Kelly did our full wedding planning for our Williamsburg wedding in October. She was absolutely amazing, took care of all our details, gave incredible recommendations for all of our vendors (we had to bring in everything to our venue) and coordinated everything. On the day of - myself (the bride) and my family just got to enjoy the day, and all the beautiful details that Kelly took care of. She has an incredible team, and she’s very organized, and gets stuff done! I’ve told my whole family that I literally wouldn’t have known where to start without her. If you are thinking about hiring a wedding planner - do it. If you’re thinking about hiring Kelly - DEFINITELY do it!

Working with Alissa was such a wonderful experience, and hiring her for day-of coordination was one of the best decisions we made. Even though we officially began working together about three months before the wedding, she jumped right in and immediately made us feel supported. From our first meeting, it was clear that Alissa was professional, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping bring our vision to life. I’m pretty particular and have a strong eye for detail, so it meant a lot to work with someone who shared that same level of care. She was always a joy to bounce ideas off of and was consistently responsive and communicative throughout the process. In the weeks leading up to the wedding I definitely felt nervous, hoping everything would come together the way I imagined, and Alissa made that happen. On the wedding day she was such a calm, joyful presence; she never rushed us, always stayed patient, and was ready to jump in wherever needed. Because of her, everything flowed so smoothly and I was truly able to relax and enjoy the day. I felt completely confident we were in good hands. Alissa truly knocked it out of the park, and I’m so grateful we got to work with her!

Sarah and Hannah were a true pleasure to work with. I live in South Carolina and Sarah expressed a true enthusiasm to help plan my wedding from afar (hint hint for those of you thinking of a destination wedding!). Sarah and Hannah did an AMAZING job recreating my dream wedding to perfection. Sarah was extremely flexible with my frequent requests to chat about plans and helped me effortlessly figure out all the small, yet tedious processes to weddings. Oh, and the best part: I didn’t have to worry AT ALL about the whole scheduling process (thank goodness, because my wedding would have been a wreck if I tried to create a perfectly flowing schedule like she did!!) As seen in my pictures, Sarah did an amazing job fluffing my train, bringing us drinks during couples portraits (v important), teaching us quickly how to cut our cake, and my personal favorite — she helped me secretly “Ice” my husband after our shoe game!! Finally, Sarah and Hannah showed their passion and enjoyment in planning and setting up my wedding and they seemed to have fun (professionally!) once everything was all put together and they could relax just slightly (please reference one of my favorite pictures from that night with Hannah testing out the photo booth). I truly couldn’t recommend Sarah and her team enough!!!

Christy was by far THE BEST vendor that I hired for my wedding. I hired her as a month-of coordinator and she ended up being much more than that. She was so warm, thoughtful, and listened to everything that I requested. She was so organized and reassured me through a lot of stressful decisions - and she even made a lot of decisions for me (ones that I didn't care about). Through all the stress of planning a wedding during Covid, she made my wedding day effortless, stress-free and perfect. You will not regret hiring her, and you'll gain an amazing friend from it as well! :)

Ann was an absolute lifesaver for our wedding! From the moment we hired her as our day-of coordinator, she went above and beyond to make our wedding day truly special. Ann provided so many helpful planning resources and connected us with trusted vendors, which made the entire planning process so much easier. For example, she had tools to help us figure out how many and what items we needed to rent for linens and china, and she provided a comprehensive list of possible decor items so we didn't forget a single detail. Her organizational skills were impeccable, and she deliberately took tasks off our plate, which was a huge help in making the entire process stress-free. On the day of the wedding, she was a whirlwind of quiet efficiency. We barely saw her because she was working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure everything ran seamlessly. From fixing boutonnières and expertly rearranging decor between multiple spaces (which actually helped us save money!), to helping us create a realistic timeline, we couldn't have asked for anyone better. We would never have been able to truly sit back and enjoy the day of our wedding without her. She thought of everything! If you're looking for a day-of coordinator who is organized, proactive, communicative, and truly cares about making your wedding day perfect, we wholeheartedly recommend Ann!
