I cannot say enough good things about Samantha or Graceful Coordinations. She was absolutely instrumental in ensuring my wedding ran on time. She went above and beyond in so many ways, including finding me emergency hair and makeup when my artist ghosted me on my wedding day with no notice. In addition, anytime I had a question or concern, all I had to say was "Sam?", and there she was with an answer or direction, but somehow I never actually saw her until I needed her. Like a very efficient ghost who knew when she was needed. Look, I'm not the best at writing reviews. But if there is one thing I can tell you without a shred of doubt, it's that you should hire her. You don't need to look for a better coordinator. In my opinion, there isn't one. Thank you so much Sam!!!

Samantha resolved several situations that had occurred during the event that were unexpected. She is such a good communicator and just a great leader for the team that she had with her. I just felt so much more I highly recommend and at ease with her being there and she’s just so invaluable. I highly recommend.

Samantha’s expertise and practice is a dream. She was always thorough, focused, and detailed from our initial phone call all the way to the last minute of our event! She was prompt in returning messages and asked questions on details we hadn’t thought of! Without her, so many items would have been missed or brought stressors. Samantha served as our day-of coordinator at our wedding. She was highly responsive and detail-oriented before the day, and helped us answer questions we didn't even think about! On the day of the wedding, she showed up on-time and was there until the end of the disassembly/break-down process. She and her partner were on site coordinating decor setup (she did a great job with our arch draping!), timeline management, and last-minute emergencies. We had to go with our backup rain plan for the ceremony, and she was in touch with me the whole time about what was going on. I can't recommend her more.

Samantha and her husband were absolutely AMAZING!!! She helped us come up with our day of timeline and helped us rehearse it. If it weren’t for them, things would NOT have gone as smooth as it did! Every step of the way, Samantha was in contact with me and my husband keeping us on time and everyone else in line. We ran into a few issues like the wind (our wedding was outdoors) so our archway kept falling over, but she helped come up with alternatives. She even helped up decorate the reception the night before! At the end of the day, everyone was so happy and so impressed how everything flowed seamlessly. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Samantha for your wedding!

Grateful Coordinations was there to direct the incoming vendors, relay information to the bride, set up ceremony chairs, and be parking lot security when needed! They did a great job!
