I was only in need of day of coordination as we were doing the majority of the work ourselves. So a very important job, but maybe the smallest of jobs for a full time planning company. I surveyed quite literally 30 different companies and have the chart to prove it. With our needs being on the smaller side, they very understandably ask that you not book until 4 months out. This was nerve wracking but I knew they were our number one choice for DOC. I also found that the smaller planners who are just starting their own business were much pricier for what I needed done. Little did I know the value I was getting.
The stars aligned and they were still available for our day when the time came. While the service they were providing was only DOC, we couldn't have done the day without them. The level of care and knowing of what we had to accomplish was absolutely priceless. I thought I had everything planned down to the smallest detail, and they not only proved me wrong they picked up every missing piece.
Short funny story, my dad and I are hidden out of site ready to make our ceremony entrance. Both a little nervous and excited. When my uncle (dad's brother) comes up to the car. Before I lost my cool and told him it wasn't the time, he had a message for us. My dad has unknowingly ripped his fly off his pants! The team at TMW was discreet enough to know how to handle the situation and had my uncle bring him a giant container of safety pins. I will NEVER forget that!!
There are countless other anecdotes of the day, and as a very anxious bride I was able to completely be a guest at my own wedding. I can not thank them enough.

We worked with Kristy and could not have been more happy that we did! She was absolutely amazing to work with - was so responsive, organized, and helpful. She was also so easy and fun to talk to and plan with! From preparation, timeline, vendor coordination, and the final details meeting to the day of from start to finish, Kristy truly went above and beyond. She gave me ideas, thought of little details that I never would have, and truly just listened to my goals/desires for the night to make my dream come to life. She also absolutely crushed the set up and breakdown of our decorations which was a large task. I couldn’t get over how beautiful everything turned out. She took so much weight off my shoulders with just her presence alone and knowing that I had her by my side when needed. I feel so lucky to have had her because my wedding day couldn’t have gone more smoothly! And not only that, but I felt so at ease which was a dream and largely thanks to her. If you are even considering hiring a planner, look no further! 10/10 recommend, she’s amazing!!!

I had my wedding at The Towers in Narragansett, RI on May 10th. Kristy and Patricia were absolutely amazing, helpful and extremely professional. They made sure that the day went smoothly and if anything did go wrong I had no idea about it. Highly recommend!

Tarah and Zach went above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about TMW and the incredible job they did on our wedding day. From start to finish, they were professional, attentive, and deeply invested in making sure everything ran smoothly not just behind the scenes, but down to the tiniest details.

At one point one of the inlaws saw them hand picking weeds by the ceremony site so they would not be in pictures. Who does that?! Beyond grateful to have Their care, dedication, and eye for detail made the wedding not only beautiful but stress free.

We worked with Kristy for nearly 2 years to plan our wedding. She was an amazing resource for finding vendors, keeping us on track with planning, and giving us advice! Kristy and the team at TMW were beyond wonderful. We hired Kristy for day of coordination and she was extremely helpful, on time, and extremely detail oriented. My husband and I got married at the end of 2023 and utilized TMW event planning for day of coordination. We were both SO grateful and happy with the services provided and the pricing models are extremely reasonable. Right off of the bat this organization was EXTREMELY organized and clear about what was provided and the cost. It was so reassuring to have everything so clear and spelled out with dates for meetings and what is included in your package when you are planning a large event. They instilled confidence right from the beginning. We met with Caitlyn a couple of times for check ins before our wedding and she was WONDERFUL so calm, so effective, so organized, and just so delightful to work with. She provided a very calm atmosphere leading up to the wedding, even when things were getting a little crazy closer to the day of the wedding. She and Riley were also INVALUABLE in the weeks leading up to and at the wedding. They did a beautiful job helping us to decorate our spaces and were so attentive and mindful of our space and needs, not just on the wedding day, but the entire span of time we worked together. I cannot imagine having pulled off our wedding without them. If you are in need of wedding planning services DEFINITELY check them out!! Worth every penny and, again, reasonably priced!

Ashley was absolutely incredible throughout the entire wedding planning process. Her assistance was invaluable by taking so much stress off of us and keeping such a professional and positive attitude for us to depend on. The communication was extraordinary - we had an number of video calls to confirm details for the big day, and always knew we'd get a prompt response via email. Ashley even met up with us at a convenient location to pick up physical items for venue setup. Sabrina came into the process close to our wedding day and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Cannot recommend TMW enough if you're thinking about a planner. 10/10 recommended!

When I was told I needed to hire a Day Of Coordinator at my venue, I thought it was unnecessary. However, I absolutely could not have pulled off my day without Agnes and her team. She helped with so much more than just the day off. We had several meetings leading up to my wedding. Every time we talked, she would do her best to keep me on track and make sure I had everything I needed. She also asked for copies of all of my contracts so that on my day if she had any questions, she had the answers with her and did not have to ask me for anything. She kept my day moving even when the pastor was late and the whole timeline fell behind. It was an absolute blessing to have her and her team there to help with cleanup at the end of the night! Agnes did an amazing job & I highly recommend her for not only day of but full event coordinating!

I would recommend TMW one thousand times over to anyone in need of a wedding or event planner. We were able to execute a 200-guest wedding, “remotely” (as my husband and I live out of state in Washington D.C.), without a hitch thanks to the TMW team. It simply wouldn’t have been possible without their services.

I had the pleasure of working with a few members of the TMW team – primarily Ashley H., our lead coordinator, but also with Agnes and Erin. We purchased the “partial planning package” for our September 2023 wedding, and Ashley and her team went above and beyond our expectations. Ashely was incredibly responsive and attentive, available (within reason) any day of the week or time of day, extremely diligent with great attention to detail, poised and patient, and consistently one step ahead (which is saying a lot coming from a type-A bride.) Their online planning resources through Aisle Planner was amazingly helpful in organizing vendors, payments, budgets, guest lists, seating charts, to-do lists, vision boards…and more.

I truly couldn’t imagine wedding planning or our wedding day without the support of Ashley and the TMW team. They were the additional safety net I needed throughout planning, and I felt I could be at ease and enjoy both the planning experience and day-of, knowing that logistics and the details of it all were in her hands. I jokingly deemed her and Erin my “wedding angels” at the end of the wedding weekend, but reflecting back on the day, I stand by that comment :) The day simply would not have gone as smoothly as it did without their genuine care and diligence. Thank you, Ashley for executing the most perfect day that we will remember for the rest of our lives.
