As the bride and groom, we wanted to create a truly unforgettable environment for our big day as we’ve been told it goes by in the blink of an eye, but we knew we couldn’t handle the day of coordination ourselves. We were fortunate enough to receive a recommendation from our wedding venue, Norfolk Botanical Gardens, for an incredibly talented event planning and coordinating team, Timeless Styled Co., who exceeded our every expectation! On the big day, Cait kept everything on track, and managed to make it all look so easy. She and her team were everywhere at once, making sure every detail was perfect and ensuring that we were having the best day of our lives! Cait, and her entire team at Timeless Styled Co. were an absolute necessity to make the day run smoothly!
We paid for the “Home Stretch Package”, which included unlimited vendor referrals, face-to-face meetings for design and planning assistance, guidance and overseeing the guest seating chart, full vendor/venue contract review, a meeting in-person one month prior to the wedding, attendance at the final walkthrough for our venue and completion of layout, finalization of wedding day production timelines, ceremony line up and layouts, confirmation of all the details with vendor team, direction and attendance at wedding rehearsal, and overseeing and direction of wedding day set-up/breakdown, detail and decor.
Cait and her team are not only masters in creation, but they are also true professionals. They arrived on time, maintained a friendly and approachable demeanor, and made every small detail look perfect. Cait’s level of communication is impeccable as she was always willing to answer a text, email or call whenever we had a question (we live in Cleveland, Ohio so most of our communication was digitally), so we knew we were in good hands the day of the wedding. They were also true champions to orchestrate, set up, and assist other vendors in their own set up (and breakdown) of every small detail of our wedding throughout our outdoor wedding, on July 12th, in Virginia! Cait provided many different ideas and suggestions to make sure we could bring our vision to life in the best and most efficient way possible. She asked an abundance of great questions throughout the process to get a feel for what were our absolute “must haves” and spent a long time working with us to perfect our “vision board” so she could bring it to life.

I had the pleasure of working with Mary and TSE for my proposal idea. Everything was exactly the way I wanted, not to mention it was completely planned within a week. The proposal location was on the beach and it was decorated beautifully with roses. After the proposal, Mary helped organize dinner with more roses and a bottle of champagne on the table as we entered. It was a night we will never forget!

Mary and her team went above and beyond for us! We got the full package so she was there with us from the very beginning. I didn’t even know where to begin planning and she swooped in and she got all my ideas in order and found the perfect wedding venue for us! A beach ceremony with the reception around the pool in Duck NC. After months and months of planning, Hurricane Dorian had other plans. TWO DAYS before the wedding, Duck NC was evacuated and they were saying it probably wouldn’t be until Sunday when people were let back on. So my husband and I decided that we would change location to Richmond VA. Did I mention this was TWO. DAYS. Before the wedding?!? Mary was my little angel making calls, making orders, and making things happen. We ended up at a beautiful venue that seemed like we had planned it for months! We didn’t even have a rehearsal dinner since we were expecting severe storms. Everything went perfectly! Except for one thing: my mother-in-law has a massive heart attack one hour before the ceremony. Thankfully and luckily, she is fine. Mary really took the wheel for us when we could barely even think. My husband still didn’t want to see me before the wedding (because of bad luck...........) so Mary was running back and forth between us as our messenger. Once she got the OK to continue the wedding, it was flawless! She really blew us away and we are SO thankful that she was there for us when everything was totally chaotic.

TS&E did a great job with my son’s wedding! It was hurricane season & sure enough, we got a hurricane! Despite rescheduling, the wedding was perfect! Also, of note, The wedding was pretty deep in a wooded area, which is a challenging set up but it was fabulous !

It was amazing. The day ran smooth and stress free.

TSE was incredible! Once my husband and I got engaged, the reality of planning a wedding kicked in, and my family and I realized that we had no clue what we were doing! Throughout the whole process, kandis made me feel as if everything was under control and as if i was her top priority as a bride. The day of went perfectly and without a hiccup, and I would hire them all over again if I could!

Kandis helped us coordinate our wedding from about a month out and was there for the rehearsal & our wedding day. She took over all communications with the vendors finalizing times & setup details, and she did it professionally and effortlessly (so it seemed!) She always responded quickly to my emails and last minute thoughts, and always made me feel like I was in good hands. The day of our wedding she was there setting up everything exquisitely and accommodated last minute requests my parents had surprised for us. I can't stress enough how grateful we are for all of her help, professionalism, patience, and kindness through the process! I didn't stress for a minute and everyone is still raving about how beautiful everything was a month later :)

This is definitely the first review I have left for a wedding planner because Mary and her team were so incredible and so deserve the highest rating/review. As a wedding photographer, we rely heavily on the quality of wedding planners, sadly most are not excellent. Mary and her team were truly stellar. Mary was always present and there guiding each part of the day. She made our jobs easy as wedding photographer and kept an absolutely calm & organized presence the entire day.
