We really enjoyed working with Lindsey and her team! Due to COVID and us moving abroad, we had to change our wedding date twice. Lindsey was very flexible with us and helped us move our date with the vendors without any price increases. The vendors she recommended were also very flexible and willing to work with us and our wedding vision. Don’t let me forget about our day of coordinators! Adrianne and Ashley were incredible! They kept us on track the entire night, while also allowing us to have fun and not feel pressured. I would definitely recommend Lindsey and her team for your wedding.

I cannot recommend Kristen Caputo enough for wedding planning!! We booked her Wedding Coordination package, and she made the last two months of wedding planning and the day of an absolute breeze. The resources and expertise she provides are unmatched, she was perfectly organized and kind, kept on top of everything, and took the stress out of wedding planning. As my husband and I were talking about our wedding and having conversations with my family and friends, I am fully convinced it would not have been as perfect as it was without Kristen and her team!! Here are just a few examples of how she went above and beyond when she started helping us with wedding planning and on the day of: When she started helping us, she reached out to every single one of our wedding vendors to see what tasks we had left. Kristen kept an updated to do list of all the remaining tasks we had vendor-wise, and checked in to see if we needed help. It kept us on top of things as we were heading into the busiest part of wedding planning! She was completely prepared at every meeting we had, both in our planning sessions and with meetings with vendors. She provided such amazing documentation that answered every question I had about wedding planning, and truly put my mind at ease about the big day. We had a last minute update to how we were transporting our rentals at the end of the night. I underestimated just how much we were going to have to pack up and take home at the end of the night rentals-wise and wanted to see if the rental company could pick them up from the venue the next day. I sent Kristen an email asking her opinion, and she completely handled the communication with both our venue and the rental company to resolve the issue. It took such a weight off of my husband and I!! I was so stressed over this, and within two days, she took care of it! We had some of our wedding florals at our rehearsal dinner and were wondering how/when we should transport them from our rehearsal dinner venue to the wedding venue. When talking with our florist, Kristen offered to pick them up the morning of the wedding from the rehearsal dinner venue and taking them to our wedding venue. Just another example of how she went above and beyond to take the stress off of my husband, family, and I!! After the wedding, I found out that Kristen fixed one of my wedding guest's dresses after it tore before the wedding ceremony. Not only did she help resolve all of my worries and questions, she also helped make sure our guests had an amazing experience and were able to enjoy the wedding day activities!! The best decision I made when wedding planning was having Kristen as my coordinator. Her and her team were incredibly professional, efficient, dedicated, and truly made wedding planning and our big day perfect. There were so many instances where she went above and beyond to help us!! Her advice is unmatched, she is truly a joy, and I am so so thankful for all the hard work she put into making our day perfect. Thank you Kristen!!!

Reva is an amazing wedding/event planner. She treats every event as it is her personal party. Reva takes control and is like the energizer bunny making sure that everything runs smoothly and perfectly. With her extensive years of experience, she has a wealth of knowledge recommending venues and vendors. Brides, you need Reva!

Jobelle served as our month-of coordinator and she really helped us bring our wedding vision to life on our big day, laying out the decor exactly as I'd pictured and making small tweaks here and there that elevated the styling a bit. She helped us stay organized and on-time amid the chaos. I didn't know about anything that went "wrong" until way after the wedding, and I'm thankful she shielded us from that and made decisions in my place so I could really be present in my big day. For example, guests arrived who had previously declined, and instead of stressing me out about it, she got them seated appropriately and I only found out after I saw the guests seated and content! There were many details I realized I forgot to coordinate/plan for, but she had them taken care of before I'd even realized I'd forgotten them. Please hire her! You will be thankful :)

The best thing we ever did for our wedding was work with the Emily Weddings team! They made the planning process fun and stress free. This team is reliable, unbelievably organized and knows so much about the wedding industry, On our actual wedding day, we didn't have to think about a thing except enjoying the day with our family and friends. I would recommend them as your event/wedding planner to anyone that asks!

We truly can’t say enough wonderful things about Carolyn. We were definitely not the most organized couple and had very little idea of what we were doing or what all really goes into a wedding, but she was amazing at keeping us on track every step of the way. From the planning process to day-of coordination, she consistently looked out for us and made sure we didn't overlook any details. She was incredibly kind, personable, and reassuring throughout the entire experience, which meant so much to us. Because of her guidance and support, everything came together beautifully and we were actually able to relax and enjoy our wedding day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Carolyn and her team to anyone planning a wedding!!!

Jill from Sunkissed Events was the absolute most amazing planner I could’ve asked for. She has a variety of packages to choose from but we went with “Day of Coordinator”. Even as the day of coordinator, she was available to answer any questions I had leading up to the wedding and at the 3 month out mark she became very involved in the process which definitely eased the inevitable stress of planning a wedding. I never for a second doubted she was on top of her game and when it was wedding weekend all I can say is WOW. This girl knows what she’s doing and she does it SO well! She was on top of everything and if anything went wrong that weekend, which I don’t think it did, I had no idea about it. She is so sweet and professional and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone over and over again! Thank you so much for making our wedding seamless and stress free! You are the best!!

BEST DECISION EVER!!! First and foremost - Kody is the greatest human being I know. I don’t think I can find the words to explain how truly fantastic Kody is. Kody and I worked together for months planning my wedding. She genuinely took the time to get to know me and my husband. So much so that when I went to show her my “ideal” theme of simple yet elegant, she showed me a design template of a room full of color because she knew I would love it. At that moment, I knew I was in great hands. It was EXACTLY what I wanted and I didn’t even know it!! From there she was a life saver. She thought of everything before I even could. She photoshopped chairs into our seating chart and gave us ideas for a seating chart! She handled the budget, vendors, welcome boxes, design elements, etc. Every single detail will be done with professionalism and compassion. The best part of it all - she’s a best friend when you need it. Having Kody and her assistant, Cheyanne be my planner was easily the best, and easiest, choice of my entire wedding. If you can book Kody, do it ASAP! You will never regret it.

My husband and I live in San Francisco, so the idea of planning a wedding in Virginia Beach was daunting. I hired Summer from Sandbridge Events to be our Day of Coordinator and she was so helpful in putting all the pieces together. She was very responsive and was able to answer the many questions I had during the planning process. She did a walk through of our venue with the caterers for us, since we couldn't be there. Helped to put together a seamless plan for our big day, and a back up plan for rain which we ended up kinda needing! Day of she made sure that everything ran smoothly, and when we needed to switch to Plan B that it all turned out beautifully. She was supper responsive, friendly and so helpful. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding in Virginia Beach/Sandbridge!

Kammi saved my wedding reception!!! Another event planner cancelled on my husband and I after 3 months of planning together. Kammi stepped in and made sure from that point things ran smoothly. She used her connections to help me meet with multiple florist and make sure I got the best deal. Kammi and her staff were incredibly professional and executed my ideas to perfection on the big day. They made the already beautiful venue more personalized and added additional seating outside. Also she was great with my design ideas and was able to come up with multiple options for me to see before deciding. I would definitely hire her and her team in the future.
