Jeff Hawkins was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was so patient and provided what I hear was amazing customer service when working with my husband to design an engagement ring that I absolutely adore. Jeff stepped in when the first representative from the company that designed my ring gave less than desirable service to my husband, and Jeff made sure my husband's vision for the engagement ring were brought to life. I also had the pleasure of working with and meeting Jeff when we came back to work on the design for our wedding bands. Jeff undoubtedly has such a friendly personality and never makes you feel rushed or is without great suggestions. I HIGHLY recommend Diamonds Direct, if only to work with Jeff Hawkins.

Mister Jewelry is a family business passed on through generations. My husband got my engagement ring and our wedding bands from them. The people were great to work with and had the rings to us quickly. I also got a watch from them which my husband had engraved. At one point the hands got off for some odd reason and I was able to send it in to be fixed with no problem, and a quick turn around.

This is a long time coming...it's been two years to the day that my now husband asked me to be his wife, but thanks to COVID it has taken a little longer to tie the knot. Adele Diamond had the perfect ring for me and I am so happy that my husband listened! Was able to get my engagement resized with no problem after having it for 10 months! They are also able to resize your rings while you wait so no anxiety of not being without your ring! Was very easy to selected wedding bands there as well. The sales people are nice and not pushy. We were very happy with out experience.

My fiancee contacted several jewelry stores when shopping for an engagement ring, and he chose to work with Laney's because they responded promptly and communicated easily with him. They worked with him to choose the setting and diamond, based on suggestions of what I liked. They brought in diamonds that fit the size, clarity and color he was looking for and he chose a beautiful stone, with two accent diamonds. They designed and crafted the setting themselves, and it is simple but stunning. After my fiancee proposed, we went back to Laney's and they sized the ring and shaped the band to fit me at no extra charge. We paid a good sum of money for the ring, but it's quite a nice quality diamond and a beautiful setting. We also received personal service and a customized product, which I value. The ring is gorgeous and I would recommend Laney's for their service and willingness to create what you want.

We looked at several places before we found Tidewater Diamonds. The other places gave us over-priced estimates and had very few options. I had two family diamonds that I wanted to put in ring together with white and rose gold. They showed me several options and I found one that I really liked. The settings were not big enough on the ring I chose for my diamonds so they quickly found another supplier with a very similar ring that would allow them to buy the setting and add bigger heads themselves. The setting they found was beautiful and just what I wanted- and the price was great! Great quality and great people!

I came here to have a ring I bought online resized. It was way too big, and I didn't realize how small my fingers were (had I realizes it need more than two sizes down I wouldn't have risked buying it). Tidewater keepsake jewelers was able to do the complicated re-sizing job and made me a beautiful curved wedding band to fit. I thought they were very friendly and helpful. I will certainly return here. Better service than I received at Jared's (where the attendant was lackluster and seemed to know almost nothing about gems or the products they carried).

We bought both the engagement ring and wedding bands at Boyer's they were very friendly and helpful in selecting our rings. They were not pushy or try to upset us which I really appreciate. We were married 4 days ago and realize my husband's band was too big, we took it in and they immediately took it back to have it resize at no additional cost. They truly are customer friendly.

Wow and wow. My Secret Garden VA did a phenomenal job at helping me pick out the perfect accessories to have on my wedding day. Their selection was incredible and service was outstanding. From the pearl studded hair pins to the tear drop dangle earnings... everything was absolutely picture perfect! Thank you for helping make my special day just that much better.
