Even before we signed a contract, she was so sweet and helpful with a few suggestions after I shared some details about our wedding with her. At that point, we knew this was the gal for us and it was quite possibly the best decision we made in the planning process! Carolyn is fun, encouraging, creative, organized, and the best possible advocate for her clients' wedding dreams. She kept us on track without being pushy, never ghosted us for even a moment, and made suggestions to help us stay on budget and still have the wedding we wanted. SO much goes into planning a wedding behind the scenes, but the real magic happens the month and day of! She and her lovely team were so sweet and kind to us, our wedding party, and our families and friends the entire night, from start to finish. We didn't have to worry about what was happening next or where we needed to be, because Carolyn kept us informed and on track with her fantastic timeline and simultaneously made sure we were having the best night of our lives! All of our guests are still complimenting the wedding and reception and how smoothly everything went, to which we credit Carolyn immensely. She consistently went above and beyond for us in so many ways, and because of her guidance and care, we literally had the PERFECT wedding day we had dreamt of for years. I met Carolyn in 2018, when I was just a freshman in college. I was attending a wedding with my boyfriend's family (who is now my husband), and I mentioned how I would be interested in becoming a wedding coordinator one day.
