Brooke was fantastic! Everything on our wedding day was flawless. She is extremely organized, incredibly friendly and super responsive. She had some great suggestions and had quick answers to all my questions. She contacted all my vendors to make sure I didn't have to worry about anything and the day went without a hitch. She made me feel very relaxed and I wasn't stressed at all since I knew I could count on her. She is highly recommended!

Honestly, my now-husband and I used a day-of-coordinator for our wedding only b/c the venue required it. I'm so glad we did; the peace of mind of having someone there to direct the vendors and do last-minute set-up tasks was enormous. Stephanie's day of coordination service is perfect for the budget-minded bride and groom who are willing to do most of the leg-work of planning and set up and literally just need someone to help with the rehearsal dinner and the ceremony/wedding day itself. However, keep in mind that, sincerely, you get what you pay for…if you expect someone to communicate w/ your vendors pre-wedding, set up all your wedding décor, help you choose your venue or music, etc. this isn’t for you and you need a comprehensive wedding planning/execution package. Fortunately, in her contract, Stephanie very clearly described the duties that would be included for the day-of package and we planned accordingly. We had an intro phone call where we discussed our venue, menu, ceremony traditions or items we will or will not be using, etc. Post call, Stephanie sent a box chart to fill in with the ceremony timeline, specific songs for each part, procession order, etc.--very useful "little details" that we wouldn’t have thought of but need concrete decisions. About 1 month before the wedding, we had 2nd call and she sent templates for the wedding timeline, vendor list, and venue seating chart/layout diagram. We filled them out and got detailed feedback from her on what was practical, missing, should take more/less time. Stephanie, along with the officiant, led the rehearsal portion of the rehearsal dinner and did a fantastic job keeping everything seamless on our wedding day. She responded quickly to emails/phone calls and always answered any questions we had throughout the process. She even visited our venue before the wedding day to meet the owner and familiarize herself with the layout. Great service, highly recommend!

Jessica has now planned two of the most important events in my life-- and has now forever set the bar exceedingly high for event planners! She approaches planning with passion, kindness, professionalism, and grace. Her intentionality shines through, and it is apparent that she really cared about my vision and what mattered most. She is a true visionary who brought the most unique ideas and designs to the table, while helping me understand cost and which vendors would be able to execute this vision best. It is so evident that she is very thoughtful and paid special attention to my needs as well as those of the vendors. Because she is so thorough in her process, I fully understood the ins and outs of what to expect (and can't even imagine the work that goes on behind the scenes to execute!), yet she somehow still blew me away when I saw everything in person! Our guests raved about the transformative experience that they had, which I know would not have been possible without her expertise and the hard work of her, as well as her wonderful team. I felt very well taken care of, with any issue that arose during the process being taken care of before I even knew it was an issue! From a professional standpoint, you cannot do any better; the talent, designs, and logistics are unmatched. But coupled with such warm hospitality, humility, and genuine kindness-- she's truly one-of-a-kind. You won't regret hiring her!
