She made things so much less overwhelming, it felt like all I really had to do was know what I wanted and she would make it happen. She has such a calm presence, she is incredibly knowledgeable on all thing’s weddings and events, and her extensive experience and professionalism show through everything she does. She is also very kind, gives great advice, and is super organized and punctual.
Something that I think is so important in a wedding planner is how they deal with the unexpected. Victoria deals with mishaps in a way that you don’t even realize they’re happening, with grace and composure. Our ceremony and cocktail hour were supposed to be outside, but it started to rain a couple hours before, so everything had to be moved inside. The transition was completely seamless, and everything still looked beautiful, thanks to Victoria and her assistant! My husband also forgot to pick up our little cake on the day of, and Victoria and her assistant took care of it without us even noticing.
Victoria took my vision and made everything look just how I imagined it, and I believe that is because of how much she genuinely cares about you having your perfect day and her impeccable attention to detail. She called all the vendors and made sure we had everything we needed. She kept up with the inventory for all the rentals the day of the wedding.
