My husband and I went into our first meeting with Janet only having the major details sorted out (colors, venue, etc). She helped us think of the smaller details like guest book, signs, etc. and provided the decorations for the venue. She was truly phenomenal and we couldn’t have had our wedding without her. She made sure the day went smoothly and provided all the decorations and florals. There were no hiccups throughout the day and everything was stunning. My only regret is not hiring her earlier!

After working with Colleen on my 40th birthday party, I knew she was the one to work with for our wedding. I contracted for the day of coordination services but in my opinion, we got much more than that. Colleen and her team coordinated all the vendors, saved us extra fees on delivery and pick up, and provided all the final details to make our wedding beautiful. On the day of they handled all the set up, kept us on time, and managed some very crabby caterers. The whole day was stress-free thanks to Colleen and her team!

I cannot recommend Kristen Caputo enough for wedding planning!! We booked her Wedding Coordination package, and she made the last two months of wedding planning and the day of an absolute breeze. The resources and expertise she provides are unmatched, she was perfectly organized and kind, kept on top of everything, and took the stress out of wedding planning. As my husband and I were talking about our wedding and having conversations with my family and friends, I am fully convinced it would not have been as perfect as it was without Kristen and her team!! Here are just a few examples of how she went above and beyond when she started helping us with wedding planning and on the day of: When she started helping us, she reached out to every single one of our wedding vendors to see what tasks we had left. Kristen kept an updated to do list of all the remaining tasks we had vendor-wise, and checked in to see if we needed help. It kept us on top of things as we were heading into the busiest part of wedding planning! She was completely prepared at every meeting we had, both in our planning sessions and with meetings with vendors. She provided such amazing documentation that answered every question I had about wedding planning, and truly put my mind at ease about the big day. We had a last minute update to how we were transporting our rentals at the end of the night. I underestimated just how much we were going to have to pack up and take home at the end of the night rentals-wise and wanted to see if the rental company could pick them up from the venue the next day. I sent Kristen an email asking her opinion, and she completely handled the communication with both our venue and the rental company to resolve the issue. It took such a weight off of my husband and I!! I was so stressed over this, and within two days, she took care of it! We had some of our wedding florals at our rehearsal dinner and were wondering how/when we should transport them from our rehearsal dinner venue to the wedding venue. When talking with our florist, Kristen offered to pick them up the morning of the wedding from the rehearsal dinner venue and taking them to our wedding venue. Just another example of how she went above and beyond to take the stress off of my husband, family, and I!! After the wedding, I found out that Kristen fixed one of my wedding guest's dresses after it tore before the wedding ceremony. Not only did she help resolve all of my worries and questions, she also helped make sure our guests had an amazing experience and were able to enjoy the wedding day activities!! The best decision I made when wedding planning was having Kristen as my coordinator. Her and her team were incredibly professional, efficient, dedicated, and truly made wedding planning and our big day perfect. There were so many instances where she went above and beyond to help us!! Her advice is unmatched, she is truly a joy, and I am so so thankful for all the hard work she put into making our day perfect. Thank you Kristen!!!

Hiring Carissa for our day-of wedding coordinator was the BEST investment! She came the day before to help set up the reception space and run through the rehearsal. Carissa had great ideas and was able to help get the timing just right for my walk down the aisle. My wedding day ran so smoothly because of Carissa. She is amazing at keeping things organized and directing family members. Carissa took all the stess away from my husband and I. We were able to enjoy our wedding day and could count on her to take care of the rest. She managed the timeline, vendors, wedding party, guests and clean up . Carissa even made sure to take candid photos for us of the day. If you’re on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, do it—and hire her! It was the best decision we made for our wedding!! I am going to recommend Carissa to all my friends and family getting married in the future!

I was very particular with what I wanted for our wedding! Like many brides, I had a vision in my head of what I had always wanted. Walking in to my reception the day of, I was blown away! It was even better than I had imagined it could be. I was very particular about wanting a specific color palette but wanted the flowers to be a pop of color to add to it. Caroline exceeded all expectations here! The flowers were STUNNING! She even went above and beyond and had my flowers stored after the wedding so they could be preserved. I also was so impressed that her team handled the set up and clean up of everything at the venue— even the extra detail DIYs I did. She also returned everything to me in mint condition. When I say Caroline thought of everything, she truly did! My bridesmaids commented about how calm I seemed the day of and that was because I had Caroline and her team handling every detail so that I didn’t have to worry. Caroline truly made the process so easy, handling last minute hiccups on the venue side with ease and not stressing me out with the details of it all! Thank you CLED!

Andrea is such a delight. Her attention to detail when decorating turned an ordinary space into an unforgettable evening! I appreciated her clear communication about event expectations. To quote my husband “I felt like I was in a Rom Com”. I cant Wait to work with her again in the future!

Victoria helped plan my wedding through her sunflower package and I could honestly write an essay on why you should choose her as your wedding planner. Before choosing Victoria, I was considering doing everything on my own, but I was losing my mind doing that. She made things so much less overwhelming, it felt like all I really had to do was know what I wanted and she would make it happen. She has such a calm presence, she is incredibly knowledgeable on all thing’s weddings and events, and her extensive experience and professionalism show through everything she does. She is also very kind, gives great advice, and is super organized and punctual. Something that I think is so important in a wedding planner is how they deal with the unexpected. Victoria deals with mishaps in a way that you don’t even realize they’re happening, with grace and composure. Our ceremony and cocktail hour were supposed to be outside, but it started to rain a couple hours before, so everything had to be moved inside. The transition was completely seamless, and everything still looked beautiful, thanks to Victoria and her assistant! My husband also forgot to pick up our little cake on the day of, and Victoria and her assistant took care of it without us even noticing. Victoria took my vision and made everything look just how I imagined it, and I believe that is because of how much she genuinely cares about you having your perfect day and her impeccable attention to detail. I truly cannot recommend Victoria enough and I am so grateful to have had such a caring, resourceful, creative, and trustworthy planner for our day!

The Charmed and Vowed team was absolutely INCREDIBLE! The help leading up to our wedding was exactly what we needed to make for a stress free day. And as far as their work on wedding day wow!!! These 2 are a great team and we were so so happy to work with them.

Long overdue, forgive me: Our wedding simply would not have happened without Jami Pollnow. We were told early on that the number one regret couples have is not hiring a wedding planner. Like many couples, we thought we could handle it ourselves — and very quickly realized why everyone says that. We are eternally grateful to whoever told us to call Jami. From the very beginning, Jami was a ray of sunshine — someone who made us feel both excited and completely secure, knowing she was absolutely going to get it done. Our schedules were all over the place, communication was sometimes less than ideal on our end, and yet Jami never wavered. She was endlessly patient, always prepared, and consistently provided thoughtful updates and detailed notes — all without ever making things feel overwhelming. It’s rare to meet someone with Jami’s energy, determination, and sheer gusto. She understood our budget from day one and paired us with incredible vendors who were high-quality, professional, and still within a range we were comfortable with. We truly got a five-star wedding — authentic, thoughtful, beautifully organized — for what felt like a steal. We didn’t have to search endlessly or second-guess decisions; we simply trusted Jami, followed her timeline, and leaned into the amazing people she brought to the table. And then there was the wedding day itself. Jami was nothing short of commander-in-chief — herding cats, wrangling a bunch of lovable hooligans, keeping everyone on time, in line, and moving forward with grace, humor, and just the right amount of authority when needed (think: enthusiastic friends and brothers who enjoyed the open bar). In fact, my grandfather’s favorite part of the wedding — aside from watching his favorite granddaughters get married — was watching Jami run the ship. He affectionately called her “Red” and was endlessly entertained and impressed by her calm command of the day. Do yourself a favor and hire this woman. Jami loves love. She loves weddings. She loves her people. And she will do anything to make your dream a reality. We cannot imagine our wedding — or the joy and peace we felt throughout the process — without her.

Hannah and her team were truly amazing. From the second we started working together, I knew we made the right choice. Hannah is extremely professional and knows exactly what she’s doing, but she is also an amazing friend throughout the process. Hannah is creative, has fantastic ideas, and truly made my wedding vision come to life. She is extremely communicative and accessible, scheduling monthly and weekly calls in the time leading up to the wedding, which really puts your mind at ease. Not only was she amazing in the time leading up to the wedding, but she is truly a calming presence that you want at your wedding the day of. She makes you feel so special while still keeping everything on track. We couldn’t  imagine our special day without Hannah, and hope our paths cross again down the road!
