As the mother of the groom, I couldn’t have been more grateful for Kristen! She made my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding day absolutely wonderful. From the beginning to the final moments of the reception, Kristen was organized, professional, and truly a joy to work with.

She listened to my son and his fiancée’s wishes and brought their vision to life just how they wanted. The attention to detail was remarkable, and Kristen handled everything, big and small. On the wedding day, we were able to relax and simply enjoy the celebration, knowing everything was in excellent hands.

Kristen is your girl!!! Seriously recommend. She went above and beyond expectations. As someone who wanted to DIY most of the wedding, Kristen and her team did a great job running the event day of and prep up until. Never was I stressed bevause I knew i could just look at Kristen or ask for something and she would get it done! Her team was super friendly and always helpful! The wedding was perfect AND she ensured me and my husband got food so unlike some weddings the bride and groom did not go hungry that night!! She is the best, 1000/10!!!

Kristen was the absolute best wedding coordinator partner we could have asked for! From the very beginning, she brought a fun spunk, friendliness, high engagement, bulletproof attention to detail, significant relevant experience, and a forward looking mindset to every part of our wedding planning process. Our first planning call was so enjoyable it was like talking to an old friend – Kristen was just so easy to connect with, authentic, and invested in our experience. She served as our steadfast advocate in conversations with the venue and vendors, ensuring every detail happened exactly how we wanted, and advocating for our needs and preferences. With Kristen, it was never a question of whether or not something would or could be done; only how and when, and she was always offering her own hands and heart to make it happen. She took on every possible miscellaneous logistical and/or coordination task we could think of in the weeks leading up to, during, and after the wedding - to make the experience more stress-free and seamless for us, from setting off our cold sparks during our first dance, to dropping off our marriage license at the end of a weekend. She significantly reduced our mental and physical load anywhere she could, removing a ton of stress and allowing us to focus on the celebrations and present moment. We were never concerned that something would be forgotten or go awry in Kristen’s extremely capable hands. Even when our videographer cancelled last minute – just a few days before the wedding – Kristen was on it within a matter of minutes, providing multiple alternatives within our budget in no time, and she ended up saving the day! Every little thing we needed or asked for, she had a plan and was ready to go – it seemed she could truly handle anything. Her assistant on the day of the wedding was equally wonderful – friendly, proactive, supportive, engaged, and on top of everything. Overall, I cannot recommend Kristen enough for anyone planning a wedding, or any other major event, anytime, anywhere! She brings a rewarding sense of down to earth practicality, positive attitude, and go-getter energy that is a blessing to anyone working with her. Our wedding would truly not have been the same without her, and it was an absolute pleasure for us to have her by our side for this huge life milestone!

Kristen offered an absolutely amazing service, that I was able to fit into my wedding budget. She took so much stress off my shoulders by contacting all y vendors and coordinating everything about our wedding timeline, including seating arrangement and setting up table decor. I know forsure that I could NOT have made our wedding day go so smoothly without her. Kristen has great energy and she is so warm and supportive, I felt like all my choices and my ideas were heard and accomodated! She did so excellent, I would recommend her to every planning bride!

I cannot recommend Kristen Caputo enough for wedding planning!! We booked her Wedding Coordination package, and she made the last two months of wedding planning and the day of an absolute breeze. The resources and expertise she provides are unmatched, she was perfectly organized and kind, kept on top of everything, and took the stress out of wedding planning. As my husband and I were talking about our wedding and having conversations with my family and friends, I am fully convinced it would not have been as perfect as it was without Kristen and her team!!

When she started helping us, she reached out to every single one of our wedding vendors to see what tasks we had left. Kristen kept an updated to do list of all the remaining tasks we had vendor-wise, and checked in to see if we needed help. It kept us on top of things as we were heading into the busiest part of wedding planning!

She was completely prepared at every meeting we had, both in our planning sessions and with meetings with vendors. She provided such amazing documentation that answered every question I had about wedding planning, and truly put my mind at ease about the big day.

We had a last minute update to how we were transporting our rentals at the end of the night. I underestimated just how much we were going to have to pack up and take home at the end of the night rentals-wise and wanted to see if the rental company could pick them up from the venue the next day. I sent Kristen an email asking her opinion, and she completely handled the communication with both our venue and the rental company to resolve the issue. It took such a weight off of my husband and I!! I was so stressed over this, and within two days, she took care of it!

We had some of our wedding florals at our rehearsal dinner and were wondering how/when we should transport them from our rehearsal dinner venue to the wedding venue. When talking with our florist, Kristen offered to pick them up the morning of the wedding from the rehearsal dinner venue and taking them to our wedding venue. Just another example of how she went above and beyond to take the stress off of my husband, family, and I!!

After the wedding, I found out that Kristen fixed one of my wedding guest's dresses after it tore before the wedding ceremony. Not only did she help resolve all of my worries and questions, she also helped make sure our guests had an amazing experience and were able to enjoy the wedding day activities!!

The best decision I made when wedding planning was having Kristen as my coordinator. Her and her team were incredibly professional, efficient, dedicated, and truly made wedding planning and our big day perfect. There were so many instances where she went above and beyond to help us!! Her advice is unmatched, she is truly a joy, and I am so so thankful for all the hard work she put into making our day perfect.

I had the pleasure of working with Kristen and her team recently and they were absolutely amazing during our wedding process! Kristen was professional, fun, detailed, and you can really tell she is experienced and loves what she does. She diligently communicated and collaborated with us and all the other vendors. Kristen provided great ideas, assisted with finding vendors, helped me navigate through my decision process, and even helped with decor set up and breakdown at the wedding. Every time we talked she made me feel less stressed about the planning process and I did not worry about a thing on our wedding day!
