Samantha is a miracle worker, and the best wedding coordinator we could have asked for. For some context: due to circumstances that we couldn’t control, we lost our previous wedding planner/coordinator mere weeks before our wedding, leaving my fiancé and I panicked and scrambling to find a replacement. With only two weeks till our big day, and multiple failed attempts at finding a new wedding coordinator, we found Samantha. She made herself available within 24 hours to meet with us, and from the moment my fiancé (now wife) and I spoke with her, we both breathed easier. Where most wedding coordinators have months, if not years, to coordinate a wedding day, she had two weeks, and she knocked it out of the ballpark like no other day-of-coordinator could have done. Her expertise, leadership, and foresight were exactly the things we needed to take us across the finish line, and we will forever be grateful that we found her and that she had an opening. Any couple considering whether Samantha is the right pick should know that they will never have a better advocate or ally in their corner on the day of their wedding than her. One hundred stars out of five. -

Samantha resolved several situations that had occurred during the event that were unexpected. She is such a good communicator and just a great leader for the team that she had with her. I just felt so much more I highly recommend and at ease with her being there and she’s just so invaluable. I highly recommend. -

Samantha served as our day-of coordinator at our wedding. She was highly responsive and detail-oriented before the day, and helped us answer questions we didn't even think about! On the day of the wedding, she showed up on-time and was there until the end of the disassembly/break-down process. She and her partner were on site coordinating decor setup (she did a great job with our arch draping!), timeline management, and last-minute emergencies. We had to go with our backup rain plan for the ceremony, and she was in touch with me the whole time about what was going on. I can't recommend her more. -

HIRE HER!! Samantha is amazing!!
Samantha and her husband were absolutely AMAZING!!! She helped us come up with our day of timeline and helped us rehearse it. If it weren’t for them, things would NOT have gone as smooth as it did! Every step of the way, Samantha was in contact with me and my husband keeping us on time and everyone else in line. We ran into a few issues like the wind (our wedding was outdoors) so our archway kept falling over, but she helped come up with alternatives. She even helped up decorate the reception the night before! At the end of the day, everyone was so happy and so impressed how everything flowed seamlessly. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Samantha for your wedding!Graceful Coordinations LLC's reply:

Grateful Coordinations was there to direct the incoming vendors, relay information to the bride, set up ceremony chairs, and be parking lot security when needed! They did a great job!
