A helpful and organized month-of coordinator

Jobelle served as our month-of coordinator and she really helped us bring our wedding vision to life on our big day, laying out the decor exactly as I'd pictured and making small tweaks here and there that elevated the styling a bit. She helped us stay organized and on-time amid the chaos. I didn't know about anything that went "wrong" until way after the wedding, and I'm thankful she shielded us from that and made decisions in my place so I could really be present in my big day. For example, guests arrived who had previously declined, and instead of stressing me out about it, she got them seated appropriately and I only found out after I saw the guests seated and content! There were many details I realized I forgot to coordinate/plan for, but she had them taken care of before I'd even realized I'd forgotten them. Please hire her! You will be thankful :)

Spectacular service, even on short notice

JoBelle put in so much hard work, and on extremely short notice, to give us the most perfect day! She is truly exceptional and I am so incredibly appreciative and amazed at how smoothly our wedding and reception went.

Worth it!!

JoBelle and her team are nothing short of AMAZING! Her response time was almost instantaneous the entire time we worked together. Jobelle is incredibly thoughtful, mindful of my request, professional and knowledgeable about weddings. We had the pleasure to have her as our day of coordinator and she did not disappoint. I was able to rest easy on my wedding day. Thanks so much Jobelle!

Excellent and Seamless

Our experience with Belle Events was wonderful! Jobelle was very organized and made us feel prepared and confident on our wedding day. She took every detail into consideration and listened to every concern/wish we had. Great Day-of-Coordinator!

We needed a day-of coordinator for our small wedding at The Cavalier Hotel in Virginia Beach. Belle was extremely helpful in pulling our day together, so that I wouldn't have any stress! She made sure everything was set-up and pot together correctly. She listened to what we wanted and made sure that came together on our wedding day!

Highly Recommend Wedding Planner

We are SO grateful for Jobelle and the Belle Events team! She kept us organized throughout the planning process and provided monthly focus items to complete. She was so quick to respond to emails and had so many ideas when we felt lost or overwhelmed with the process! On the days of our rehearsal and wedding, Jobelle’s expertise helped make our whole weekend go off without any incidents! I would recommend Belle Events to any friends and family that need a planner and day of coordinator. Thank you for helping us plan our dream weekend and making it all come true!

Belle Events

Jobelle was amazing to work with. She wanted to make sure every detail of the wedding i wanted was done perfectly. She definitely helped keep me on track with what needed to be done as we got closer to our wedding day. Her response time to emails was really quick too! She was just as great the day of the wedding making sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be.

Highly Recommend

Jobelle did an absolutey amazing job coordinating our wedding. We hired Belle Events about 10 months before our wedding date for month of coordination. Jobelle was able to offer her expertise and insight to assist in a smooth event. She was flexible with any timeline changes and helped all of us stay on time during the event. Since we had a decent amount of guests, she brought one of her assistants who helped with the event as well. Jobelle was extremely organized, communicated well, on-time, and really helped make our day extra special. I highly recommend her and I am so glad I went with the decision to hire Belle Events.

Absolutely detailed

Jobelle was an amazing day of coordinating planner. She sat with us at the open house and got everything for our venue. Any vendor information, any questions asked, she took care of it. On the day before and the day of the wedding, she had everyone on the same page in mere moments. Detailed, punctual, informative, gives good ideas, just all around the best person you can get for an event.
