I cannot recommend Kristen Caputo enough for wedding planning!! We booked her Wedding Coordination package, and she made the last two months of wedding planning and the day of an absolute breeze. The resources and expertise she provides are unmatched, she was perfectly organized and kind, kept on top of everything, and took the stress out of wedding planning. As my husband and I were talking about our wedding and having conversations with my family and friends, I am fully convinced it would not have been as perfect as it was without Kristen and her team!! Here are just a few examples of how she went above and beyond when she started helping us with wedding planning and on the day of: When she started helping us, she reached out to every single one of our wedding vendors to see what tasks we had left. Kristen kept an updated to do list of all the remaining tasks we had vendor-wise, and checked in to see if we needed help. It kept us on top of things as we were heading into the busiest part of wedding planning! She was completely prepared at every meeting we had, both in our planning sessions and with meetings with vendors. She provided such amazing documentation that answered every question I had about wedding planning, and truly put my mind at ease about the big day. We had a last minute update to how we were transporting our rentals at the end of the night. I underestimated just how much we were going to have to pack up and take home at the end of the night rentals-wise and wanted to see if the rental company could pick them up from the venue the next day. I sent Kristen an email asking her opinion, and she completely handled the communication with both our venue and the rental company to resolve the issue. It took such a weight off of my husband and I!! I was so stressed over this, and within two days, she took care of it! We had some of our wedding florals at our rehearsal dinner and were wondering how/when we should transport them from our rehearsal dinner venue to the wedding venue. When talking with our florist, Kristen offered to pick them up the morning of the wedding from the rehearsal dinner venue and taking them to our wedding venue. Just another example of how she went above and beyond to take the stress off of my husband, family, and I!! After the wedding, I found out that Kristen fixed one of my wedding guest's dresses after it tore before the wedding ceremony. Not only did she help resolve all of my worries and questions, she also helped make sure our guests had an amazing experience and were able to enjoy the wedding day activities!! The best decision I made when wedding planning was having Kristen as my coordinator. Her and her team were incredibly professional, efficient, dedicated, and truly made wedding planning and our big day perfect. There were so many instances where she went above and beyond to help us!! Her advice is unmatched, she is truly a joy, and I am so so thankful for all the hard work she put into making our day perfect. Thank you Kristen!!!

Marilisse/Patriot Eagle Services was the most wonderful planner and day of coordinator that I could’ve hoped for. From her help finalizing vendors to sourcing decorations to taking care of anything that came up on our wedding day, she helped everything run so smoothly and took a huge amount of stress off of my shoulders. I would highly recommend using her services for your wedding or any other event.

We really enjoyed working with Lindsey and her team! Due to COVID and us moving abroad, we had to change our wedding date twice. Lindsey was very flexible with us and helped us move our date with the vendors without any price increases. The vendors she recommended were also very flexible and willing to work with us and our wedding vision. Don’t let me forget about our day of coordinators! Adrianne and Ashley were incredible! They kept us on track the entire night, while also allowing us to have fun and not feel pressured. I would definitely recommend Lindsey and her team for your wedding.

From planning to day of, Kaitlyn made everything perfect and stress-free! We met with her multiple times prior to the wedding and she handled ALL coordination of the vendors and the scheduling which was a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. The day before the wedding, we had a day full of flat tires and terrible traffic and ultimately we were late to the rehearsal, forcing Kaitlyn and many other guests to wait on us and witness my mini meltdown of guilt. She was so kind to me and so patient and understanding. She helped me collect myself and level myself before we ran through the rehearsal (which she patiently allowed us to do 3 times). On the day of the wedding, Kaitlyn helped with EVERYTHING! Us, the bridal party, the caterers and Kaitlyn tackled the ceremony setup and reception prep. As we were all getting pulled off for hair an makeup, Kaitlyn worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect for us, and I am still so appreciative of that. Even after working so hard on the setup, she still took time to come check on me periodically and kept us all on schedule. She was so patient with us even with the pictures and videos we squeezed in before getting dressed for the ceremony. During the wedding she had the perfect balance of present and backstage ninja. The guests and vendors (with decades of experience) came up to me during and after the wedding and spoke so highly of Kaitlyn. I was constantly told how they have worked with so many coordinators over the course of their careers and she was hands down the best they had the opportunity to work with, and I agree! I know this review was a lot, but I can't stop singing her accolades. I truly cannot recommend her enough! BOOK SOUTHERN MAGNOLIAS!

If you’re looking for a wedding planner who is not only incredibly talented but also kind, genuine, and truly invested in you — stop searching. Victoria is your girl! I met Victoria at a wedding expo in January 2025 and knew almost immediately that I wanted her to be my wedding planner. What started as a professional relationship quickly turned into something really special, and I’m so grateful for that. Victoria went above and beyond in every possible way. She didn’t just plan my wedding — she truly cared about it. She listened to every idea, every concern, and every little detail. She answered my many texts, helped calm me when drama popped up (and trust me there was a lot of drama along the way!), and treated our day like it was her own. Her organization, creativity, calm energy, and pure dedication made the entire process not only stress-free, but genuinely joyful. There were moments when I didn’t even have to ask — she just knew what we needed. She handled everything with grace, confidence, and heart. On the big day, I was able to be fully present and soak in every moment because I trusted her completely. And she delivered in ways that still make me emotional thinking about it. But the best part? Hannah helped us for over a year to plan our perfect wedding in Lesner Inn. She did a great job and everything went smoothly during our special day!

My husband and I went into our first meeting with Janet only having the major details sorted out (colors, venue, etc). She helped us think of the smaller details like guest book, signs, etc. and provided the decorations for the venue. She was truly phenomenal and we couldn’t have had our wedding without her. She made sure the day went smoothly and provided all the decorations and florals. There were no hiccups throughout the day and everything was stunning. My only regret is not hiring her earlier!

These two ladies are just awesome! We had the pleasure of working with them on a wedding in Charlottesville, VA. Although the couple hired as the caterers the week of, these ladies did not waste anytime calling and giving us all the details we needed. They are so pleasant and personable in person and over the phone. They are the calm you need in the violent storm that can be wedding planning. We highly recommend them to any bride looking for planning and coordination. It will make the process a lot easier and I'm sure you won't regret the decision!

Jarinda was an exceptional planner and made my 40th b-day celebration most memorable. She was a pleasure to work with and very committed to making the event stress free for me and my family. I would definitely recommend and use her again!
