling. That's my job.
My background is a little different from most coordinators. I'm a first-generation Filipina-American who spent years as a platform engineer in tech before picking up wedding coordination on the side in Colorado and realizing it was one of the best things I'd ever done. I brought every instinct I had - attention to detail, clear communication, calm under pressure, the ability to hold ten things at once without dropping any of them - into a completely different room. And it fit. I loved it. Not I'm in Utah, getting married at Snow Canyon this year as well, and building K. Mae Weddings as something real.
I'm currently booking for fall and winter 2026.
