Where do we even begin! Ashley went above and beyond every step of the way, making our wedding day more perfect than we could have ever dreamed. From planning to the day-of details, she was there for absolutely everything we needed—always one step ahead, organized, and happily handling all of our requests! She took all the stress off our shoulders and allowed us to enjoy each and every moment. We couldn’t have imagined a more perfect day, and it was all thanks to her incredible work. Truly the best decision we made. Highly recommend Ashley!!!

I hired Ashley as a day of coordinator for my June wedding. A month out from the date she was ALL IN, dedicated to tracking all my contracts, details, timelines, and most importantly getting to know me and my fiance and understanding our vision for the day. She provided expert consultation, exhibited amazing attention to detail, and anticipated every need before it arose. She also did a fabulous job setting up our reception space and perfectly captured our vision! Ashley allowed us to completely enjoy our wedding day with zero stress.

The venue for my daughter’s reception required a “day of wedding coordinator.” I admit that I was not thrilled to have yet another “bill” to pay for this wedding. But a hometown friend told me repeatedly...”you’ll love having a wedding planner...trust me.” She was absolutely right. Ashley started “checking in” with us 4-6 weeks before our big day to get the details she needed. She was always quick and helpful with suggestions for vendors/services we still needed. As the time drew closer, we would reach out to her and she was always very responsive. We never met in person until the night of the rehearsal, but she worked constantly from that point on through our entire wedding day the following day. Anything we needed....Anything we asked....she was there and she provided. Our wedding day was perfect, and we owe a lot of that to Ashley! You need a wedding planner, and the one you need is Ashley!!

Ashley at Four Orchids Wedding Planning is the ultimate professional in the industry. From start to finish, she made my March 30, 2024, wedding wonderful on so many levels. She was available and responsive to my questions or when I needed to bounce ideas. Since event planning of any sort is NOT my forte, having her capture my unclear vision and turn it into a beautiful reality was amazing. She has wonderful ideas and connections to help any bride/groom create the day they want. Thank you, Ashley; our wedding on the York River was fabulous with you guidance.

We saw all the hard work Ashley did for us take our plans for the wedding to the next level. She had excellent advice and ideas for making our wedding beautiful. There were last minute changes and Ashley absolutely knocked it out of the park. We can't thank her enough for her hard work! I know she would do a great job for anyone!

Ashley was super helpful and resourceful with everything for my wedding. I already had a vision and knew what I wanted, but I needed help with some of the finer details and obviously, a day-of coordinator. She made suggestions for things I never even thought of, which was what I needed, since this my first (and hopefully only) wedding. She was available via texts which was very convenient, even if I had things that came to mind out of nowhere.

On the big day, everything was how I wanted it to be, all thanks to her. My husband, who was initially against the idea of a family & friends wedding and wanted to elope, even said that he loved everything about our wedding. And that was a big thing for me.

Ashley made sure everything went PERFECTLY at our wedding. She took care of arranging everything with our other vendors. She took the supplies I gave her and made the most beautiful centerpieces and other decorations, and the bouquets and boutonnieres she made were just AMAZING! She ran the entire show and made everything move flawlessly! I would recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch wedding experience. Ashley is THE BEST!!!

Ashley Hack served as the Wedding Planner for our daughter’s wedding in October, 2022. She provided expertise and recommendations in all areas of the celebration, including developing a detailed timeline. She attended meetings with the Caterer, Photographer, and venue management. She was a steady and calming resource during the entire planning and execution process.

Ashley was always where she needed to be, when she needed to be there to keep things on track. This included the rehearsal, wedding, family pictures, first dance, cake cutting, bouquet toss and sparkler sendoff. We referred to her fondly as “Ashley-On-The-Spot”. Her creativity and a get-it-done attitude were crucial in the set-up and decoration process. Ashley was very effective influencing events, while not being overtly visible. She even provided comfort to a family member during a medical emergency at the church. Her friendly, calming demeanor helped soothe nerves and keep the festivities fun.

In summary, Ashley was instrumental in making our daughter’s wedding/reception a huge success. Not only was she organized and professional in executing the task at hand, but her smiling face and vivacious personality were uplifting to all those she interacted with. We highly recommend her, without qualification, to anyone looking for a Wedding or Event Planner. She is absolutely “The Best”.
