We were recently married at Great Marsh Estate in Bealeton, VA and were incredibly fortunate to hire Kari as our day-of-coordinator. Kari is truly one of the best multitaskers I have ever met. She not only managed the big picture, but also locked in on small details that I didn’t even have the wherewithal to think about. She recorded our first dance without even being asked (and it ended up being the best angle out of all the recordings!), she artfully fixed the top of our wedding cake when the support beams were showing through, she re-worked the ceremony flower arrangements after the wind knocked them over, she stepped in and supported me when I was burnt out from decision fatigue, she ran out in the pouring rain to close my parents’ car windows because she remembered they left them open, she stuck around to make sure all of our cars were properly packed at the end of the night … I could go on and on but there are a million things she did to make sure the day went smoothly. Ultimately she made sure that I, the bride, was not the one personally dealing with any of the madness. Her attention to detail in the moment is unparalleled and our day ended up being absolutely wonderful thanks to her. Kari is a force of nature, regardless of what happens on your wedding day she’ll MAKE it work.
