They were great with my rings. I only thing I didn't like was when we had went back to them about 6 months later because my husband ring needed to be sized they wouldn't do it for free even though we bought the rings from them.

Was able to get my engagement resized with no problem after having it for 10 months! They are also able to resize your rings while you wait so no anxiety of not being without your ring!
Was very easy to selected wedding bands there as well. The sales people are nice and not pushy. We were very happy with out experience.

So, we started off really well with Long's. My husband bought my engagement ring here and it's BEAUTIFUL. The consultant (unfortunately, don't know her name) brought out diamonds for him to look at, and even called him when she got in a shipment that he thought he would be interested in. They also resized it for us for free when it was a little big. So far, so good.

We must have gotten a terrible consultant for the wedding rings. Buying them was fairly straight forward-we just wanted plain bands. However, when we asked to get them engraved, they made it seem really complicated. The woman taking down the order (in-person) asked us again and again what we wanted- we just wanted our initials and the date, not that hard. So, it took a fairly long time to actually get them (ordered in an off wedding season), and then when my husband went to pick them up, they were totally clueless about the order. . .it appeared as if they lost it. They searched for about 20 minutes and finally found them.

Also, we have been married about a week, and both of our wedding rings have dings and scratches already! I am hoping that they will buff it out for free- how on earth do they have scratches after a week? How will it last the next 50 years?

I absolutely LOVED my engagement ring from them, but the wedding rings were a real disappointment.
